Although the lines were long from both the Sunrise Boulevard entrance as well as the side, the employees were working hard to serve everyone with courtesy and one of them even had a smile--which is a lot to ask in the scorching SOFLO heat! Open 24/7, and I might say 365 days a year, this location has a tunnel car wash, a couple of stand-alones that dispense water & air, plus a vacuum. Outside of the convenience store, they have a machine for bags of ice and another for propane tanks. Speaking of convenience, their store is stocked with a variety of snacks and other products. At times, wine and cigars have been sold, but in all honesty, I didn't leave my vehicle today to confirm that they still do. In addition to beer and other bottled beverages, fruit, and on-the-go bites, they sell baked goods and espresso. The current workers are bilingual (English-Spanish) and that's a plus in this area of West Broward county, Florida.

They even charge extra for fajita style veggies :( But I'm greedy and the craving had already set in so $10 later, I had the burrito in my cart for curbside pickup. Upon arrival, we needed to gas up our rental a bit so I figured I'd just head inside anyways. When I walked up to the pickup area to let the team know that I was picking up an order that was supposed to be curbside, I didn't even get a hello. Zero acknowledgment, they just continued going about their business like I was a ghost. Awkwardddd. Luckily, a manager had just come from out the back and I got his attention telling him about my order. He apologized profusely and passed me my order which was sitting right there waiting to be passed onto me. I appreciated that! When I opened my (sealed) bag of goodies, I was pleasantly surprised at how big the burrito was. I see why it was so pricey honestly! It was packed with all the ingredients I chose (veggies, jalapeños, chicken, cheese, a bit of chipotle + salsa, and not too much rice/beans). I'm also glad I went inside because I always want extra salsa or hot sauce and it wasn't included, it really sealed the deal. The burrito was delicious!! I also ordered a cinnamon pull apart roll that was so good to end my meal with as I washed it down with a Wawa lemonade. Just a delicious experience, I can't wait to be back at Wawa when I'm in my hometown.

Their gas prices are considerably lower than any other Shell in the area. They have a nice store with many choices of hot food, subs, pastries, fruits, energy drinks and bottled beverages, a variety of snacks, sundries, an ATM, and more. You can sit inside and have a quick bite there too! Outdoors I didn't see a car wash, but they have a vacuum & air station, octane, propane, and ice. The one drawback is that it's not easily accessible from Flamingo Road. To reach it you must drive north on 130th Avenue if you live in the area, or west from Flamingo Road and do the turnaround at SW 136th Avenue (Shenandoah area). The third choice is to drive east on SR 84 past 136th--that's what I usually do when driving nearby. I drive a lot these days, so for me, saving $.30/gallon is worth the inconvenience! Oh, and this is one of the gas stations you can claim cash back on in your Upside app.

The Exprezo chain is thriving in Florida with several locations of various sizes. Fueled up my vehicle at one of the eight pumps which were spaced out well for easy navigation. The gas price is $3.19 which is competitive for the area. Met with the manager inside the store who enticed me to grab a Cafe Bustelo coffee. "Yes", was my immediate reaction. I ordered an espresso for $2.49 which is a decent price. The hot food deli was prepping for the day and noticed plenty of staff to assist incoming customers. The only negative for this State Rd 84 location is the heavy influx of vagrants wandering aimlessly. As I was writing this review in my vehicle, I was approached by a man begging me for money, and realized I must be more cognizant of my surroundings.
