I used to come here before and pay $50 Dollars for my Avalanche for a full trim. You guys raised the prices for trucks like mines, which was fine with me I know it's labor. I appreciate the young gentleman giving me a managers special at the front desk and to cut it down to $30. But like I said, I don't even mind paying $50 dollars as long as I get what I came there for and it was for a full trim, even if it was for $50 dollars. I truly wanted to give this place 5 stars unfortunately this place gets 2 stars I paid the $42. wash with 3 different cars within 2 months span. Exterior was 4 out of 5 Interior cleanliness 1 out of 5 Friendly staff 5 out of 5 Here's some mistakes they need to correct and make sure it never happens again. I have an electronic key, the ones where you can leave the key in your pocket and with a push of a button you can start your car and drive off. It so happens that they forgot my batch of keys and placed it under my tire. I always carry a spare key in my wallet and when I slowly drove off I heard the keys drop. Luckily I didn't run them over. Not wiping the front interior dash. They failed to properly clean all the dust on all three vehicles. Remaining dust was clearly visible and it seems like the workers lack training on how to clean. Not vacuuming the back seats of all 3 cars. Pick up truck bed wasn't properly wash and wasn't wiped down. I'm only hear to let management know of my experience with this location. My 2 star review stands firm with 3 given attempts. I am hoping change can happen for the better. read more

I have been coming to 7 Flags Car wash for almost 30 years, and have always been pleased with their service. I have been paying $20.00 for an exterior wash, towel dry, and tire dressing for a long time; until they told me yesterday that they do NOT towel dry or tire dressing for $20.00. This review mainly goes to the guy that is in the front of the car wash who is standing there guiding the car in before it goes through the car wash. I paid for the gold wash, and the guy use to brush both the front and back car before it goes to the wash, but lately he's been very lazy & just sprays the car with water. when he does brush, it's a halfway job, put some muscle into the brushing, I paid for gold not a halfway brushing in the front and no brushing in the back. I'm closer to the Vallejo carwash than the Springsroad where the car wash their is way better everything is new, washes better, and has free vacuum, which they had the same new car wash machine in vallejo. The manager in the Vallejo car wash & some of the employee ladies at the front who scans my car gets a 5 stars rating, they're usually on top of everything. The 1 stars rating is only for the guy who doesn't take the time to brush both the front and back of my car before I go through the car wash, I had to go through twice at the wash because my car was still dirty. Don't rush me to go through so that you can get to the next car, have me put the car on neutral and you do nothing but spray with water, I should have a full service of you brushing my car with soap both front and back. If you can't do this, please go find another job because this job is not for you. Customers need clean car wash going through a car wash not a halfway wash especially if you've upgraded from a silver to gold. I went to the car wash on a Saturday morning, around 9am. The young lady in the booth told me that there was something wrong with the car wash, so she said that they'd do the inside first and then run it through the exterior wash. She directed me to drive my car around to the left of the booth and said that I would be directed where to park. A man waved me into one of the detailing bays next to the exterior wash. The technicians cleaned and polished the seats, dash, and interior. Then someone drove my car over to another bay, next to the self-serve vacuums. My car sat there, unattended for about a half-hour. Eventually someone started cleaning the inside again. After roughly an hour and 15 minutes of waiting someone came over to me to tell me that my car was done. I said that it couldn't be done as it hadn't been washed yet. He looked at me like I was crazy. I went over to the booth and talked to the girl who originally told me that the car wash was being fixed. By this time I had seen many cars go through the wash. I was told that my car will be run through "again." Now, I was starting to get annoyed. It hadn't been run through the car wash at all. How could it be run through again? I explained this to the girl. She seemed surprised that my car hadn't even been washed yet. It's now 90 minutes. Someone drives my car from the detailing bay to the end of the line of cars heading into the car wash. I'm still standing by the booth... flabbergasted. I asked, since I've been here since 9am, why is it that my car is JUST NOW heading into the wash, and at the END of the line, no less? The girl was apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free external wash for "next time." Eventually my car gets up to the entrance to the wash. And it sits. And sits. And sits. With someone behind the wheel. Sitting. For at least 10 more minutes. Then it gets run through the wash and returned to the detailing bay next to the vacuums. I could not understand for the life of me why it still had bird excrement on the passenger side door (I took a picture after it came out). The attendant eventually wiped it off with a cloth. However, the passenger side doors of my car are STILL dull, as if the car wash brushes never touched it (again, took pics after it came out of the car wash and after the attendant finished whatever the heck he was doing to it). In short, my car is still dirty, this after paying for the most expensive service and having to wait 2 hours. Next time? Come on. Really? Is there any reason why I would want to submit myself to such an ordeal a second time? I love supporting local businesses. This one was definitely a miss. read more

Since we're originally from Vallejo, my dad and I had a "daddy-daughter" date in our hometown. First stop, this car wash which my dad raved about. In the middle of a pandemic I didn't care one ounce about whether or not my car was clean because I hardly use it nowadays since working from home. Anyway, he just about forced me to bring it here and so I did because I knew Bud's Burgers was on the other side of it! This happened last July and I'm just now getting around to reviewing it. I recall the wait was pretty fair, about an hour from start to finish for both interior and exterior work. Pricing was also decent. However, while waiting, I did notice about 2-3 employees who were either wearing their masks improperly or not at all which concerned me since a couple of them were on interior car cleaning duty. I said a prayer before entering my car and driving off to Bud's! Aside from that, they did a fantastic job and my car looked as good as new, inside and out. read more

I will no longer be doing business with 7flags car wash after I was denied service due to my Toyota truck being what they called too wide with oversized wheels. The manager said "I'm calling the shots here and you are not going thru" said it like I was being an an disrespectful ignorant customer when i stood quiet the whole time. I had been there plenty of times with the same truck but they just know noticed it and decided denied the service and refunded my money back not to that they cause a traffic jam on that small street entrance just to remove me from the premises. Because there was a bit of bird poo left on my trunk and they made it easy for my to run my car through again. I went and got my car washed this morning 6/24/21 (around 8:30) and young woman with long hair and low ponytail helped me. My windshield and front end had bugs on them , but instead of wetting and brushing them she tossed some soap on it and sent me through. At the end of the wash I could already tell there were still bugs on the windshield. But I drove drove out and didn't complain. Then I made another stop and saw the front of my car and I was p!$$@d. It's filthy!!! So I went back and told the same person that the front is still dirty. Once again she threw soapy water on it and sent me through the carwash again. Took our suv here this morning for the first time. The staff was nice but the wash was not so good. We bought the Lava Shield wash for $15.99 and we had a $3.00 coupon. We can see that they use a good amount of soap but the machine didn't clean the back of our suv. I have posted a picture of it. It did clean the front and sides well. Have brand new truck detailed at 7 flags after there are spots all over and I mean all over, the windows have terrible spots and nothing removing them all the chrome is spotted and will not come out unless it's buffed and the body wow, not as bad as the chrome but wow, not sure what was used but I'll be spending couple hundred dollars now to have all the spots buffed out and the truck washed and waxed correctly. I took out my things in back but they did not even cleaned the back besides the glass. $30 for a wipe down. That's not cool. I showed up today about 45 minutes before they were getting ready to close, I figured that around that time they wouldnt be as busy, which they weren't. I purchased the most expensive exterior wash and full service because my car needed some love but what I got was half ass service and not what I paid for. The Dash Dress was described as an air compressor being used to clean out my vents and a type of armor all solution to be used all over my dash. No air was used, my vents are still dusty...and this girl left parts of my dash untouched while other areas look over saturated with whatever they use. My door jams were not wiped down, my mats were not cleaned like I requested and paid extra for, my windows are streaky and still dirty. I asked if I could have my front end scrubbed and cleaned up since it had quite a mess on it from a long road trip. I was willing to pay extra for it but she said I didn't need to and that was part of the detailing on the outside. The guy with the scrubber barely touched the hood or front end then walked off to socialize with a coworker. Honestly I would have rather paid for the self wash and definitely would have done a way better job than these people did. I went and complained on my way out to the girl in the booth who was the nicest and most helpful person in the whole place. For $40 I would expect at least the outside to be dirt free and my windshield to be clean, neither of which are. Outside still has dirt, windshield still has marks, inside of car not cleaned well either. I'm absolutely flabbergasted by the management at 7 Flags. Whoever was running the shop on November 26, 2008 in the AM should be fired pronto. We've probably spent about $500 here over the last 3 or 4 years. This bitch just lost our business. We're never ever EVER coming back. The story: I took one of our cats to the vet last week. On the drive there I had him in a cat holder but he ended up pissing all over himself. When we picked him up the next day my wife suggested we just let him walk around so he wouldn't feel as traumatized. Instead, he pissed all over the car. Cat piss stinks really bad so we had to get our van's carpet cleaned up ASAP. We decided to come to 7 Flags and get breakfast at Buttercup next door. The Carpet express costs $34.99 plus $5 for oversized vehicles, which apparently our van is. The ultimate car wash is $24.99 plus $2 for oversized vehicles. Add them all up and that's $66.98. The lady at the booth up front said that for $20 more we could have not only the carpet cleaned but have all the interior thorougly cleaned. I initially declined but she pressed on, saying that for an extra $20 you get a $50+ savings. Fine, I thought... why not. When we finally picked up the car after breakfast, the seats had not been cleaned. I mentioned that and was told that it would cost extra. These are not cloth seats. They wipe right off... Well, apparently that wasn't part of the deal. My wife asked the speak to the manager, who not only rebuffed her but denied that an employee would have sold us something that wasn't delivered. Ultimately, you can argue it one way or another, but if a customer asks to speak to the manager, he or she feels that she didn't get her value's worth. You can tell the customer he's an idiot and should have asked for clarification, but we spent $89.99, the total cost, and we feel like we got $40 in value. Even if you don't want to give a discount, the customer is always right, in business parlance, and this manager clearly didn't have a fucking clue. The right approach, in my opinion, would have been to clean the fucking seats, like it or not, and not charge extra. That would have not only calmed our frayed nerves but made us feel valued as customers. Right now, I just feel like I've been sodomized by a bunch of degenerates. Fuck you, 7 Flags... I was here 3/24/22. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I don't usually bring the car to get washed so was out of my element. From the gentleman at check-in, to the office staff and the line staff was a good experience. I was surprised it was $52.00 but realized $10 was my fault due to the way I mentioned my dash being filthy. They thought I was asking for a special treatment.
