I picked up **three packages of these gummies**, clearly marked **$5.99 each**. I took them to the register, and the employee rang them up for **$99.99**. I looked at him and laughed because I genuinely thought he was joking. He then told me, essentially, that they were $5.99. I said, "Okay... so why did you just ring them up for $99.99?" He went over to the empty shelf, came back and said, "Oh yeah, they're $5.99." Yes. **I know. The price is printed directly on the package.** Apparently I needed to provide customer service to the cashier and explain how the pricing on the product worked. Then, because I was paying with Apple Pay, he simply told me to tap my phone without even showing me the total on the screen. After the first attempted **$100 surprise**, I wasn't exactly feeling generous with my trust. I asked for my receipt because I wanted documentation of exactly what I had been charged. I looked him dead in the eyes and said, "I can't believe you just tried to charge me $100. You're crazy." And honestly, after reading other reviews about inconsistent pricing and customers being quoted different amounts, my experience suddenly made a lot more sense. One reviewer even described being quoted random prices depending on what they were looking for. Another mentioned the store being good in the past but becoming noticeably more expensive. To be clear, I'm not upset that the employee made a mistake. Mistakes happen. I'm upset that **I had to catch it myself**, despite the correct price being printed plainly on the product. Needless to say, I will not be returning. There are plenty of other stores where I can buy the same type of product without having to conduct a forensic accounting investigation at the register.

Ok, I was struggling on whether to give this place 2 or 3 stars. They definitely deserve a good…read morescore for selection hands down, they have everything you could imagine. Their prices are fairly good, but you know you can always find certain things cheaper online of course. The displays where on par with a local kind of business such as this and prices were clearly displayed. Long story short I felt rushed and unwanted and didn't get to see exactly what they offered. Long version: But getting down to the nitty gritty, I had a horrible customer service experiance here. The guy that was attending was a balding guy with a bill cosby-like sweater. When I walked in, he was helping out these two young girls who were just goggling some cheaper pipes, they eventually left and it was just me and him in the shop. He said hello to me ofcourse and asked what I was looking for, I responded that I wanted to browse a little first.(I came in for specifically a grinder and a one hitter but I wanted to check out the store because everything was so pretty). So anyways I'm looking at the stuff in the case and I could just feel his eyes burning a hole through me, had to be at most 15 sec since the first time he asks and he says what can I help you with, so I'm there next to the grinder so I say whatever let me look these 2 silver ones over here. One was bigger than the other but the more expensive one was larger than the other, so I ask to see both out the glass and the guy says "one is bigger..." in a tone that says he really means "hurry and pick one and get out of my store" SO with his excellent selling skills I pick the cheapest one naturally. Then I say "I'll take it but I wanna look at some stuff over here." (meaning give me some space) Again, I know what I want but I wanna survey what they have maybe for future purchases, right? So anyway literally 5 seconds later the guy comes up again and says "what do you want?" So I say screw it and point out the one hitter I wanted and went to my for my stuff. I don't know if you guys get what I'm talking about but I just know he didn't want me there for whatever reason... hmmmm I wonder why??? Just thinking about it pushes me to the 2 star rating. Sorry, I'm not gonna go anywhere I feel unwanted, and what more I'm gonna warn everybody about your lameass attitude on yelp :P
