Came here for a collaboration with a car meet event, so we were there a little past their regular open hours, which is nice because it gave me the chance to finally try out Le Kream as it's always been recommended to me when I search for places nearby. Since the Big Lots has perished, there is PLENTY of parking (hence the car meet that was happening as well). Interior is pretty clean and modern looking. Great place to work on something or to catch up with your friends. You can either order from the kiosk or if you want one of their Kream Kubes it's best to do so in person at their cashier. They do sell out since I believe there's a limited number of them. There are also other baked pastries and sweet treats available too like mini croissants or banana pudding. Very friendly and welcoming service too. For my visit, I got the: 1) Milk Kream Kube: -I wanted to get something basic since it'd be my first time trying a cube shaped pastry that wasn't a huge hulking brick toast and this is honestly a great and perfectly sized sweet baked good to share with someone else as a snack, or perfectly sized if you want to get full with one swoop. -Flaky crisp exterior resembling that of a croissant but not soggy nor dry in the slightest. It's also bready as well. Reminds me of the Asian style breads or the "hotel bread" that they have in Japan on the interior. Went perfectly well with the generous amount of not too sweet milk cream inside. Make sure to have napkins ready! 2) Peach Grapefruit Slush: -Refreshing and sweet taste of peach with the slightly tart and slightly bitter after taste of what I feel like grapefruit tastes like. Reviewing as a DESSERT location: drinks are looking at 3.5/5, wouldn't suggest coming for drinks but the cubes are so so good Cubes come at roughly $6.50-6.90 each, depending on what flavor you get, and we picked out the matcha and pistachio. Contrary to expectations the pastry itself was very buttery, and while not flaky it also wasn't just reminiscent of plain bread. The cream is the biggest highlight: they really load it up, and I especially adored the matcha cream as it carried a rich amount of matcha flavor. The pistachio cream was nothing too special, featuring small bits of crushed pistachios, so I wouldn't recommend it. I got the yuzu slush (nice citrus flavor and refreshing, the perfect amount of sweet) and the milk cube. The cube had a nice amount of cream in the middle - its like a vanilla flavor - and surprisingly light considering it reminded me of a croissant. I had a good experience at Le Kream (Rowland Heights). I ordered the Espresso Kream Spanner ($7). This iced coffee had a double shot of espresso, milk, and a signature milk-cream top. It's a very milky drink with a soft, light coffee flavor. Thankfully, the cream top elevates this coffee despite tasting like a delectable, rushed add-on. The drink tasted like high-quality mismatched ingredients. I arrived at Le Kream (Rowland Heights) on Tuesday (around 12:55PM). Parking is easy. The lot is very big. Customers can order at the counter or self-service kiosk. Staff is approachable and efficient. Staff quickly rushed to make my drink while I was ordering, so I had no wait. When asked questions, Staff appeared skittish. Fortunately, Staff was polite. As mentioned, I ordered the Espresso Kream Spanner ($7). The coffee carries a light, enduring caffeine. However, the drink felt like a coffee drink crafted at a pastry shop. It all felt plopped together. Regardless, the cream top immediately steals the show. That fluffy, thick cream is tasty with a dainty, silky sweetness. Unfortunately, the main flavor profile is milk with some slight flutters of coffee. Regarding ambiance, Le Kream (Rowland Heights) is clean and well-ventilated. I happily appreciated the chilly air. There's about eight tables. There's also some utility. I counted about two electrical outlets. Also, there's customer internet with password; details are available by asking staff since they hide the information on a stand that's behind the counter. Initially, we entered the cafe since we were in the area, wanting a "pick-me-up" coffee. However, it turned out to be one of the best experiences. First off, the owner was super friendly and accommodating all throughout my order. Super warm vibes. It's a medium-sized cafe with tables for most party sizes. I think it'll be a good place to study/do work, as well. As someone who inhales espresso tonics on the daily, the lemon espresso tonic was pleasantly different. I think it was a good change from the usual orange or yuzu flavors commonly found in the OC area; it "spoiled" the palate, for sure. We also ordered the Green Grape ade, which was refreshing as well. They also had 두쫀쿠s (Dubai Chocolate Chewy Cookies) which were super delightful, priced at 3 for $20 (good deal). Their banana pudding was a perfect balance between creamy and slightly tender. However, the scene stealer was definitely their Hawaiian Chex Mix. After trying the samples that they provided, we had to grab a bag. It's made in-house and has a unique flavor that is super addicting. I'll definitely get it again. I didn't know that the "Kubes" were so popular, so will have to come back to try those as well. Just visited Le Kream and had such a great experience! Their drinks are so uniquely delicious. We tried their Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie, Matcha Strawberry, and the Dubai Chocolate, and each one was amazing and uniquely prepared. We also had their bread called "Kube" in ube, tiramisu, and chocolate flavors. The texture is incredibly soft with generous fillings, and I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. The staff were super friendly and warm, which made the visit even better. Very friendly and welcoming. We had their Kream Spanner drinks - earl grey and black seemed. Both were very good - sweet but not sugary. These are more cream based than other Asian type drinks. Think of it as a very light milk shake. Of the two I thought the Earl grey was nicely balanced in flavor with the cream base. The Kube pastry was a croissant filled with cream. They cream's they make are flavorful and not to heavy. They pair very well with the croissant. They have a good amount of flavors and they all seem to be very good. Hands down one of the best drink spots that I've been to recently. The flavor was mmmm-mmmmmm-mmmmmmmmmm!!!!!! I got the earl gray splanner and when I tell you all the flavors hit, they HIT!!!! The cream was perfectly creamy, the tea was balanced and flavorful. It wasn't too sweet either. I loved it so much that I wanted to go back and get a second drink after we left. I showed self-restraint this time but next time, I don't know if my will power will be as strong! The spot was located in a quiet strip mall in the Rowland heights area. The parking was easy and the place was decorated cutely. If I lived closer, I'd definitely take time and work from here because there were plenty of seats and lots of plugs. Was glad that there was a Le Kream in the area. Einspanners have been the craze in ktown, so pretty intrigued to try it from here. Plaza is shared with other stores, and good amount of parking. Walking in, it's a small/medium sized cafe, enough seating since it doesn't seem to get busy at all. We were intrigued to try the kream cubes and decided to get a drink from here as well. We got the black sesame kream cube and the double matcha drinks here. Service was friendly and efficient, we got our order pretty quickly. Starting off with the kream cube, so this was actually the most disappointing item I had in a long while. It looked way crispier and flakier from afar, but once you slice into it, it's actually really tough to cut through it. It's like when a bread is stale, it's not as smooth as you would like it to cut through. Also the kream inside the cube, the sesame was very very very subtle. It just tasted like 98% cream and 2% sesame. Expected it to be a bit more rich but it was just disappointing. Moving onto the double matcha, so the cream up top was pretty good. However, the rest of the drink was not that great. It was just a really sweet drink, the matcha did not taste authentic either. Low quality matcha that's overly sweet. I think the portion of one kube is definitely shareable between more than one person. One thing I do wish for is that the kube was easier to cut through. Because of the thickness of the shell, it was quite difficult to slice it using the knife provided. Aside from the kream kubes, this store also offers a bunch of beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, milk, and more. I tried the Sunset Guava, one of their signature drinks. It is a guava mango ade with mango star jelly - very tropical and fragrant. After taking my first sip, I was surprised to find out that it was a sparkling beverage. I didn't really enjoy the sparkling component at first, but the more I drank it, the more I liked it. It was great to have this drink alongside the kream kube to balance out some of the richness of the cream from the pastry. The first time I tried coming here, they sold out of these beautifully created dessert cubes. Good thing the second opportunity was perfect. This time they had so many of this croissant style pastry with a variety of sweet creams stuffed inside. There were flavors like Strawberry, Pistachio, Ube, Milk, Black Sesame, Yuzu, Earl Grey, Tiramisu and Matcha. Of all these to choose from, I went home with the Strawberry, Black Sesame and the Yuzu. I also went with their Iced Ube spanner which was perfect for the ride home. They were scrumptiously delicious, however I wonder if I ate it there or maybe if I can get it when it's fresh out of the oven that the croissant would be more crispy and flaky. Le Kream is where delicious brick totes meets wonderful cream filling. I would like to say they have anywhere from 8-12 different flavors. The brick toast I would like to say was 6.50 each. This place kind of reminds me of Bread Poppa but instead of cream puffs, they use toast. Le Kream also offers cafe drinks which I did not try. I tired the strawberry which is good calicos for kids to try. I love the toast which is soft and kind of has a consistency of croissant. I also had matcha toast was again wonderful. Nice place to give a try! Unique menu, but I did find it a little underwhelming along with my overall experience. It's a nice, clean, and new space with plenty of seating and I believe they even have wifi! WALK-IN ONLY! ** LIMITED TO 2 CUBES PER FLAVOR, PER CUSTOMER If you come in and they're sold out on the Kream Kubes, you can place your order at the front register. The wait time is different per flavor. When I asked for the pistachio, it was a 45 minute wait. But the other flavors were about the same wait time too. I ordered three of the flavors that were available in the display case. BLACK SESAME KREAM KUBE At first bite very nutty and full of black sesame flavor! Really enjoyed this one. The sesame seeds were finely ground up, so no texture. The black sesame cream was smooth. This was my favorite of the three I've tried. The cube croissant is denser, like white bread so the filling can hold and the cube won't lose its shape. The outside layers still had a flakiness to it like a croissant and its outer layers taste like croissant too. But strangely, the inside tastes like white bread. I've tried a deliciously flaky, sweet potato croissant cube at Okayama Kobo Bakery & Cafe in Anaheim a few years ago. Sadly, that was a special seasonal item. Also, theirs was much smaller in size too with less filling. YUZU KREAM KUBE A good yuzu flavor, albeit a bit lighter than expected. Yet still very good balance of the cream and yuzu together, made it enjoyable to eat. It didn't feel heavy too. Bits of yuzu peels inside too. Mostly yuzu cream though. This was my second favorite! Although the black sesame was my first favorite, I would recommend the yuzu kream kube for first timers. MATCHA KREAM KUBE This tastes like matcha Pocky sticks at first bite. It still has a strong slightly bitter, grassy matcha flavor, even with the whipped cream mixed in. I still prefer matcha as a regular matcha tea drink or matcha latte than in dessert form. The whipped cream was heavy with the matcha together. I did try the Double Matcha Le Kream Spanner last time and that was mostly cream. The kream kube is muuuch better than the Double Matcha drink! Please skip this drink! It's all cream, it's not a matcha drink at all! The kream kubes do soften outside and get soggy inside after a few hours, so be mindful to eat them quickly. Ideally within 2 hours. The cream is a lot and that will create an unappetizing texture after a couple of hours. YUZU GRAPEFRUIT SLUSH Refreshingly cold grapefruit-forward flavor with a hint of yuzu. Not sour nor bitter from the grapefruit or yuzu. It is a bit on the sweeter side and it isn't a real grapefruit flavor, but still an enjoyable drink. It's a slushie, but I didn't drink it right away, so the ice melted a bit, but it was still very cold with bits of ice left over. It was perfect for 101 degree heat! SEATS There's so little tables and seats here. I wish there were tables and seats to accommodate more customers who want to dine in. CUSTOMER SERVICE Overall good customer service. They politely answered my questions. Inspite of their busyness, they made sure customers left happy. If I was in the area, I would come back again. I do want to try their other kream kube flavors. Came here after hiking on a Saturday. Been wanting to try this place for a while now and happy I was finally able to. The kube kream was what I tried. So many flavors but I got a ube one and my friend bought a pistachio and black sesame. Ube and pistachio were very good! Cream was light and very smooth. Can definitely taste the ube and the pistachio flavors. Pairs perfectly well on the bread. My friend got a spanner but afterwards thought it was too much drinking that with the creamy bread. There are a few tables to inside to sit and enjoy the food. Plenty of parking in the lot. There is self order machine but kube kream must be ordered at the register. Definitely will go back and try the drinks next time! read more

Strong soft opening/ 1-2 months of opening for Le Kream as I can't be more happy from what I experienced during my visit. The overall flavors of the tea were excellent, but I would have enjoyed more of the sesame as well as the tea flavor. I need to come back and try their other drinks for sure. The toast was delicious. We had the Matcha and the milk options, but my favorite was the milk toast for sure. It has a unique dessert option with their cube toast and their special drinks so I think I'll have to pay another visit in the near future. The interior was pretty spacious. There were plenty of seating areas, and the service was very friendly and was able to accommodate our requests. read more

Really enjoyed this place. The ube kream spanner was made really well and the tiramisu latte was excellent with just the right amount of sweetness. You can tell they put care into making their drinks. There were even cute drawings on top of the lid! Definitely coming back to try more from the menu. read more

Spotted this shop after a delightful lunch with my wife & we immediately noticed that the Kream Kubes weren't available to order via kiosk and had to be ordered via the front register in person. Parking is free & plentiful as the plaza is huge. There's moderate amount of indoor seating which is pretty nice for a small shop like Le Kream. My wife and I ordered the Sunset Guava drink + a Matcha Kream Kube and while the Kube was instantly prepared, the drink took about 5 minutes which is pretty fast considering how busy they were on a Saturday afternoon. 1. Matcha Kream Kube - Presentation is spotless, with a little nice matcha pocky stick up top as a edible decoration, matcha on top, which goes really well with the savory type kube. It's croissant texture kubes are perfect compliment to the matcha, super creamy and has a great balance of sweet, savory, and chewy in some sense. Highly recommend the matcha as this is one of their most popular Kubes and can sell out really quickly. 2. Sunset Guava Drink - Usually not a big fan of Guava type drinks but this one blew me away. The fizziness of the drink gave a real carbonated style to the flavor. It's not too sweet and it has the tropical, sweet aroma in which I'd say it's the perfect drink for a hot day. Whether you are looking to grab a snack, a dessert, or a drink, this place has it all. The kubes & drinks are very well made and aesthetics are off the charts. The service here is top-notch. I called to see if I can pre-order some cubes but they don't take same day order, however, the gentlemen over the phone was super nice about it. Le Kream sells these croissant cube filled with different flavors whipped cream. The cream is so good. I arrived around 4 PM on a Friday and there was a couple of people waiting for their drinks and pastries. The line moved slowly but they are still in their soft opening stage. I didn't mind cause it gave me time to figure out what cubes I wanted. I ended up picking up two cubes for my friends and one for me. I really wanted the strawberry but they were already sold out of it for the day. I ended up getting the earl grey and I really liked it a lot. The croissant wasn't sweet so the cream combine together was a great treat. Overall, a great addition to Rowland Heights and can't wait to come back to try the other flavors and drinks. read more

Ohh..where do I start? The owner, a young guy with glasses is the nicest ever. Even though he's alone yet he's patient and answering all of our questions. We were about 8 people! The drink itself is perfect not too sweet and the toast is delicious. We tried all varieties that they have. And the owner gave us the "chexmex" for us to try and bring home! Yummy drinks! The Ube Cream Spanner and Double Matcha Cream Spanner are both creamy einspanners that are tasty. Ube Cream definitely tastes like a dessert cake. The cream does have a milky taste which compliments the Ube taste. Reminds me of a Ube cake. Meanwhile Double Matcha has a slight bittersweet taste from the matcha while the matcha cream top is airy and lightly sweet. 9/10 for both We quickly got our drinks and the cashier is really nice. We were not expecting a drink, dessert, coffee establishment in this plaza as we finished our lunch at Bonjuk and Bibimbap. I had not been to this plaza in awhile and our original plan was to grab coffee down the street after lunch. As we headed to our cars, we looked up and saw the Le Kream sign, the word "coffee" stood out to us and it was a pleasant surprise. We looked up Le Kream on Yelp and the reviews and photos sold us. When we stepped in, we saw an employee at the register talking phone orders and since he was on the phone for awhile, we decided to order at the kiosk to the right of the display, but if you want to order Kream Kubes, those have to be ordered at the register (as it is noted on the kiosk). We did have a question as we were ordering, so I had to flag one of the employees to ask our question - as it was our first time there. I ordered a Lemon Espresso Tonic with no ice, since sometimes less ice can still be a lot and I do not drink my drinks fast enough before the ice melts down to water the drink. The employee actually came to our table afterwards to clarify my drink with me. So we ended up agreeing with the no ice, but to add extra tonic. Lemon Espresso Tonic (no ice, extra tonic) Strawberry Aloe Ade Both our drinks tasted great. I love tonic espressos and the extra tonic was a nice balance, which I had never thought of, and not overly sweet. The service is great, and there were plenty of tables and seating for its customers. I plan to come back again in the future to try their other drinks. Since we did not try their desserts, we cannot attest to the taste and quality, but many customers did order them, either to enjoy there or to take home. read more
