The pesto chicken sandwich is not oily and tastes very fresh and mild. The only problem is that nearly all of the smoothies contain huge amount of sugar and I wish they could somehow decrease this and not lose the flavor. The only exception is the detox has no added sugar. You really have to watch out for the calories. I have to remember to ask them if they create customized smoothies from scratch.
