I don't know if it is for ordering or paying. I placed my food order with the bartender. She was super nice and patient. I was super unsure of what I wanted to drink, but felt obligated bc it was Happy Hour. I settled for a Jameson and Sprite. I also ordered two 5 wings + fries Happy Hour specials. I did not realize it was dine-in only. Unfortunately, I waited a shade over 30 minutes for my food. It would not have bothered me if my food were piping hot. It was not. It was not even warm. Not a single wing or fry was even slightly warm. Everything room temperature. Having visible signage that states "All food is cooked to order, this is not a fast-food restaurant," and serving room temperature food when the operation was not busy at all is INSANE. The wings were a bit dry. They could have used more sauce. The drums seemed normal, the flats were all kinda thin. The taste wasn't terrible. It just wasn't hitting like it should. The fries were still pretty good. I know they would have likely been top-notch if they were hot. I am just going to chalk it up to being a bad day bc if my food was hot, it was pretty close to five stars. All of the staff I ran across were pleasant, and I didn't really check, but the drink prices seemed fair. It's worth a revisit. If only for the Happy Hour drinks.
