All I asked for was two drinks and two Swisher packets. She charged me for it, gave me my Swisher packets, and as soon as I turn my head to grab the drinks, she's already walking away again and completely disappears while I am knocking on the window for her to come back After about eight minutes. Nobody still comes back. I knock on the window again, still nothing. I had to go and park go inside and as I'm walking inside, she was walking from the restroom back to the drive-through window. I told her she forgot to give you my drinks and she said I'm sorry I had to use the restroom, which I completely understand. I have the worst bladder in the world, but I wanted to go through the drive-through so I did not have to get out of the vehicle. The girl lacked any empathy of caring for the customers seemed like she was kind of out of of it. I literally and the most understanding person I come from the service industry. The girl had pretty curled braided hair, beautiful, dark skin, beautiful girl, bad customer service. I told a very sweet lady upfront with long brown hair what happened. I just felt like I needed to make a review. I have never dealt with that in a long time.

There is no finer place to get gas and no better group of people to get it from than oncue 110. It's classless and of poor taste to single out anyone by name in a public setting. If you really are upset and want to have something done, call the corporate number and file A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FRONT OFFICE and give them a chance to make it right. Coming on here and questioning someone's upbringing is what an imbecile would do. So to the lady who gave 2 stars because you couldn't get a spoon but had one ready in the car, the person throwing down the race card, the person who thinks that what you read on yelp is an actual reflection of what kind of service you will get in real life.... There's 9 total reviews for this store, maybe half are average are worse. That's 1000's upon 1000's of people who come in every day and have no issue, and dare I say were satisfied customers? I had to go to another pump being locked out which was fine and then it didn't give me a receipt so I still have to go in and I wasn't too happy about that but when I get to the counter, I got there at the same time as another person w/ snack since I got gas ..I should go first, so I ask him for my receipt and he has the nerve to apologize to the other person as if I interrupted he was trying to send me a clear message and it wasn't very nice. I mentioned the numbers not being clear so I guess he thought I was complaining. I was hoping he would say yes we need to fix that. There's no receipt on the pump .Instead of apologizing to the other person he should have said hey I'm sorry you experienced that. But instead, he tried to make me feel like I was interrupting the other patron when in fact, we were there at the same time and I had already made a purchase . If you had had your receipt in pump, I wouldn't have had to come in so I get inconvenienced twice, but he's apologizing to the other person. I felt like he just wanted to be rude instead of addressing the rubbed off numbers on that one pump. He wanted me to feel stupid obviously.
