First of all I was looking for a upholstery shop that could repair the cracked leather on my chevy 1500 seats and I found the place that replaces the leather and does the job to OEM specs. Horrible customer service. Walked into 714 Wednesday 2/1 after be recommended this place by a buddy from Huntington Beach Ford. Apparently they use these guys to do some lifts on trucks. I wanted to start my Jeep build. Cash in hand I make my way to this place. Walk in told there is nobody who can help me. I need to wait for Harley and he'll be back in just a few minutes. After sitting outside waiting in the cold I walk off. I get to my Jeep to leave and here comes Harley to stop me. I should of keep going. I tell him what I'm looking to do. I need a lift kit, new exhaust, bumpers and were also talking stereo and tint. I'm guessing 9-10k build. He says I'll call you tomorrow with a quote. I'm not looking for a deal just a good local shop I can trust and start a relationship with. This would be the start of a long build. Still need racks, lights and all the other fun stuff Jeep owners like to put on our vehicles. Harley is going to call me back Thursday. No call, I reach out on Friday, " I really want to get this done, shoot me quote please. Nothing. Saturday , nothing. Monday nothing! Must be nice to be making so much money you can blow off locals. I'll update this post with pics and receipts. Not only did you lose this 9-10k build but you lost all the future jobs. I went off on my boy from Ford for sending me to this place. I recently purchased a 08 Chevy Colorado that was previously used as a commercial vehicle. The bed was reinforced then drilled thru in about a dozen places with 1/4 inch holes n a large weld bead not to mention a pretty beat up bed. 714 did a incredible job on the spray in bullet liner, you couldn't even tell the bed had been used when they were done! Beyond terrible service. I tried to give these guys a chance based on their extremely low prices. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes before even being acknowledged (no line). There was an employee working who kept ignoring us and when one of his co-workers told him to help us he said, "I dont' give a fuck". Then after patiently waiting they scrambled to try to find the parts I requested a day prior over the phone. After much confusion they came out looked at my truck and said they had the running board. Then I told them it was a quad cab and they said they didn't have them. Then after having already waited over a half hour to begin service, another customer walked in with a complaint about shotty upholstery work, and was helped before us. The excuse of an employee that was "helping" us, didn't even say give me a second or let us know what was going on. After wasting almost 40 minutes of our day we left unhelped. read more

I came to 714 Motorsports initially for a spray on bedliner as they were referred by the place I purchased my F250. The price was very good and I was impressed with the results. I came back next for a Backflip bed cover which was also executed flawlessly while I waited one hour for the service to take place. I then came back a 3rd time and got new wheels and tires, within 3 months a crack developed in the new rims and started leaking air from the tire. Turns out all 4 rims were defective. I came in on a Wednesday morning and they had me out the door by 6:30pm on the same day with brand new rims all free of charge. I am very impressed by their dedication and professionalism.
