This place is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!. I had done my due diligence and contacted this place 10 months before I went to buy my car. I paid around 1,000.00 for a credit restoration package that was supposed to take six months. Then, I paid an additional thousand dollars for their 'Trade Line' credit card. They SAID it was supposed to get you an INSTANT 50-75 point boost. Which is absolute bull$hit. I was monitoring my credit with credit karma (also another scam) and it was showing I had a 735 credit score when I went to go buy my beautiful, expensive car. I put 10,000.00 down and when I asked to see my credit score they told me I had a 660. I was PISSED. What I was expecting to get a 2% APR for all of my hard work with a thousand dollar a month car payment turned into 7% APR and a 1,500.00 month car payment. THE ONLY REASON I WAS STILL ABLE TO GET THIS CAR WAS BECAUSE I DID ALL THE WORK OF PAYING OFF MY DEBT AHEAD OF TIME AND PUTTING DOWN A LARGE DOWN PAYMENT. This "company" will promise you services, promise you that they will be able to remove derogatory remarks from your credit file and that they will dispute them on your behalf. They will tell you anything you want to hear in order to seal the deal and get your money. After that, good luck to you. They not only do not follow up, return calls, and on some occasions even speak English well enough to conduct proper customer service, but later flat out DENY the very services they promised and those which you initially paid for. I was dealt with in such an unprofessional, audacious manner that I was shocked. I blame myself for not checking the reviews first. If you don't want to be lied to and taken advantage of, please read the reviews and consider an actual business that actually serves their customers instead of robbing them. I have since discovered that the BBB has issued a warning about them. I have since taken action to improve my credit, such as open credit cards and different credit lines. My credit scores shot up. If I could give it a negative star rating I would. My husband swore by them and insisted I let them 'fix' my credit. I gave in and my husband paid - and the results are in - NOTHING. They did NOTHING. My husband called to inquire (after I badgered him to) and all they would do is set up call backs that never happened. I would listen to him ask questions and after a bunch of stammering (like a child caught in a lie) they would promise a call back. NEVER HAPPENED. My credit score DROPPED instead of increased. I was already working on repairing my credit before them and was doing quite well; as soon as they got their incompetent hands on it, it started to drop. No inquiries were removed but a slew of old debt was rehashed and started the wipe out/charge off clock all over. I.....ME - had to jump back in there and start to repair it all over again and guess what? My credit started to slowly climb back up. Still no word from them. So this review is only the beginning of my rampage against 700Plus...I am going to call, write and report to any and everyone who will listen, including the Texas Attorney General and I will post a negative review every week on any and every social platform. This company was suspicious from the very beginning. The agent I spoke with said she had five years of experience cleaning credit, repossession, and negative items. After careful research I found out this was fraud. The company asks for thousands of dollars upfront to start the process. Please be aware that a credit repair company cannot remove negative items such as repossession, bankruptcy, or negative items. This is a number one indicator of fraud when a company asks for a large amount of money upfront. After searching for a company that's reliable and deliver results, I came across the company 700 plus credit. i took a fighting chance even reading horrible reviews about customers complaining. Well they help me improve my score from mid 500's to the high 600's. I could be in the 700s if it wasn't from my car purchase during my credit repair process. The follow up process could improve, but overall Im impressed. I even referred a friend in which they were able to delete 2 current broken leases. Everything I was told in the beginning by (the sales person) by the way I thought was the person working on my file.. was a complete lie. Finally 30 DAYS later, I receive a phone call stating the company FINALLY REACHED OUT TO THE CREDIT COMPANY. I still gave 700 plus credit the benefit although you would expect communication and NO DELAYS with a company you have paid 3x more for a standard of service. When I went to the office to meet the person that I thought was working on my file. After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, he walk right pass me and went to lunch without acknowledging me. I was passed on to a new person (over the customer service department that didn't have a clue about customer service) after asking very direct questions about the service she couldn't answer one question for me but she was very quick to tell me she can not "tell me the process of how restoration process works because I'll do it myself" after I asked for someone that could actually answer my questions with a higher level of customer service several times. She sends her assistant manager in. I'm now asking for proof/notes what has been done to my account and no one can answer this question for me. I may have asked this one question over 9 times of the conversation. After clearly stating that I feel uncomfortable and due to the delay facts of my file and the customer service I'm receiving. I'm considering canceling. I asked to speak to the office manager to only get the SALES manager. She really tried to keep my business but after knowing that she will not be working on my file, someone (who over that person is) will not have the dedication to get me results. Plus not having the respect from this company to talk to the actual Manger but one over sales. I no longer wanted to work with this company. After sitting in the office for over 2 hours with clear facts of dates, getting the run around by 3 different people (not the manager or the person that actually set my services and gladly took my money) out of the 3 different people, they all have different stories, nothing added up. I went for the credit evalution to get a better understanding of my credit and to see what the company had to offer. I wasnt planning on signing up THAT day! She (i wont say her name) made me feel so low because I didnt have the money at that moment. She made me feel as if I wasnt serious about my credit. If I wasnt, I wouldnt have gotten off work at 4:30, rushed across town to pick up my daughter, and rushed to my appointment...ALL WITH NO GAS. That's how serious I am! Don't Do IT!!!!!! Their is many other places you can go to. I know it's hard to trust any company but by my experience I can assure you this one is not the one to try. Never did I receive a call back only the first few times to sign contracts to rush the process because according to them they "couldn't wait to have me on the right path to fixing my credit" not over exaggerating I called to speak to the lady that signed me up maybe over 30 times and never did she return my call. In order for me to get a hold of her I would have to literally say I'm about to cancel my contract etc. I can go on about all the stuff I went through plain and easy it was horrible frustrating annoying and pretty upsetting.
