    Barely any meat.
    Alexandra G.

For the price they charge there was barely any meat in the sandwich. Look at my photo. Bread was hard and stale. And the sandwich itself was small. Also, they don't have just regular banh mi cha. How does a Vietnamese sandwich place not have something as basic as that. Never again coming back here I would rather take the extra drive to Duc Hoang and Huang Lan in the south. Duc Hoang small sandwiches have more meat and are bigger than these sandwiches and they are way cheaper.

I called and ordered my food to go and got there in ten minutes and it was done. The staff was nice. It started to get busy around lunch time. There is a few tables available with two chairs at each table. I got the crispy pork sandwich. Normally when I get a Vietnamese sandwich my meat is warm and my bread is warm. But when I received it the meat was room temperature and so was the bread. I was praying I didn't get a stomach ache because the meat was probably left out for a bit if it was room temperature. It had a nice crisp to it. The bread was alright. But if you look at the picture there was barely any meat . When they put the pickled carrots and daikon in they got the extra pickled juice in my sandwich. You can see it's kind of watery. The sandwich is price wasn't too bad. But I had better sandwiches. Overall I probably won't be back.

    Decent sized bahn mi!

Finally got to try this place out.. Solid bahn mi sandwich! I tried the #1 was very happy with it. Very filling. Very fast service, was in and out in about 5 min. They have a lot of selection of desserts, snacks and entrees. The place is nice and clean. Very easy to get in and out of the location.

Really was hoping Banh Mi would be good. -Location and restaurant seem cool. Counter is inviting with display of delicious looking items. -Combination: meat and Vietnamese spread wasn't right. Tasted cold and un-natural. Headcheese was chewy and stretchy (look at pix).. -Grill Pork Sandwich: "questionable"...meat was gritty. Taste like a grind up product, not actual grill meat. -Verdict: tough spot to be in with so many delicious Banh Mi option in the area.

Yum! Great pork belly bahn mi, and the mango jelly joy was delightful. It mad like a mango smoothie on top of a cup of jello. The meat in the bahn mi could have been a little hotter, but the flavors were good. They have a few tables and chairs available, but it seems like they mostly do takeout. I would come back, but probably plan on taking the food home next time. The service was good and the staff was pleasant.

Their to-go bags have a logo and very nice attention to detail

I finally found my new go-to spot for a Bánh Mì lunch spot; especially since this place is only 5 minutes from my office! This takes me to Rancho Cordova where I had the opportunity trying out "Bánh Mì Blvd". Located directly off of Sunrise Blvd and Trade Center Dr., this Vietnamese sandwich shop/deli is situated in the same parking lot as Home Depot and adjacent to SF Supermarket. Ever since their grand opening in October 2025, this place has been very popular amongst locals and visitors without having to drive to South Sacramento. Best of all, they have very respectable hours being open weekdays from 8:30am-7:30pm and weekends from 9am-7:30pm. I came here during the afternoon on Thursday 2/19/2026 at around 1:45pm. Parking wasn't much of an issue as it is shared with the supermarket. Upon entry, I was pleasantly surprised with how effective the interior space is used. They offer a few tables and chairs just in case you wish to dine in. The front display case has a ton of wonderful Vietnamese treats including sweet cream croissants, tapioca dumplings, Pate Chaud, egg rolls sesame seed balls, jerky, and a ton more prepackaged goodies. As for their drinks, they offer Jelly Joy fruit beverages and a few chilled coffee options. But the real winner here is their Bánh Mì sandwiches. All of their Bánh Mì sandwiches come fully equipped with egg butter, daikon carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, and jalapeños all packed nicely in a light, crispy Vietnamese baguette. And their options definitely do not disappoint either as they offer your choice of pâté, sausage, pork belly, chicken, grilled beef, and much more I chose my favorite type of protein, the grilled pork and at $7.75+tax, this was a great deal. I will say that even though it was busy as heck, my sandwich was ready in roughly 5-7 minutes. The young lady working the register stayed busy but kept a very professional work ethic. After making the quick drive back to my office, I unwrapped the parchment paper and was very impressed with the abundance of pork in this. As for the taste, it was spot on and just as good as my favorite Bánh Mi spots in South Sacramento. The pork was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection while the bread was crispy but not to a point where I feel like I am going to chip a tooth. Overall, "Bánh Mì Blvd" is the real deal and this small business is a must-try. With amazing service, food, and prices, I am giving this place a perfect five stars.

    #1 house special ("cold cuts")

This little shop next to SF Supermarket is clean, bright and the service is friendly. The meat portions in the sandwiches are generous along with the pickled veggies. While the flavors are definitely a hit, I do have a few notes on the condiments ratio. The #2 Crispy Pork Belly banh mi was 5 stars and my favorite. The skin was perfectly crispy and the meat remained moist. I also ordered their crispy egg rolls ($1.25 each) which deserved 10 stars! Not oily at all, very meaty and stayed crispy even after a day in the fridge. I'd cater these for a party. Overall we found the sandwiches a bit dry. Even asking for extra pate on the #1 and #7, I felt they needed more "egg butter"and pate to really balance the bread. The meats themselves were not dry, just needed more spread for the bread! For next time I'm eyeing the #9. If it's the steamed egg/pork meatloaf filling, it has my name on it! I also want to try their coffees and desserts.

I had to check out Banh Mi Blvd that opened up right by SF Market in Rancho. It's a small, walk up and order style place but has a few tables on the side. Very quick and friendly service! I went with the #2 - Crispy Pork Belly Banh Mi. It comes with egg butter, pate, daikon, carrots, cucumber, cilantro and jalapeno. All these topings are filled to the brim of the fresh bread. The bread is a little crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I also ordered the House Chicken Wings. Both had a lot of flavor! I'll be back again to try more on their menu!

Came by to grab some banh mi to gift to some friends at work today.. the restaurant itself was very clean and bright. The cashier was very helpful. We ordered 10 sandwiches .. 1 special and the rest was grilled pork sandwiches. The sandwiches are pretty big in size. They have a buy 4 get 1 free deal. I had the special .. it was good but something I'm not too sure what but something was a bit on the salty side .. not sure if it's the pate or the soy sauce. Overall it's not a bad sandwich .. I would eat again if I'm in the area and wanted a Banh mi.

Another new shop in the SF supermarket mall. They have a good menu of sandwiches and other Vietnamese items. You can order to go, or they have tables to eat there. The place was very bright and clean, and the people were very friendly. I had the house special, pretty much everything. They were very generous with the ingredients, the bread was wonderfully crusty, it was a great sandwich at a reasonable price. The only reason I'm taking off a star, is they didn't have anything to drink. All they had was regular Coke or Sprite, no diet soda, not even any water. I was going to eat there, but since they didn't have anything that I wanted to drink, I just took the sandwich home. I was still very satisfied. I will be back. Thank you.

Their Banh Mi's are worth the $8. You can't tell but this is a Crispy Pork Belly (lol)

Banh Mi Blvd is a small spot, but there's enough seating for customers who come in to order. There are a few tables available and a bench where you can sit and wait for your food. They offer more than just banh mi. You'll find jello desserts and ready-to-go appetizers like sesame balls and egg rolls, along with a handful of soup options. I was tempted to try the Bo Kho, but I already had my heart set on a banh mi. I was greeted by a young lady who was very kind. I tend to gauge energy and match it, and although I wasn't feeling my best that day, her chill and pleasant customer service made the experience nice. I ordered the crispy pork belly banh mi and an iced Vietnamese coffee. I was honestly surprised by how good the coffee was and that's coming from someone who really loves coffee. The crispy pork banh mi was solid. Does it stand out compared to other banh mi spots? Not really. But considering it's the only banh mi spot in Rancho, I can live with the standard.

11/22/25 I've been looking for a good Banh Mi place that was closer to home so I can avoid driving to sac or the bay to satisfy my craving. Banh Mi Blvd opened not too long ago and is close to SF grocery market where we pick up our Asian groceries. Sandwich size is good, I like that they do not skimp on cucumbers (not all Banh mi shops include) as it adds a crunch and refreshing taste to my sandwiches. The bread was ok for me, missing that crunch of a French baguette. They have a few grab and go options and other offerings available. Service was great. They shared that sandwiches is hands down the best selling items across all items on the menu. Ample parking available. There are a few tables for you to dine in. Decor was minimal with waiting benches available if you're ordering to go!

1st time experience: I phone ordered a couple of sandwiches to pick up. Looking at the pictures from yelp; shows more goodies can be bought. Upon arriving I noticed it was clean and somewhat a small place and not a sit down eat spot. The cashier was very friendly, patient, and nice. One thing I like the manager or business owner to take caution of is to put sell by or dated tags on ALL the desserts in the fridge. Especially when there is dairy in the product. I bought flan today that probably wasn't fit for consumption. I ate it anyway. I should be fine.

My favorite bahn mi in the Sacramento area. The pork belly is flavorful and crispy. Fresh ingredients every time.

I ordered the Pho Tai, but the meat arrived pre-cooked, shredded, and low grade. Even worse, the rice noodles came in a solid, blocky cube that I had to manually pry apart. The Banh Mi was equally poor--the bread was incredibly hard/stale, and the meat was sliced far too thick with large chunks of unchewable fat. The service was non-existent. I had to specifically ask for basics like chopsticks and sauces just to begin my meal. I got a single paper napkin. The staff seemed entirely uninterested. I thanked my server on three separate occasions and never once received a "you're welcome" or even a nod. No one ever checked on the table during the meal to see if I needed anything. After finishing, I waited over 10 minutes for a check that never arrived. I eventually had to walk up to the counter just to pay so I could leave. At that point I saved $6 since self-service isn't tip-worthy... I left feeling confused as to whether this was supposed to be a sit-down restaurant or a self-service cafe. Save your money and head to a spot that actually understands Vietnamese cuisine and basic customer service.

The food quality has been consistently excellent and hasn't changed at all since I started coming. The service is always excellent - all the staff tries their best and helps you quickly despite it being extremely busy. It is busy, but that is good - it means that everyone loves the food and you get fresh ingredients because of the higher turnover. I prefer their thin cuts of meat over thicker cuts and is much more tender than places that offer the big rectangular chunks. The broth is tasty as well. Sometimes if I bring friends I'll pick up some chicken or spring rolls which are great as well. The owners are great too - I see them coming out when they have time to greet some of the customers. They definitely appreciate all their customers and I'm very happy they are doing well. They post on instagram so you can check their hours or if there are any time changes. Pho Momma is very deserving of the bib gourmand award. The mobile internet was a bit spotty in the area, but if you have xfinity you can connect there, otherwise AT&T is slow.
