The employees were super disrespectful and rude an older man in the parking lot who worked there…read moreyelled at us for trying to help bring in the electric cart back inside and out of the handicap spot where it was blocking handicap parking and this man screamed in our face and called us a slur that we do not feel comfortable saying. We tried calling to report this incident but they completely ignored us and left us on hold for over 2 hours. This is completely unacceptable work behavior and we expect better and change soon.

I gave them 20 more minutes and of course they lied that time too, so I left. A few minutes down the road the broker called to ask us go back. I told her the condition was that if they don't start loading me as soon as I dock, I will leave for good. They started once I docked but then took their sweet time; they'd load one pallet and then they would not do anything for a while. All in all it took them almost five hours to load me; I could have loaded the whole truck by myself with an electric pallet Jack in 45 minutes... They are just another gazillionaire middle-man that couldn't care less about truckers or veterans (which many truckers are veterans too), who don't keep appointments, and don't compensate truckers for the losses they cause the truckers. Sadly, these are the crooks who in one way or another control much of the regular grocery store food supply; I can only hope that local co-ops will replace these faceless and inhumane corporations which don't care at all about people.

My biggest complaint about this store is the shortage of disability electric carts. I have never…read moregone in this store that I didn't have to wait at least half an hour, and it usually is longer, more like an hour, to get a cart. And, except for the subway sandwich shop, there is no place to sit down to wait. The staff is usually pretty nice about getting me one as soon as they can, but there just aren't nearly enough. You would think with the baby boomer generation, getting older and the number of disabled increasing like it is, they would pay a little more attention to such a large and ever increasing demographic. We make up a huge portion of their customer base. I go to the Kroger next door whenever possible. They are more expensive, but I have never once had to wait for a cart.

This Indiana gift shop just recently opened in downtown Lebanon. I stopped by today and learned…read morethat the store specializes in products made in Indiana. The small shop is locally owned and I talked to Mel, the owner. Mel was welcoming and friendly. The store carries everything from handmade soaps to cutting boards. There were tee shirts sporting the Hoosier State, Amish apple butter and popcorn from South Bend. She carries hand crafted baby toys and hand crocheted animals and much, much more. It would be fun to put together a gift basket. I like to shop local and so I picked up some locally made barbecue sauce. There is free street parking in front of the store. I'll be back.

The staff is welcoming and treats you like family. The selection of high quality meats is wide. We love the smoked pork chops, specialty boxed burgers, breakfast sausage, chicken, Faroe Island Salmon and every now and then, we treat ourselves to a steak. The gourmet mushrooms are delicious as well. And I generally pick up some candy to spoil the grandkids. They also carry cheeses, a few deli meats, wines, craft beers, vegetables and gourmet pastas and pickles. You can get just about everything the you need for a nice dinner. The store is upscale and spotless. There is one small table if you want to sit and eat some cheese or have them make a sandwich. They have a private parking lot so you don't have to mess with Z'ville parking.
