I absolutely hate to complain BUT after the 2nd time this week, I am showing pictures. The 2nd is a tall latte & as you can see it is only half full. The 1st is a grande pumpkin spice, again as you can see, it is less than half of the size. We just left from there with a Cortado & grande pumpkin for over $11.00. Please do better Starbucks. My family and I visited this Starbucks this morning after leaving a cruise. We walk in and no one takes our order or even acknowledged us. Lauren who seems to be a lead associate ignored us as well. after finally getting our order taken by someone, other customers walked in and Lauren immediately greeted and served them. It's Starbucks. You know what you're getting into. It's a trendy, high priced, coffee based beverage. At least I can say the staff at this location is nice and helpful. The best thing about this location is that it is open at the crack of dawn. Let me rephrase that it's pitch black out and we were lucky it was open. Got our specialty drinks and were off. All through the drive thru. I got my cappuccino needed the extra espresso. The only thing that was a bummer is that this location was not in the direction I was heading so I had to do several u turns to get back on course to where I was going. Thankful for the staff that do the early shift that is when people like me need caffeine the most. This is the only Starbucks in the local area, aside from the one located inside the Four Points hotel nearby. It's surprisingly never really full and the lines are usually not very long, but that may be because I don't go in the mornings. They offer Starbucks Reserves and also have a drive-thru option to grab a quickie if you'd like. The customer service is okay here. I've had mixed experiences here - sometimes I get the nice guy with the fancy stache, and sometimes I get the girl who acts like she doesn't want to be inconvenienced. But as I said, not a lot of Sbux options around here, so this is the one to go to if you're not a fan of Dunkin coffee. read more

Woo hoo, coffee was hot and fast!! In and out of the drive thru with two large coffees in record speed! Great job!!!!

I appreciated that they still ask guests to social distance and wear a mask. We went inside since the drive through was out to the road. The pink drink and coffee were good. The only thing that was irritating was that they would call the mobile orders but then set them way behind the counter and not ever look up to the people standing and waiting on them. The customer service at this location was the worst i've ever had at a starbucks location. All the girls are rude as hell and give the most ugliest attitude's. The cashier messed up all the orders. Within walking distance of the beach and hotels. The make an excellent cafe mocha which we enjoyed while sitting outside in the seating area. Clean facility with very friendly staff. This is the newest Starbucks location in Cocoa located just west of the intersection on the causeway near Ron Jon and is the only drive-thru Starbucks on beachside. This visit was my second and it was as good of an experience as my first. Easy access westbound leaving the beach, I found the staff to be friendly and efficient and the products consistent. A great place to stop after spending the day at the pier. read more

I keep giving this Starbucks chances & I regret it every time. The drive thru W woman is always so rude and short with me. She acts as if I'm inconveniencing her. She makes rude remarks to me like I should know more about the menu. I like ordering new things and trying drinks off the secret menu. After ordering "the pink drink" for the first time (finally because they didn't have strawberries for the longest time) I looked at the drink just to see what the label said and she said "yep, that's the pink drink." I knew it was, I was just looking. She doesn't need to be defensive. I'm deciding today to never go back as I would expect a better experience and treatment when paying $5 for a beverage. While relaxing and vacationing in the coco beach area, we finally found a complete Starbucks store after riding around. I must say that I'm extremely disappointed with this location. Arrived to get my daily fix of the dark roast and told that they do not make/serve the dark roasted coffee after 11 a.m. because it's a waste of money. . I purchased a venti of the medium blend which is not my favorite and my husband did not make a purchase. He much prefers the dark with no substitute. This is by far the crazies thing I've ever heard from Starbucks staff. In our travels, we always find a Starbucks and have never heard this before regardless to the time of day. Nice spot on SR520 in Cocoa Beach, not far from the Cape Canaveral Hospital. Its a small and pretty compact location but its still a nice spot. This location is fairly new within the last 3-4 yrs and has a lot of traffic. This experience was ok. The facility is nice, the service was pretty quick. But I just felt crammed because of the parking and flow of traffic through the drive thru. read more
