I'm old school and usually detail my own vehicles because I got tired of companies charging premium to perform the same superficial cleaning that you'd get from the local carwash. Speed wax using barely enough product to cover a hood much less an entire vehicle. Never really achieving the "detail" aspect of the work. Art of Detailing came through. Excellent focus on the entire vehicle inside and out. Made more impressive because of the hot day. Best of all, they were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

Luckily I got my car back but damage was done and my car insurance had me choose which autobody to get the car sent to. I recognized this shop and remembered how great they were so I chose them. They did wonders with the car, replaced car doors, recalibrated the electronics, painted the car meticulously. It felt brand new. Before I could review it entirely, Tony texted me hoping I was pleased with the service, when I saw the horrible work and sent him pictures and texts, all of a sudden, nothing. No response. It stressed me out because I already went through another local carwash damaging my car and them weaseling their way out of any liability. Thankfully 7Flags caught it on video so there was no doubt. They were very honest about being at fault and sent me to a local glass vendor to have my windshield replaced. Fast forward to November. The sensors on my car were acting up ever since the windshield was replaced. It wasn't a problem until the automatic braking kicked in when it should not have and caused me to dead stop on a busy street. It was incredibly dangerous and my trust in the vehicle was shaken. Then comes the annual oil change for my car. We had been planning to go on a trip that upcoming weekend and needed an oil change and for Subaru to look at the sensor issue as it was a major safety concern. We find out from Subaru that the windshield replaced was not OEM and the sensors were not calibrated correctly. Turns out with these new cars, only the dealers or someone with an authorized copy of the software, can calibrate the sensors. They also cannot be disabled. Ultimately it looked like the job we had done months prior was botched and due to the safety concern, the windshield needed to be replaced once again and calibrated by Subaru. We expressed this concern to the vendor who initially changed the windshield and he was less than cooperative with our needs. We reached back out to 7Flags where we spoke to Alan about the situation. Alan worked with us one on one while communicating between the original glass vendor, Subaru of Fairfield, and his supervisors at 7Flags. Due to some communication hiccups we had to inform Subaru to work with Alan as the original glass vendor was becoming less civil about the situation. Thankfully 7Flags, once again, covered the repair. This time it was done correctly through the dealership. We are so thankful that 7Flags is an upstanding company that takes responsibility in its mistakes. Alan did an outstanding job with rolling through the punches and helping us with the roller coaster of a week. We are monthly unlimited wash members and will continue using 7Flags car washes all over Solano County. I still get nervous going through the automated car washes, but feel more secure now that I know that 7Flags takes accountability in its business practices. Thank you again and we will continue on being loyal customers!

I called Eric at Dent Express and asked him if I could come in for an estimate. He said sure. I made an appointment with him. He gave me an estimate that was Much, Much better than anything anyone else was quoting. I agreed to have him fix the car. He even gave me a ride back to my home. As I couldn't pick the car up that evening, he agreed to keep it in his shop overnight. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked great. The repair had been affected nicely. And, then, he said it took him less time than he thought it would, so, he charged me less than what he had originally estimated. I highly recommend Dent Express, and Eric Patton. He is one honest and reliable professional. I'll be returning to him for whatever work he can do for me.

Still a bunch of dirt and mouse poop ... disappointing. It seemed like they did the bare minimum. It wasn't the actually owner that came out so don't want to speak on his work. His employees were nice but weren't thorough. Didn't even wash the gas cap out. It was left dirty. Not sure if the rugs were cleaned also cause there was mouse poop dropping from the bottom when I lift it up. Now I have to find somewhere else to get detailed. Maybe it was just an off day, but I spent $200 and the expectation was that they could clean the car completely out but it just wasn't. The seats were at least clean. Update: Owner ended up contacting me saying they would be able to come back and correct what was missed, which I thought was nice. Thank you for reaching out. This Car Wash is by far my favorite wash to use in this area. All the staff here are always welcoming & friendly and I wanted to recognize them all for their hard work. My last visit I asked the manager at the time "Chandler" the names for his staff members working during my time here today. I would like to give a HUGE thank you to "Fernando, Mateo, Rafael, and Chandler" they all made my time/ quality of my wash here today amazing. I was impressed by how much knowledge the employee at the pay terminal had for what the washes included, and the team scrubbing my car. There was a women by name Angela I believe she is a manger she is extremely rude and unhelpful as I was asking questions I kept getting rolled eyes and attitude. This is the SECOND time she has done this to me. The first I let it slide because I know everyone has a bad day but her manners and her role as a "manger" is pathetic. To top it off there was a gentle ahead of me that had a problem with her as well. Will no longer come here. I have never had such horrible service from her if I was her boss I would rethink my employee especially someone as her for a manger she makes the business look really bad. I like washing my own car but these days time and energy after the day is scarce. For the past years I'm avid costumer at 7 Flags car wash on Elmira in Vacaville. Their work is good but when Yomara and especially Brenda does my car it's to my standards when I'm doing it. Whether it's a detail, full service, or Managers Special their efforts are truly professional. It's to their credit I decided years ago to do the monthly pass. I recommend to others to 7 Flags on Elmira as well as to seek out Yomara and Brenda for their politeness, curiosity, and profession service. read more

Love all the updated colors in the wash! Makes it different from the other car washes. Also the welcoming staff makes everything run smoothly. Eric, chandler and Fermin are very nice and quick to help. The free vacuums are the main thing people look forward to but the colors in the wash just makes the experience so much better. I used to go to 5 star car wash and their service was not welcoming like 7 flags is. There is usually vacuums always open so you don't have to wait a while for them which is a plus. Quick and friendly staff, was super busy and long lines the other day but Fermin made sure things were running smoothly, efficiently and fast. Love that most of my bugs come off every time I come here. There are always lanes open for vacuums so you do not have to wait for someone to be done, they are also clean unlike other car washes. 7 flags seems to care about the service they are giving to everyone. I've had a fast pass for a while and it's nice that the pass is month to month not a contract for a while. read more

Jesse did an excellent job with my oil change and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Russ checked my tires and took the time to make sure everything looked good, and Jeff, the downstairs technician, thoroughly checked everything under the hood to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. On top of the excellent service, my oil change came with a complimentary car wash and interior cleaning, which was such a nice surprise! It's not often you find a team that combines excellent customer service with quality workmanship, but that's exactly what I experienced today. Thank you, Jesse, Russ, Jeff, and the ladies who vacuumed my car for treating both me and my car with such care. They also have a drying area, I don't usually take up the full 15 minutes to wash my car but when I went towards the end of the evening when it got dark I was surprised they didn't have any outdoor lighting on like the one in Vallejo. They have good quality soap and washers and a nice clean area to clean your cars and tires. And $2.00 coin operated vacuum cleaners.

The foam brush dispensed a good amount of soap and was useful scrubbing dirt of my car. The vacuum worked and was able to get debris out of my seats and floors, although it only provided 2 minutes of time (wash bay provided 20 minutes). I'll have to remember that for next time. Overall, I had a good experience here. Best part was not having anyone asking me if I want to sign up for a membership. :) I'm satisfied with how clean my car is for what I paid. I will return again for my next car wash.

One time I had to wait 5-10 minutes because all the wash bays were full, but never any problems using the hoses or getting water or soap. Most of the time I even see the attendant making sure everything is okay and clean. Sometimes the soap brush may be a little overused, but still good to scrub my car and get it clean. I even like that the other customers are good too. No one overstays their wash time. When they are done, they move their car to the dry area. Of course, sometimes you'll get someone who has to blast their music for everyone to hear. I like that they take quarters and you don't have to exchange them for tokens. I recommend bringing your own quarters as the change machine doesn't always work. Otherwise great place.

He made sure we were happy with the work before billing us and encouraged us to bring the cars back if we had any concerns. The price was reasonable and the team that worked on our cars kept popping in to give us updates on what to expect time-wise. I thought the transparency and communication was great. Both cars look fantastic but my mom's looks like it just rolled off a dealer's lot again! We'll definitely be taking our cars back. If you're in the area, give them a try - it's only a matter of time until word gets out and they start getting booked up way in advance!
