    Classic cold chicken sandwhich.

Okay. This is close to where I live and I just stopped in to see what's it about. First, the inside layout is awesome. Love the sit down area, the many choices of beverages, and Slurpee's. Second, the people were very nice at the counter. The exception was the person making the chicken food. Finally, the chicken food. I think it has potential to be really really awesome IF they can have someone working who is pleasant and can cook the food so it's hot and fresh and not reheated then cold. That is what I got. The portions are good and the chicken itself is good. Just would have been better if hot. I will stop in for lotto and a Slurpee. Maybe their chicken if improvements are made.

Went to the new 7-Eleven in Rancho today (next to Costco) , which opened last week, and was wowed by the huge, clean, sparkling interior and customer service. We were greeted immediately upon walking in. The employees were all super friendly. They have isles of ready to eat hot snacks like taquitos, hot dogs, and nachos, along with bagged snacks, drinks, slurpees, freshly made donuts, muffins, and cookies, and even an in-store fried chicken restaurant called Raise The Roost. This is a nice addition to Rancho. Welcome to the neighborhood!

I think this listing was posted as a gas station review, but another yelper is reviewing pizza…read morehere. Oh well, I just post here for the gas station. Costco gas is the way to go for the cheapest gas in the area and decent top tier gas too. Plus you get back 5% rebate if you have the Citi Costco credit card which doubles as you membership card as well. The bad part is all the long lines at every Costco station. The trick is get here early at opening like 6 am! or wait till half hour before closing, cause the station stays open an hour past when the store closes. The lines do move as fast as they can though. It's nice the card tap devices all work super well, not like some of those off brand stations where you have to swipe a bunch of time just to read the card and then you don't know if you got cloned of not. Costco is all safe. I do like the little green and red indicators on the pump island posts tat tell you if a pump is available or not. Plus, if you didn't know, the hoses are long enough to reach either side of the vehicle, so no longer are you restricted to going to the side where your gas filler hole is. I only wish they had stuff to clean your windshield as you fill up, but I guess that might slow the lines down.

Ahh Costco, lol. If you know, you know. I always take a deep breath before I come in here…read more So I came in today for three specific items, all of which were small. I also had a rewards check I was planning on using. I didn't really need a cart for what I wanted to buy, but you know how it goes there. You always find something you didnt know you needed. So I actually stuck to my game plan, and got the three small things I needed. I then head to self check out, where I ring up all my items and then try to use my rewards check. An employee comes over and explains to me that I can only use the rewards check in regular check out, and not in self check out. Kind of a pain because this is not stated on the check itself, and the regular lines were much longer. So I get in the check out lane closest to the self check out area. Just my luck, I get stuck behind the only Costco customer in a decade that decided to pay for all his crap with cash. So I wait... When its finally my turn, I place my three items on the belt, and keep the cart on my side. When its my turn, this rude little employee with gauges in her ears and a profoundly terrible tattoo on her chest informs me that the cart needs to go on their side. Why? I have nothing bulky. Makes no sense. She informs me that the pathway between the regular check out lane and the self check out lane is too small, and people can't get by. As such, carts need to remain on their side. Yea, she needs thicker glasses. There was PLENTY of room for someone to get by, even if I keep my cart with me. Plus, this employee had plenty of time to inform me of this before I got to the front. She wasn't even the one doing the checking out. Not sure what her purpose was, actually. She didnt seem to be doing much of anything. Anyway, because of this illogical order, and her lack of observation/communication skills, everyone in line had to back their carts up so I could bring mine around to their side. A little communication and common sense goes a long way. It would have been nice if this employee exhibited either. Do better, Costco!

Ok, I know what to expect when I come to a Chevron station. It's no where near the cheapest gas…read morearound, but if I need gas during the day, like I did the other day, and Costco lines just aren't worth waiting in especially if I'm working and the company is paying for the gas in this big ass Suburban, then I'll just come here. I see a lot of bad reviews for this location, but that's mostly for the service and inside the store. I'm here just to gas up and get going back to work stuff. The card readers work fine and the pumps, dispense gas fine, that's about all I need the place to do. No over flowing nozzles or anything. Plus they have stuff to clean the windows with, unlike Costco! I usually get one of my crew to clean the windows while the gas is filling, it takes a little while to fill this big ass tank on the Suburban. So, if you just need gas and don't need to go shopping in the store and you can deal with the high prices, this is a decent place to get gas.

I explained to her it was my first and only visit to Chevron that day AND that 5.99 does not equate to over $12 (with tax). I assumed she got offended when told her I would come by the next day and talk to her manager. I paid for my one item and quietly left the store. This psycho cashier followed me outside screaming and cussing expletives at me. I never raised my voice at her nor cussed at her. It was within my right as a consumer to complain so not sure why she had to insult and offend me. Very sad look for a company like Chevron.
