Everything's fine except they only have two cookies and one is OATMEAL. Geez y'all. Whoever came up with oatmeal cookies also came up with toothpaste and chocolate as a flavor guaranteed. I drive and work in the area every night and I always make multiple stops to this 7-11. I just left there at 1:35 am after the short Indian man working told me that I couldn't use the restroom. He's working and will not allow me to use the restroom. I asked him why and he replied saying "because I said so." I will never spend another dollar at this 7-11. I will never step foot inside this 7-11 either. You guys just lost a customer due to one rude employee. Keep it up and good luck read more

Horrible service, there is an old woman, and when I was buying a pizza I asked for her to cut it with clean knife cuz I don't eat meat, it was very simple request but she cut it with a dirty knife, i was standing behind of all that and I saw it, and then she began to lie to me that she washed the knife. read more

Their food looks bad and the place itself seems a little bit dirty. The coffee station is always messy , spilled cream and sugar. By the way their coffee is such a waste of money. They carry so much junk and such a little amount of actual food(perhaps just like any other 7-eleven). I just hope that one day they will improve it. Must be the busiest 7-11 that I've ever been going to. They checkout people are also the fastest. Some are so fast that you think they work for UPS. The hot pizza and things are the absolute best taste, and deal, for the money and time. And overall there are fewer homeless in and out of the store in the last few weeks. This seems the case in SM overall, but this 7-11 plaza was the worst of all WLA, and even West Lost Angeles County. It was physically dangerous to go here and I was threatend more than once. But now it's back to the way is was 5 years ago. So the pizza alone is worth go for, at incredible speed. read more

I feel bad. I don't like leaving bad reviews. I have lived by this 7/11 for years, even with the aggressive homeless people I still stop by when I work late and I just need to eat and then sleep. On bad days I buy a lotto ticket. Tonight I came in around 11pm after a long day. The place recently reopened after a remodel, it's pretty nice. Everyone here has been very good, until tonight. There's a manager, at least I think he was a manager, I couldn't see his name tag. He was incredibly rude. He has balding hair and missing teeth. I don't know if he had a bad day because someone gave him a hard time and he's taking it out on people. I seriously don't want to go back here if that's how they treat people. The cashier was a nice lady who works there regularly at night. She just stared forward, maybe this manager is rude to her as well and she didn't want to get involved. I feel bad writing this, but this was not cool. Is it enough to make me never go again? I really kind of think so. I felt bad during the riots and when they got robbed. I felt like they were just the regular people I see after working late. This saddens me. read more

It is a 7-11 and I use them for my lottery needs. There is plenty of parking in the lot but maneuvering can be an issue. Entrances on Santa Monica Blvd and on 16th. The lot could be cleaner as this place gets a lot of use. All the time I go here it is busy but most time, the wait isn't too bad. Only once I had to wait 15 minutes. And when there is a big Powerball / Megamillion jackpot, the line (and wait) can be long. There is usually a guy or two sitting around outside. Not the best but not the worst place to stop by. my friends sometimes call me by my alter ego, Precious.... Precious took over my soul last night...... When precious entered my body at approximately 8:30 pm last night, I was left with a craving for cheap nachos, and donuts. I went to my local 7-11 to cure that exact craving! I got my nachos, and I realized this particular 7-11 did not provide a bowl, or cup to hold nacho cheese. (unheard of!) So, I grabbed the closest thing next to me to hold that golden, creamy goodness.... a Big Gulp cup. I approached the register with my nachos, my big gulp full of cheese, and my donuts, and that fool charged me for a big gulp!!! Precious argued with the cashier, and he told her he would call the cops on her if she didn't buy those items, including the big gulp. For that I give this place 1 star.... what a waste, the nachos tasted like old vinegar, and rotten garbage, and the donut was hard as a rock. read more

I have been coming here for months almost every night. I usually use a card but tonight they were doing cash only. The cashier "Win" took my $10 and started talking to me a lot and then pushes my $3 change back into the cash register. No receipt no nothing. When I asked him he argued that he already got the cash. When I asked him to just check the cash register after his shift he said they don't do that and got real upset. My friend was watching him be shady. Very disappointing and the guy totally acted like he is a scam artist. Only use a card cause they will try to steal your cash and claim it is your fault. read more

I came here to return a package from Amazon because it has an Amazon locker in the back. It has a larger private parking lot than most places you'll find in Santa Monica which is really nice because it shares a space with several other stores. Go here for a slurpee and then go get donuts next door at DK's Donuts & Bakery! If you check in with Yelp, you get 6 free donuts with any purchase. read more

I like this location because it shares the lot with DK's donuts. I haven't had a problem with the parking lot, but I come here during "off" times. I do enjoy 7-11 coffee drinks. It's great to be able to get coffee the way you like at, at any time of the day/night. I'm a hazelnut fiend, so I get hazelnut coffee with hazel pumps! read more

I come here every other morning to grab a quick snack before work and the lady who works there in the morning, the one with short curly hair, ALWAYS gives me an attitude when she sees me. She immediately rolls her eyes. I don't get it? All I do is show up, grab a coffee and a snack. Today, I showed up because I forgot to make lunch at home. I asked for 2 chicken buffalo rollers because I love those, and she asked, "Will that be cash or card?" And I was like "card." I don't know what she did that my credit card was declined. I didn't press anything but somehow it turned to "Debit." So she was more than pleased to to say out loud "Declined." I immediately log into my bank account, holding the line back a-bit just to say "Hmm strange. My card is all good. I'll use a different one anyways." Typical 7-11, people were courteous and I got a scratcher. I also used the ATM and it's free with my credit union.

Been there a few times to get a quick bite to eat or something to drink or play the scratchers. Every time I've been there it looks pretty much stocked up. Sometimes there's a long line and it slows it down quite a bit when your getting a few items. Staff is friendly and never seemed understaffed when I've been there. There's a parking lot with a few places that shared with other businesses. read more

Great store for scratchers and small simple food items or other snacks. Homeless are outside so give them a snack and be kind.
