My friends and I ordered 4 matcha soft serve. 3 people received normal looking, normal tasting, dark green, soft serve. I received a light green speckled with matcha clumps soft serve. It tasted completely bitter and had a gritty texture from the clumps, unlike the dark green soft serve. I went back to the cashier and showed her the difference, her reply was "well, its the same thing but from a different machine". I told her it clearly looked and tasted different and asked to receive a replacement. The girl snatched the cone from my hand and threw it so hard into the trashcan that the ice cream hit her coworker. Then, as we were leaving, I heard them complaining to each other about how "its exactly the same, just one machine is more oxidized." Came in last night for the first time and the service was terrible. The cashier had a serious look of disdain the whole time and was unwilling to help us through the process of deciding what to get. We ended up getting the shaved ice and the person working in the back slid it across the counter when giving it to us so the whole thing toppled over and I had to scoop it back together with my hand.
