This is a good 7-Eleven. Clean. Well stocked. Good variety. The counter service crew keeps things moving so the wait to check out is not long. The parking lot can be busy because of the gas sales sharing it so keep an eye out for traffic. read more

came into this 7-Eleven with my girlfriend to buy a few things. The cashier was working two registers and moving really slow, so after we paid for our stuff, we added a couple premade sandwiches to the bag while still in the store and walked out planning to pay--but he didn't say a word. As we left, the guy followed us out, grabbed my shoulder, and ripped the bag out of my hand. I didn't do anything threatening. I felt unsafe and completely disrespected. I've already filed a complaint with 7-Eleven corporate. After seeing other reviews saying the customer service is horrible and the manager doesn't help, I'm not surprised. I won't be going back, and I hope someone actually looks into how this store is being run. read more

The service was absolutely horrible! The first worker rang up my items, and by card wouldn't swipe and it was a Brand new card so it seemed odd for it not to work. And the worker proceeded to be disrespectful and rude and highly unprofessional. Then the manager came over and took over and he couldn't get my car to run through either and he demanded I use another card which I did not have.He then that I was going to still have to pay for my sleepy because he couldn't sell it. Also, the same manager a week prior sold me some donuts that were totally stale. Therefore, I brought them back and I don't ever bring back anything but he argued with me and almost didn't give me my money back. I believe these owners are possibly new in the last couple years I have had problems every single time I've gone in to this 7-Eleven I will never go back horrible horrible service. I'm not sure if the short old man who has worked in there for years is the manager or the owner. What I do know is that man should not work in any field of customer service. On not just one, not two but now THREE times he has been completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. One time I asked if the bathroom was out of order because the door wasn't locking and he said it wasn't, so I walk into the bathroom and as I'm pulling my pants down he storms in the bathroom and has bathroom door wide open and he's standing like two feet away from me yelling, waving his arms around and I'm trying to pull my pants back up and yell at him to get out of the bathroom. Then other customers who witness what he's doing yell at him to get out of the bathroom and so I just ran out and left. Another time I went in there, this was months later and I had my boyfriend with me....we walk inside and he starts following me around the store and my boyfriend asks him if there was a problem and asked why he was following me around the store and he said " she's stealing she put something in her purse!" Again completely embarrassed and uncomfortable I let him look in my purse and of course there nothing in my purse except my wallet, my keys, my open pack of gum, and half pack of cigarettes. So I decided to avoid going there which sucks because it's blocks away from my house so it was really convenient. Until last night when I was driving home from work my gas light turned on and so I went to ampm across the bridge and they were closed for an hour So I had the choice of waiting an hour at two in the morning or going over to 7-Eleven. So I walk in to 7-Eleven and there were two people in front of me and then it gets to be my turn and he walks out from around the counter walks over to the front door put a sign on the door that he just wrote saying that they were closed for an hour. I said hello are you going to help me and he points at the sign and says" get out of my store im closed " and the customer that was in front of me said "you're not gonna help her? She was waiting in line since you were still open !"And he said no we're closed. As much as I wanted to just tell him what a horrible person I think he is, I just smiled and told him to have a great night. Now i don't care if my car runs out of gas and I have to push it all the way up Tumwater hill. I would rather do that any day then to ever have to be under the same roof as that sorry excuse of a man. read more

Now I'm here trying to buy my kids a pizza and I've paid and watched 15 customers get helped before my pizza was even put in the oven. I'd put zero if it let me. Crew normally is great, with the major exception of Ashok. Guy is an absolute idiot. Signs posted everywhere of sales they have going on, point at the sale, and he still is not willing to honor it. This was after about 10 minutes if him even figuring out what it was I was even asking for. This guy is dragging your team down. read more

If I could rate lower I would. !!! They are charging $0.05 for the small bags that fit 2 cans of soda . think they are trying to get every penny out of people they can. Rockstar drinks are 2.59 per can when you can go to the Chevron down and get then for 2 for 3$ .. Its a wonder they are still open ! read more

Worst 7-eleven I've ever gone to. I bought a salad and when I opened it up an hour later it was COMPLETLY FROZEN I called the store and told them that I bought a salad from them an hour ago and it was completely frozen and the man on the phone told me to just " let it thaw for another hour" and when I asked if there was a code or something to get another salad when I go there again since I was completely unsatisfied he said yes then he hung up on me. It took an hour and a half after that to completly thaw the salad.I went there a week before with my coworker and she asked how much they would charge for a cup of ice and they said the same price of what ever big gulp cup she used and she said that was to much and she walked out and the employee was calling her a " stupid B####" saying she was disrespectful for complaining about the prices then started telling the other customers how rude she was. I recommend if you need to go to 7-eleven that you do not go here. The customer service was horrible and so was the prices for the food. read more
