Sweetness was balanced though, so it wasn't a total caffeine debuff. Bagel sandwich was perfectly cromulent. It existed, I ate it, we both moved on with our lives. Staff was friendly too but not like super present. I might be biased because I swear the smaller location had the coffee build optimized to max stats. My husband got the butter beer, also delicious and he mentioned that it's the first time he's had cold foam that wasn't a mess.
