I don't know how much they cost (receipts don't seem to be given out here), but I recommend these drinks.

Popular, But Poorly Run I'm not surprised by all the negative reviews. I went here yesterday afternoon, and walked out pissed. I also felt slightly ripped off. There were 2 cashiers. One of them was friendly and helpful. He worked hard and went out of his way to assist customers. Cool. The other cashier was not so cool. He was quick, but rude (like how women are to me after I've hit on them for the 100th time). He also displayed a lack of common sense. My total was $12.09, and I walked out with 7 items. I should have been given a fu----- bag. I walked out looking like a brazen shoplifter (when I got to my wife's car, I basically threw most of the items down on my seat). After the cashier was done with me, this is what he said: "Who's next? Let's move it along. Come on." The store was busy, and I didn't like having to wait in line for a few minutes (I briefly thought about putting my items back and leaving). Still, even though what was said was a little funny, it was quite unprofessional (some people in line were kind of shocked that the cashier spoke that way). I know that he was trying to move the line along, but he came off like a jerk. https://www.7-eleven.com/Hungry/Hot/Big-Bite/Quarter-Pound-Big-Bite: There was a 2 for $3 deal, but I just wanted 1. The cool cashier directed customers who ordered a hot dog to the condiment area. I had the uncool cashier, and so I wasn't told about it (as usual, being observant paid off for me). The condiment area is fine (among other things, it features napkins, mayo, and ketchup). Some slow fu-- was in my way, though (he was finally done after he put nacho cheese sauce on his hot dogs). My hands were full, and so I just grabbed some napkins, a mayo packet, and a ketchup packet (I tried using it, but the ketchup dispenser was empty). Quarter Pound Big Bite: 8.25/10. My hot dog was big and juicy. It was a little greasy, but still delicious. As I expected, my bun was a bit cold. I also bought 2 chocolate donuts (I gave one to my wife). They were good (score: 8/10), but I was turned off by there being no donut wrappers (I was okay with there being no tongs). That's partly why I grabbed some napkins. I believe donuts are $.99 each (that I wasn't given a receipt also turned me off). http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/7-eleven-union-city-2?select=Z-JHW-Coums5Gx0k7VaHzQ#V0BdVBuqLIu1Kt9iOFRhhQ: I tried the drink on the right for the first time. 7-Eleven is known for having a good selection of drinks. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/7-eleven-union-city-2?select=Z-JHW-Coums5Gx0k7VaHzQ#hcKeuCGBSCpGVG9WgW-20A: Tillamook Country Smoker products are mainly sold. I'm just a mild fan of the brand. Anyway, the Pepperoni Meat Sticks are good, but not great. The Pepper Sticks, however, are very tasty and spicy (my son and wife liked the pieces that I gave them- it was cute when my son said "Hot"). https://www.7-eleven.com/Hungry/Off-the-Shelf/Snacks/7-Select-Mild-Snack-Sticks: The Snack Sticks are greasy, but tasty. Music is played inside. When "Blurred Lines" came on, a male customer sang and danced along a little (it was kind of cool, but I was feeling impatient at the time because I had been in line for a while already). The cool cashier got in my way before I left, but it's not his fault that the store is cramped (on the plus side, a lot of items are sold here- in terms of volume, this location is more impressive than most of the others that I've been to). Not surprisingly, there's a solid selection of candy here. There was a Red Bull deal going on (2 for $4- this is an okay deal if it applies to the 8.4 fl oz. cans). I'm a 7-Eleven fan, but their prices could be better (overall). The parking lot is very small (there are about 7 spots). Most customers exit through the Shell gas station next door. I first went here over 10 years ago. I liked it better then. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CMX0mCFYJ4

This weekend the guy at the register (I didn't catch his name, but he was tall) was an absolute sweetheart to my son while he was ordering for himself. He even remembered my son the second night we came. He was so kind and patient, and he made my son feel comfortable and confident. As a parent, those little interactions really stand out and mean a lot. My son loves the brown sugar latte, mango smoothie, and wings, and the food is always consistent. I also appreciate that they're open late since I get off work later in the evening. Weekends are definitely busy, but it's easy to see why--it's a popular spot with the locals. 5/5! Most of those stars are for the amazing customer service from the guy at the register.

We ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee, brown sugar pearl latte, and the strawberry banana crepe. Both drinks were delicious--the Vietnamese iced coffee had a nice bold coffee flavor, and the brown sugar pearl latte was refreshing with chewy boba. The crepe, however, was a bit disappointing. It was on the dry side, and I think it would have been much better with Nutella and whipped cream inside to add more flavor and moisture. Overall, I'd come back for the drinks, the inviting space, and the friendly service. Just probably skip the crepe next time.

The parking lot was completely full, so you have to be patient with finding a parking spot. It was pretty crowded and because of that, everyone had to self order. Throughout my time there, lots of customers came through, but I received my drink relatively quickly. As for the drink itself, the house mocha was okay, but I'm glad that I was able to try the Hojicha cream! The mocha + Hojicha cream was an interesting combination, but I think I would try their Hojicha Latte the next time I go. They have matcha, Hojicha, and seasonal offerings as well (like their banana cream!). There is a single bathroom (with code), WiFi (spotty sometimes but I was still able to get what I needed done), and a decent amount of seating (depending on time you go) with available outlets. I worked there from 12 to almost closing, and was able to get the table near the window + an outlet! I was truly sat. Overall, I would come again to try a different drink and hope to snag a table to work! If you're able to get a good spot to sit, it's a solid place to be productive. Thanks Lac Coffee!

I was told they only have medium and dark, but the medium tastes pretty light. I asked if the beans were washed or natural, and she couldn't tell me, and wasn't even sure what that was. I should have taken that as a warning that these beans were not the same level as Devout Coffee roasters beans, which is what I usually get. However, since Airborne was cheaper than the beans I usually get from Devout Coffee, I went ahead and bought a pound of Morning Buzz. This morning, I brewed a comparison between the Airborne Roasting Morning Buzz, and my last remaining light roast beans from Devout Coffee, which at that point was several months old, whereas the Airborne beans where freshly roasted. Well, even so, the Devout light roast beans were far superior in taste than the Airborne beans. The Airborne tasted too burnt, and lacked those subtle flavors that make coffee so enjoyable. It was just a one-note band with loud speakers. My recommendation is, if you like a light roast, and sophisticated flavors in your coffee, get something else. I understand a lot of people do enjoy the burnt flavor (Starbucks, anyone?), but I wish they wouldn't have told me the medium roast tasted like a light roast: it doesn't. Note: in the end, with lots of sugar, lots of milk, and some heavy whipping cream, I was able to have a nice cup of coffee-flavored sweetness.

The blueberry matcha had this nice rich blueberry jam mixed in with cream that actually has a good matcha taste. The mango one was really fresh--this one was my favorite. There were a few people in line and it did take about 10 minutes before we were able to order. During that time, some of the malasada flavors ran out, but they were quickly replenished. The dough is so soft and pillowy with a crispy layer of bruleed sugar and a delicious banana cream that was absolutely to die for. At $6.50, it's not a cheap treat, but it was super delicious and I'm glad we tried it. The drinks were also great. The espresso shot they pulled perfectly complemented the oat milk -- this is one of the better iced oat lattes I've had. We tried the black sesame latte because it sounded interesting and it was so creamy and loaded with black sesame flavor. For anyone that doesn't drink caffeine, I highly recommend you try the black sesame latte. With such great quality malasadas and drinks, it's no wonder there was a line! We'll definitely be back!

I'm a huge fan of really strong coffee flavor / pistachio lattes, so I definitely had high expectations going in. The prices are pretty steep for lattes - with specialties at $8-9 a latte, so hopefully they're making their syrups in house... not sure, but definitely wish I asked! As it's a Monday afternoon in the middle of the work day, there was no line at all & the drinks came out pretty quickly. We ordered the biscoff and pistachio latte -- from first glance, they were suuuper milky, which sounds silly because duh, lattes are majority milk, but it really dilutes the taste of the espresso & makes the drink mainly taste like sweet syrup. Unfortunately, these drinks are not very strong at all :/. I'm sure you can customize your drinks, but as they come, they are extremely sweet! The initial sip of the biscoff latte tastes the most like its name sake, but after a while, it just tastes like your run of the mill vanilla latte. The pistachio latte on the other hand has a slight pistachio / floral taste to it, but it really doesn't have all that strong of a taste to it either. Overall, I wouldn't say that the lattes are bad, but they're just alright, especially for what you pay for. I think if I returned, it would be to try a couple of the huge assortment of cakes they offer, but probably not for the drinks -- but def recommend trying it for yourself, as always!
