When I think of good coffee, Black Cat is my go to! I've been a customer since the beginning and I love how they have grown. They now have indoor seating which is surrounded by some awesome local artwork that's for sale. There is also an area where you can purchase gifts, coffee related accessories and their delicious whole bean coffees. Service has always been great from all of the baristas. They offer various coffee drinks, teas, boba, baked goods etc. There is usually a monthly special so make sure to follow them on Facebook. Definitely check them out and don't forget to get a punch card to earn free coffee! read more

With two flags out front and a small parking lot, you can find this cute lil coffee shop. There's seating both indoor and outdoor. The shop displays clothing, mugs, and art work from local artisans. The girls working behind the counter were friendly and patient while I read the long list of tasty drink options. I ended up getting a chocolate caramel latte and a matcha latte with lavender and vanilla cold foam. I ended up also getting a banana chocolate chip muffin. Hands down it was one of the best matcha lattes I have had in Brevard. The muffin was also sooo delicious. They even have stamp cards so you can get a free drink after a certain amount of drinks. I don't know how I didn't find this place sooner but I'm so glad I know of it now! read more

First visit as we are driving through from Jacksonville. This place was a bullseye of a pick. The whole staff is extremely friendly helping guide us with the menu. We ordered banana bread latte (hot) with oatmeal and it has a delicious taste and amazing aroma. We also ordered butter beer latte with cold foam. It was out of this world fantastic. Completely recommend for locals or anyone passing by as they are only about .5 miles from hwy 95. read more

We stopped here on our way home from Cocoa Beach. It's about 1.5 miles off the highway. It's down a little side road, but be careful you may miss it. We pulled up to Black Cat Coffee and parked. It's located in what looks like an industrial building. When I walked in, it reminded me of a quaint and cozy coffee shop you'd find in a little town. Warm tones of wood, artisanal gifts hanging from the wall as well as merch. Their fall menu looked lovely, with every type of fall drink one could think of. I decided to get a salted caramel iced latte and my husband got a white chocolate mocha. I thought their prices were in line with other coffee shops, but with this one you get local charm and a cozier setting. I didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. My name was called, I picked up our drinks and then we were back on the road. My salted caramel mocha was delicious. Robust coffee and loved the fall-ish flavors. My husband said he enjoyed his white chocolate mocha. If you're on your way home, be sure to stop at Black Cat Coffee. read more

On a road trip and stopped here to grab a coffee right off of the highway. WOW! I am a coffee girl and this was GOOOOOOD coffee. The inside is decorated so cute and they have shirts, mugs, glasses, etc for purchase. It is very cozy inside. The service was amazing. The barista explained the menu to me, and also gave some recommendations on her favorite lattes. I went with a banana bread latte with oat milk and would highly recommend. Went here 4 times in the last two weeks and never disappoints. Parking is a little odd and the lot is usually full, but don't let that keep you from coming! They get your order out in a decent amount of time and it's always delicious and exactly what you ordered. My favorites were the butterbeer latte and the cherry with lavender cold foam. They also have plenty of seating if you want to hang out, merchandise available, and a neat chalk wall you can doodle on. I recently moved to Brevard and have been exploring all of the local coffee shops, and Black Cat is truly a gem! All of the staff I've encountered are super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, their seasonal drinks are superb and I love the creativity of their menu! Their collabs and partnerships with other local artists and vendors are amazing, you can pick up delicious sourdough, hot sauce, beautiful art, and jewelry all while enjoying their fantastic espresso based drinks. Cute place with good coffee! Trying to find local places in this small town can be a challenge and I love that there's another good option! I actually ordered ahead of time via their website and it was ready for pick up when I walked in. The space is unique in that it's a big concrete warehouse type feel so it's a bit dark but kinda cool. Lots of local art posted everywhere and there are some small bites available for purchase. When I stopped by there was also a food truck outside with more food offerings. My chocolate chip latte was tasty and the roast was a bit on the stronger side. Tucked in off of a side street, this cute coffee shop has a wonderful energy when you walk in. Along the walls of the sitting area you can buy t-shirts, local honey, pollen, jewelry, art and coffee. Waiting for your coffee? Look through the notebook that showcases cats looking for a home. The drinks were delicious. Passing through town stopped in and was immediately smiling given the awesome ambiance. The place was packed with super friendly employees and patrons. Impressed by the delicious looking baked goods (I didn't try any) and the extensive offerings of drinks- especially the variety of seasonal drinks, including Halloween themed drinks. They were very into celebrating Halloween (see photo). My black cauldron latte was delicious and my husband's espresso was good. Fun retail offerings. A couple outside tables. Plentiful parking. The location is very out of the way on Foley Road, a short connector between Highway 50 and South Street. Inside it is well decorated and has a fun feel to it. I stopped by here today with a couple friends. It's a cute little spot off a backroad. The menu had lots of options and I was overwhelmed but my friend gave some recommendations. Hipster coffee places nowadays really love brewing up a cup of sour coffee that tastes like the beans were soaked in green-banana-peel puree. Not here! This coffee tastes like coffee -- good coffee. Their decaf is water process, so it doesn't tastes like dish soap. And they'll grind beans for you exactly the way you want them (even Turkish). Great little place. The staff was friendly and greeted my friend and I as we walked inside. It's a cute little coffee shop with one table with to chairs inside, pastries, and other merchandise. They also have outdoor seating. I asked for a drink that wouldn't be too sweet and the lady who took my order was kind and patient in helping me decide on a drink. I ordered an iced Caramel Latte that was just plain goodness. It was definitely not to sweet. I can't recall the name of my friends drink but he said he liked it. What a cute little coffee shop! They have a Valentine's menu from where I ordered a Strawberry Matcha. They were moderately busy, but worked fast to get our orders in. I'm not usually a scone fan, but we ordered a Peach Scone and used their microwave to heat it up. It was not bad. They have a stand with local products and merchandise that are a bit pricey, but it's standard for small businesses. It's a small shop, so it's not good for large groups.
