After a while, I ordered the first thing I saw on the poster in front of me the cereal matcha drink. It was okay, a bit sweet for my liking but it really did taste like cereal milk. The drink was almost $10. I think because of how crazy the lines were at 11am on a Tuesday, and how confusing it was to order, I may come back if there is no line to try other drinks. But otherwise, I think I'll stick to my usual coffee shops and drinks.

Throughout the interaction, her demeanor came across as rude and uninterested in helping. I ordered a large smoothie but was given a medium, and she never asked for my phone number for rewards or account information. The line was shorter than usual, so I expected a quicker and more pleasant experience. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Unfortunately, this visit left a disappointing impression.

That personal story makes the space feel even more special. One of my favorite things about this business is that they donate a portion of their proceeds to animal shelters. Supporting a great local coffee shop while also helping animals in need is a win-win. If you're in the area, this is definitely a must-visit. Great coffee, a charming space, and an amazing mission. The milkshake comes out quite thin, but with a nice flavor. The milkshake however what six dollars, which I found too expensive for what I got. Then I got an orange dreamsicle soft serve ice cream. The young man struggled to explain that the base was a vanilla ice cream and they put in some sort of orange powder. This definitely was not worth $4 is the flavor was kind of orange creamsicle and kind of chemical. The shop is super clean, has a really wonderful five. One time they had to substitute 2 items and they threw in a free donut for my trouble. My only complaint is when I order a bagel with cream cheese. They're very inconsistent with the amount of cream cheese they give you. Sometimes I get the good schmear that a bagel should have, but often I get barely enough to spread on the 2 halves, and every now and then I get so much that I have to remove some with a spoon! You'd think that Dunkin would have a device that applies a premeasured amount of cream cheese, but apparently not. It's for this reason that I took away a star.
