When my order was ready, they didn't call out the item or confirm anything, they just said my name, tossed the tied-up bag on the counter, and walked away. I watched them call other orders properly with names and items, so the contrast stood out. Regardless of how good food may be, customer experience matters. I didn't ask for a manager because I've worked in management before, and I know staff behavior often reflects internal leadership and environment. Still, it's something worth noting: even for quick-service or takeout spots, courtesy and professionalism go a long way. This interaction felt dismissive and honestly off-putting.
