I used a 40lb washer and dryer, for clothes that would be 2 loads in at-home washer dryer. The washer was 5 dollars for 30min, and I used the dryer for 28min which costed a dollar. They both worked really good. The dryer could have used another quarter for certain items like a small blanket but I was too lazy to wait any longer. Overall, good working machines at a reasonable price, spacious and clean laundromat....nothing to complain!

I have been a customer at this laundromat for approximately two years and visit about once a week…read more I routinely wash the same types of items each visit, including my work uniforms, my husband's work uniforms, and my dogs' blankets. During my visit today, I loaded two large-capacity washers, added the appropriate amount of detergent according to the detergent instructions, selected the warm water setting, and started the machines as usual. When the cycles were complete, I immediately noticed that many of the clothes still smelled unwashed and felt as though detergent and soil had not been fully rinsed away. Some items were only damp, some were extremely wet, and others felt almost dry, as though they had not been washed properly. The clothing also retained the same odor it had before being washed. I brought my concerns to the attendant. She checked the washer briefly and stated that because the clothes were wet, the machine had washed them. However, my concern was not whether water had touched the clothing, but that the wash cycle did not appear to clean the clothes properly. I was left with no option but to move everything into another washer and pay to wash all of my laundry a second time. As a result, I spent approximately double what I normally spend on laundry. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to investigate whether the machine malfunctioned or to offer any assistance, reimbursement, or courtesy rewash despite my being a long-time customer. I understand that equipment issues can happen. My frustration comes from having to pay twice to wash the same load and feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I hope management will review the condition and performance of the machines so that other customers do not experience the same problem.

There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.

Though I did not end up using the service, the employee in there was kind and patient as I was trying to figure if my capri pant needed hemming. She talked me through it and stated she liked the way the pants fit. She could've told me to hem them and make the money, but she instead gave me her opinion and stated she thought they were fine. When I asked the attendant to change my $20 into quarters, she plainly told me to use the coin machine. Which I did, because I'm happy to save her the 45 seconds and .0037 calories. And because I clearly heard her instruction and I'm a rule follower at my core. She attentively watched as I slid my $10 bill into the change machine and nothing happened. No quarters. No bill return. No Not Working light turning on. It was as if David Copperfield was hidden on the other side of the change machine. So, she's watching me I turn to her and ask if I can get my money back or $10 in quarters. She shrugs. She shrugs. Like the mythical Atlas, with the weight of the world on her shoulders, she shrugs. I ask again, politely (if I'm being completely honest, it was polite with a dash of expectation; but polite nonetheless). This time she types her response into her phone and displays it to me. So, my logical mind says two things. One, she's had a bad day, shes battling something in her life, she doesn't want to be here. Compassion. Or, there's a freaking hidden camera around here somewhere. Not wanting to be a Falling Down trope or a guest on Impractical Jokers, I head either of the only two possible options off at the pass. I ask her to call her manager. She replies, "No." Curious, I say again, slowly and clearly "ma'am, I'd like to speak to a manager or whoever runs this place about getting my money back." She reverts to phone-ics and types "I dont work here and no one runs this place." Boom. She calls my logic with physics-suspending mysticism. In fairness, I probably should have seen this coming. I review the events of the previous few minutes with her and get nothing in response. No verbal response, no typed response, no blinking. To be honest I don't think she even breathed. She was committed to the whole "I'm not here" willful suspension of reality bit. After an epic stare off, I blinked at 2 minutes 43 seconds. She wins. My money is gone, for now, and I lick my wounded adolescent ego and pack my dirty clothes back into my laundry bag to go find another laundromat. As I continue to move further away she continues to just stare at me. Her movements imperceptible. Much like the Mona Lisa, I felt like I was being actively watched by a two dimensional object. In an alternate universe where business theft and poor customer service are valued, this would an off-the-charts, double the bill tip kind of review. But alas, another laundromat brings back to this reality. Which, in fairness, may be one of an infinite inter-dimensional realities, but nonetheless it's the one you and me presently occupy. Which is to succinctly say, never use this facility if you value your money.

The baby German Cockroaches that are walking around. I saw one on top of the machine I was washing my clothes in. They dont scare me, but they are a serious pain in the ass if they catch a ride home with you and have kids in your home. I once knew a woman who brought furniture from another person's house to their home. I notice one item had baby German cockroaches hiding in the wood. I told the owners the furniture was roach infested but they did not listen to me. Months later their house was infested with German cockroaches. They had to fumigate the house for a week or two before they could sell the house. I have had two experiences with German cockroaches and do not want a third. It maybe called Best Laundromat, but it is not for me. The men's bathroom was dirty and had graffiti scratched on various parts off the wall. The women's bathroom looked cleaner for what I saw from the open door.
