Sev was right next door so I headed over and got the 5 for $3 wings and a Gummi Ghost Slurpee. I asked the friendly Indian dude if he could make the wings fresh and he whipped 'em up in the Turbo Oven -it took maybe three minutes in this high-tech wicked-hot oven. Well, these wings were "scrump", incredible, hot, flavorful, juicy, etc. They put the capital "N" in "NomNomNomNomNom..." I cannot say enough about my experience. I was in "Sev"enth heaven. The man inside was EXTREMELY RUDE when my husband went inside sans mask (All clear from Gov Baker as of yesterday!) to buy a soda and cigarettes. We don't have our masks anymore, wore them faithfully everywhere until yesterday. He threatened to call the police on my husband and insulted him, saying "What do you know about this country, you're from Ireland!!" And then proceeded to lecture him on politics... huh?? Not good business sense. My husband and I are both self employed and know the value of being polite and welcoming, and NOT being rude, or unprofessional. I used to get gas here every week, will never return and will be sure to tell everyone I know. Wow. Was amazed at this level of oddity and rudeness.

It's basically a nicer version of a 7-11 but their food is actually pretty good and there's a nice sit-down area to enjoy in-house if you like. If you order the pizza, make sure to ask for it well done because it's usually pretty undercooked and I have to throw it in the oven when I get home. Gas is pricey but it's a Shell so wasn't expecting cheap :) They would get a lot more business (from me too) if they were on Uber Eats!

This gas station is a mess and owned by people who do nothing to fix their pumps or their customer…read moreservice. Once again, I go today to try to fill up my tank using my AMEX which I ALWAYS use to fill up my tank at other nearby stations. I never have a problem with using this card at gas stations. This Speedway takes AMEX but after I tapped the card to pay for the gas, the card wouldn't process. I pressed the Help button and waited. No one answered. I pressed it again about 4 more times waiting each time for someone to respond and no one did. I walked into the convenience store and the stupid lady behind the counter had no customers at the counter so was free to respond to my help request and then she asks me if I am at pump no. 8 and I said yes and why won't that pump take my AMEX. The lady starts making excuses and saying stuff I had to ask several times what is she saying because her statements didn't make any sense. She tried to tell me something was wrong with my card. The "card was declined" she said. I said this card has a zero balance and is used at other retail locations with zero issues ever. The pump actually showed a statement that the pump was "waiting for the cashier." The lady says I should put myself in her place and what would I do and I shrieked, "Fix the damn pump!" I left the station without getting gas and will NEVER go back. This is the fourth time I've tried to get gas at this station over the past few years and have always had an issue. Morons run this station and don't care about any issues with customers. The owners/staff are foreigners (originally) and you can tell they don't understand good customer service here in the US. I know that sounds racist but so be it.
