Recently visited after a doctors appointment since I've heard nothing but great things. My first impression was the crazy confusing parking lot, cars were going in and out all over the place. Then there were 2 lines that we waited in almost 20 min to order but there ended up being so menu anywhere to see drink options. Once we got to the front, because we were in the outer lane, all the cars of the inner lane got served first, and then we got our orders taken about 10 minutes later. After a while, I ordered the first thing I saw on the poster in front of me the cereal matcha drink. It was okay, a bit sweet for my liking but it really did taste like cereal milk. The drink was almost $10. I think because of how crazy the lines were at 11am on a Tuesday, and how confusing it was to order, I may come back if there is no line to try other drinks. But otherwise, I think I'll stick to my usual coffee shops and drinks. read more

I pulled into the drive-thru Friday right before 7pm when there were very few cars in line, yet my car was completely skipped. When I realized what happened, I noticed an associate taking what appeared to be a phone break and having a drink. I politely asked if she could take my order since I had been missed. Her response was, "No big deal, they did miss you," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. What made the situation more frustrating is that I had seen her look toward my car multiple times before stepping away. Throughout the interaction, her demeanor came across as rude and uninterested in helping. I ordered a large smoothie but was given a medium, and she never asked for my phone number for rewards or account information. The line was shorter than usual, so I expected a quicker and more pleasant experience. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. Ok, so I know the hype around this place was crazy. I didn't even WANT to try it while the lines were still impossible. Things have finally calmed down here so it was a good chance to try it out. The line was pretty quick even though there were at least 3 cars in both lanes in front of me. The order system works like so. Someone walks up with a pad and takes your order, you pay right there. You pull up a bit farther and someone else brings your order. Easy enough. As for the drinks themselves, I think they're worth it! I had a large Sweet and Salty, a caramel and white chocolate breve. First off, the large was a good size. Not a medium disguised as a large like other spots. It was very tasty! Not as sweet as I would have expected but a great balance of flavor. If you want more sweet (or less) they have options for that. You can customize how strong your drink is, as well as what type of milk you want. You can also add cold foam and get your drink hot or cold. Good customization options here. Price was on point with similar places, maybe slightly more, but I felt like the value was there. I'll definitely be back to try some other drinks, I'm excited to try some frozen ones when the temperature turns. read more

If these individuals request or ask for anything more than minimum wage they should be denied. Definitely should not try to direct any traffic. Then when attempting to tell me to go clog up more of an entrance she was extremely rude. So absolutely terrible customer service. I highly recommend attempting to get an education because if that's how you want to continue you're going to drive business away. I wish there were more options to get my wife coffee as I don't drink it cause I would never go back to this place. read more

I was visiting the state and heard that this place was a popular coffee shop. I pulled up to a long line but thought no big deal, must be good? Wrong. I waited 30 minutes for genuinely the worst coffee I've ever had. I ordered two drinks which one was not filled up all the way and either tasted of pure syrup and the other with literal no taste at all. I don't even know how that's possible. The employees were all distracted and disorganized. For that many workers, it doesn't make sense for a drive thru line to take that long. All in all a really bad experience. I'm hoping that they are still getting the bugs out of their system after their grand opening. If you are looking for drip coffee, this is not the place. If you are looking for hot coffee, not really the place. Their focus is on iced drinks. A porter meets you after you find your way through the maze of parking lot, takes your order with an iPad. There is no menu posted, do your research ahead of time. There is a "secret menu" of syrups, which is extensive. As you make your way around the building, try not to run over the coffee runners. It is busy, crammed inside for the workers, but they are definitely having fun. My hot coffee was cold and I asked them to remake it, still cold the second time. It was kind of chaotic. Not sure if I would go back but if someone bought me a coffee on their way to hang out, I would drink it. read more

I will say this, this place is very busy so I would guess they like it. However, I am simple and I just wanted hot coffee, they dont do that. The menu says they do, but they do not. They have a lot sweet drinks, energy drink, and ice brews and I assume those are good given the lines. However if you want regular coffee, this is not the place for you. Made multiple bad reviews on the Round lake location and the business manager Katy M only replies back with an email. When in the reviews we give clear descriptions on what the problem. Instead of having a direct phone number or a real person to talk to to discuss problem solving they opted for the automated process with no person interactions. Its pointless even to complain at the location because it's ran by kids with attitudes. They do not follow the health safety as well. read more

The drinks are good and the people are nice/helpful. But I can't get past the litter. Girl who brought out the drinks dropped someone's straw walked away and didn't pick it up. We roll up and see straws all over the ground, road nearby, side walk, in the grass, in their concrete rock pile and all around. It's so sad but I can't get past that. I won't be returning. Drinks were great, went in Monday and Tuesday before work, no issue ordering and decided to grab my coworkers some drinks as well the next morning. Today, the girl taking my order had the worst attitude! I ordered my usual drink and apparently she was confused with the drink I had no issue ordering the two days before. I saw 7brew opened up in Round Lake and decided to give it out a try. I was greeted by the most amazing person who took my order named Gely Miranda and WOW! She's very charismatic, optimistic and has a great sense of humor. It was my first time and after her i'm looking forwards to seeing her more around. I got the Energy drinks with a redbull and Gely Guided me with the whole ordering process and i felt good with receiving my drink and i was not disappointed i enjoyed my drink .
