Sorry, I'm leaning more towards "No", definitely not. It's scary to think that a company would be allowed to advertise items as "NEW", when they are clearly used items. What is.perplexing in this, is why would Amazon allow them to resale returned, damaged and broken items? Or, is Amazon not aware? I have read all of the other angry reviews with this company and wondered why no "owner, or lead" has responded? What is going on in the 702 area that allows this type of sale consumer goods without the protective liability. I thought I had happened upon a gem, bidding on a "NEW" Vicks Humidifier. Won the bid, utilized my only source of income, scheduled a pickup, entered a unique looking building that makes you feel money well spent. Only to get home with a box that looked like it was never opened, taped to the hilts and inside was perfect packaging. I pilled out a machine which had white powder residue all inside and in the bottom of the box. I threw this crap in the trash. It wasn't worth taking back for some innocent person to be horrified in receiving. The management here should be ashamed of themselves to allow something that is medically needed for infants, children, teens, adults and elders to use in times of respiratory distress. There is no excuse. If anyone from Amazon is responsible for this business handling their overstocks and returns, please stop them from using your name behind their sales. read more

First off they fraudulently advertise items on their website. It's been multiple times I purchased items as new that are used and do not work. I recently just purchased a coffee maker and when I go home it was dirty, it had a used coffee maker pod in the machine and when I plugged it in it did not work! Both locations are actually horrible. But more specifically the sahara location. Purchased a tent for daughters graduation party for our backyard. Went to pick it up and they said we bought a chicken coupe instead and the chicken coupe was not listed as the item and they saw that. So they said they processed a refund. Waited over 10 days and never received the money. Went back and talked to the receptionist and they informed me the refund was never processed. So they processed the refund and then I waited over a month and still haven't gotten it. The refund was just processed on 6/17 and this all started in May and I still haven't gotten my refund. Horrible people and horrible service because. Also they are the ones who list the items so somebody listed the item wrong and no one from the inside actually noticed that which is sickening. read more

This place used to be amazing!!!! My whole family used to buy tons of stuff from them. When things were defective they would exchange it FREE, if a piece was missing ; I personally looked in their "extra pieces box" and found another one. NOW, i have no idea what's going on!!! Stuffs mislabeled, or broken. And they charge YOU a restocking fee!!! I called with my husband having surgery and telling them to please give me time. The lady says she knows exactly who I am and remembers talking to me but it's been put back. AND THE CHARGED ME A RESTOCKING FEE!!!! My vote is to stop all together with it. I'm about 50/50 on this business. I purchased 2 items on auction, which I had to return one of them for missing parts. They happily accepted it without any problem and no restocking fee. I also purchased another item on auction that was mislabeled as Wi-Fi enabled and was not. Luckily I inspected the item during pick up and was able to return it right away. I'm not sure if I would like to bid on another item again based on this experience. The drive is too far for me to waste my time and gas just to buy something that may not be right. Definitely inspect your items upon pick up so you don't waste your time. read more

Don't waste your time. I've tried buying 2 things through this company and both times were a waste. I live 30 minutes from their pickup location and have waited 3 trips there now. The first I night a ninja grill. Seemed to be working because it would turn on. When I got it home and tried to use it, it would not actually work. It was damaged at the hinge which was interfering with the sensor so the grill was worthless. So I had to return it. Now again I tried ordering luggage. Won the bid. Arranged a pick up time. Drove all of the way down there just to be told that their system has error where it sometimes lists things they don't even had so the luggage I won didn't even exist. How is that even possibly a thing? And how is it an ongoing problem? Either way. This place is just waste of time and gas. read more

Beware if you return an item as not described, but they see it differently than your view of it, they will charge you a 30% restocking fee and they keep the 15% buyer's premium as well. Think of them taking 45% from you. They won't tell you that you've been charged a restocking fee until you see your credit card or bank statement. Refunds take about a week. Turnover is a thing here. I got used to the other girl that was there, but she's gone. The new girl they've had for a few months now needs more training. Returning is now more difficult. I recommend inspecting before you leave the place because if something is missing and they state it's new, you'll be charged a restocking fee possibly. Taking pictures is proof. Maybe even doing a video of unboxing the item will help. I've learned that having proof helps your argument. They don't care about their customers since they keep getting new ones anyways. I'll just use NELLIS AUCTION since they don't charge restocking fee unless you cancel the item from pick up, but you are allowed to pick up and then return for whatever reason and they don't charge you any return fees. They have more locations and clientele so I guess they have satisfied clients. read more

Garbage products. Many items are returned to them. I purchased a supposedly "new" ssd hard drive for my laptop with no packaging. I gave it to my computer guy to install, who then informed me that it had bad sectors. I returned the item after the 10 day short return policy and they charged me 30% of the original fee. I wouldn't have minded being charged 30% if I didn't need it anymore, but this was a faulty item that was not operating. This is a scam operation, that sells used garbage products and touts them as new. Stay away from these SCAMMERS. How these guys stay in business is a huge mystery. read more

Surprised to read some of the other reviews. 95% of the stuff that I see coming through this site is an amazing deal and occasionally you might buy something in there could be an issue with it but that is the great part about this place because they allow you to return anything. I have bought easily five or six dozen things from this place and they were certainly a couple of items that I had to bring back however they take them back with no questions asked. Mixed bag...when you get home you will be pleasantly surprised by a few of the items you got, but throughly disappointed by the fact you literally just bought garbage. For the most part dumpster diving would be a better deal than this place. I'm done wasting money on stuff that should have been thrown in the trash, but I've gotten a few cool things. Be Careful! I bid on Evian Water 1.5 liter. It said in the listing the MSRP was $24.10, so I assumed it was a 12 pack. Nope 1 bottle. The MSRP for one bottle was $2.49. I also bought a case of pretzels. When I went to pick them up the Expiration date was July of 21 I also bought a case of popcorn with an expiration date of Jun 22 To their credit, they refunded both of those items, Just a warning. I think I'm pretty much done with this business. Their listings are incorrect way more often than they should be, items have come to me broken when they weren't listed on the page or seen in the pictures (leading me to think it was broken after the picture was taken). Many times things are missing from the products and it's not disclosed, or isn't correctly described. They don't like to put bra sizes on the selling page. Or clothes sizes in general. It's super hit or miss. I've gotten some great things, but I get about the same amount of messed up things, broken, not working, etc. Expensive lights for my fish tank that don't even work despite being "new open box", one was missing a remote. I once bought a 4 shelf unit with glass shelves. The item description was "missing hardware" which to me and anyone else would mean screws and all that. I mean, that's missing too, but so are 16 of the 18 poles for the unit legs. I'm working with the manufacturer to get replacements but ??? We purchased a rock and ride pony "new open box". It was missing an entire side piece and one of two wooden pieces to hold it together. The manufacturer sent us the parts free. They have tons of "new open box" baby gates but beware. We've purchased like 5 because every one of them was missing a part. Today I picked up a replacement battery for a phone. Pics are included here. The listing says new open box, and the listing picture shows tools with the battery, and their own pic doesn't really show what's in the package. The description says tools included. Guess what I didn't get? Any tools. Just battery. The new open box countertop ice maker kept messing up. We had to buy a new pump for it but it works fine now. Toy elephant that moves around doesn't open its eyes. Some of these things are obviously messed up but you don't find out until you're home. I live in Summerlin, I'm not driving to the airport constantly for $5 items. Which leads me to the biggest complaint I have. They will list something like 4 cups and list the msrp as $40, and start the bidding at $5. But then you see it's missing 2 of the cups and one of the 2 left is chipped. It's dishonest imo to list items that's missing parts or has broken parts but still start the bidding at the same amount they'd start it at with a full set. I once bought an industrial fan that was "heavy use" to put outside during the summer. The listing showed msrp of the fan brand new with hardware to put it on a wall. Not only did it not come with mounting hardware, the fan itself didn't even work. Why are they buying heavily used broken things are reselling them, without any description of NOT WORKING? I've reached out to sell items through them and never heard back. I bought beautiful new in package bedding. Got home and saw that the packaging was cut and so was the fabric. We've bought things that were damaged and listed as such. We don't mind it if it's put in the listing. I have 3 trashcans with automatic lids. The first one was shattered on the back of the lid, but it wasn't in the picture or in the description. The employee put it in the car with the broken side down so we didn't see it until we got home. Glue works fine for it but come on. 2nd trashcan was dented but otherwise fine, and it was shown in the pictures and description. Got home, and the lid wouldn't open automatically. I sealed it up and it's my compost bin now, but that sucks. The 3rd one opens when it feels like it but hey it's in one piece and kinda works. The owner has been apologetic when this stuff came up before, and I know that going through all this stuff isn't easy. Sometimes things will be missed. But it's every single time we pick up our items. We get around 20 things every few weeks and ALWAYS have at least one wrong or broken thing. Twin size mattress encasement? Is actually a king, and its clearly marked on the package. Sealy twin mattress new in box? Amazon ID number shows $200 great looking mattress. Description in listing says it's 6" and new. Get it home and the box clearly marked it as a "narrow twin" (this is when I found there are like 6 sizes of twin beds), and the bed itself is a folding floor cushion thing, way cheaper than what they listed it as and totally useless as a real bed. It's on the floor in my closet for when I want to go somewhere quiet. Currently there's a listing for 3 black ceramic pots, beautiful ones. I have white ones from the auction just like them. Msrp says 40 or something, and it's missing a pot. But they still started bidding at what they start $5,000 new in box items. It's really unfortunate. I've spent a lot of money here and I'm not even a high roller like they get. It sucks that every pickup there's an issue. There are things I bought in July that I haven't looked at yet due to moving but I'm sure there's a problem. Remember a lot of this is Amazon returns so you're definitely rolling the dice, just keep in mind things will get messed up. read more

I'm obsessed because you can find things that normally cost $50, $60 and bid and get them for $5. That's what happened to me and I've bet on many things and ended up winning them for a fraction of the price. Air fryers, vacuums, popcorn machines, board games, ice makers, cooking sets, so much stuff. Also shout out to Shanice! One of the most friendliest, funniest and hard working women I know. She checked me in and retrieved the items for me and she is such a fun person and conversationalist. I thought I was getting a good deal just from the auctions but to know their team is just as great, makes the experience even better. read more

Read the full description to see if new, used, missing parts, etc. If you find the item is not as described or missing parts, they will take it back and credit you. They guys running it are super nice. We have not had any problems that weren't solved to our satisfaction. It's always great to get a deal! I'd Give this company 0 stars if that were an option. This company is a complete rip-off. I paid $209 for A SteelSeries headset, JBL headphones and a set of Air tags (4 pack). The SteelSeries didn't even turn on, the JBL headphone's Audio would randomly start to sound staticky after a couple minutes of use and Nothing was wrong with the Air tags. The next day I decided to return all items, I asked a lady at the front desk if I would receive a full refund she told me that there is a restocking fee, I never heard of a restocking fee?? Buyer beware! Just because they claim an item is new, like new, and works, doesn't mean it is correct! I have purchased MANY items, it seems anything electric is questionable at best. Bought an espresso machine that supposedly worked, not the case. In the dumpster it went. Bought a record player for my Grandson for Christmas. Decided we better check it before wrapping it up. Shocker, did not work. In the dumpster it went. Bought a burr coffee grinder, same, didn't work, in the dumpster it went. Bought a countertop water cooler/heater. Didn't work. In the dumpster it went. To be clear, all items were new or like new, and were supposed to work. My problem is that I had the items a little while before trying them. Once the espresso machine and the grinder didn't work, it was at that time I tried the other 2 items. I emailed them to let them know, not looking for anything in particular....an apology would have been awesome. NOTHING. They got a pretty big chunk of my money, but apparently they have a large consumer base so they actually could care less if I never shopped with them again. BUYER BEWARE.
