I find it humorous that this place is right next to a gym, but man, it is some tasty ice cream!…read more Be Free also offers coffee beverages and baked treats. Their cinnamon rolls and coffee cake slices are huge. They don't mess around. Upon walking in there's an island of select merchandise from local artists (chocolates, homemade items, etc.) which I thought was a cool way to support the community. The employees welcomed me in with a loud (yet polite) "Hello!" There were two of them working and they kept smiling the whole time. On the right there's a few tables to enjoy your order and further down there's a long high-top table where you can view a "behind the scenes" look through their kitchen window. The murals on their hallway are gorgeous, as well as that HUGE mirror you catch yourself in on the way to their bathrooms. Be Free merchandise is also available before you hit the hallway. Whoever designed their skull cones logo did a great job! On the left there's a refrigerated area with beverages to grab, and their glass case of all their ice cream flavors they're offering that day. Each is marked gluten free or dairy-free where appropriate. Next up is their pastry case on the counter. Take a mental note of what you'd like to get because you don't order until you reach the end of the counter. I think the flavor I got was called Wild Cherry Chip (a dark cherry ice cream with tiny crunchy dark chocolate pieces - think Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia). A single scoop was hearty enough to satisfy my sugar craving while small enough to not feel guilty about it. I'll be back!

I'm still missing my fav flavor point man pistachio, but if it means the team can dream up new flavors, I'm for it. The staff is always pleasant --gotta love supporting a family-owned local business. Best ice cream, period. If you don't try Be Free, you are missing out. We haven't tried the coffee offerings yet, but I'm sure it's great. Pastries are on point!

I also got the avocado toast, and the flavor of the zest and olive oil really elevated the flavor. Will be incorporating that into my at home avocado toast because I enjoyed it so much. I loved the home like feel, with decor and seating. I also appreciate the jewelry and other wares for sale by locals. I would recommend this business and would visit again.

In the backyard of the house, there's a playground and picnic tables, making this a cute spot to bring the little ones while you enjoy a treat outside too. Of course, I ordered a Lavender Honey Latte because that's just my go to. It was beautifully and perfectly crafted! It was so delicious. At the end of the cup, I was debating ordering another because it was that good! I also order the breakfast bowl, but wish I hadn't. I knocked off one star due to the poor food experience. I waited maybe 15 mins or so for my food to be ready (no biggy as I wasn't in a rush). But when I bit into my food, it was cold. The eggs were inedible. The bacon was chilled and I guess served in syrup. The avocado was perfectly ripe. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast bowl, especially not this for $15+ dollars. If I visit again, I'll stick with the lattes and skip the food!

These baristas aren't just doing a job -- they're showing up for their customers in a way that feels personal and rare. They've become friends to me, lifting me up on tough days and celebrating with me on good ones. They take pride in their work and it shows in every drink, every interaction, every small kindness. Starbucks corporate, please take notice and take great care of this crew -- they are the reason this store thrives. To the team: thank you for making me feel seen, valued, and welcomed every single visit. You are wonderful people and I'm grateful for you all. - Alanna ( CAFE MISTO!)

I grabbed my coffee, talked to a friend, and sat where I could see him just fine. A sour patron told me it's too cold out for him to be "chained up". Of course I'd tied him up as opposed to letting him roam around. Too cold? He's an Aussie with a double coat & the cold doesn't bother him. Five mins later, the manager said he was "crying" for me & I couldn't leave him outside. She does not speak dog. He was barking, but only had a spurt AND the music inside was louder than his bark. At that point, I was done being there. Unsolicited judgement is no friend of mine. If a baby cries, are they so quick to scold the parent? I should hope not. I called corporate & they stated I had not broken any of their guidelines & apologized for the unpleasant experience. There are plenty of pet-friendly coffee shops in the area so I will not be back to this location. If you ever see my Aussie, you will see he's great because of the socialization training I'm doing with him, and he will be tied to a pole outside ANOTHER coffee shop.

I've been wanting to try Khoalitea for a while since it's right in my neighborhood so I was very excited to see what drinks they offered. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and couldn't help but notice the super cute tables and decor. They even had a small pool table in the back lol. Since there wasn't anyone there, we had time to scan the menu. We both decided on Organic Lemonade drinks, I chose mine with Passion Fruit & Strawberry Bursting Boba. They also offer matchas, Vietnamese coffees, fruit teas, coconut waters and slushies along with Vietnamese sandwiches and snacks. It took no time for our drinks to be made and we both enjoyed them but they were a tad bit sweet for our liking, I'm sure it was due to the added flavored syrup. They've only been open a year but I can see this place being pretty busy this Summer. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other drink options. Definitely stop in if you're in the area!
