Chris and his crew did a awesome job with the bed liner spray and installing the BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover on my new F150 Lightning. Whole process was easy. I had emailed Mil-Spec for a quote and Chris responded back within 1-2 hours with cost. I was on par with other bed liners vendors like Line X and Rhino. The more I look at the job performed the more I regret the decision of going to this place. I hope the prospective customers can appreciate the pictures below: 1) they will trim the bullet liner from the masking tape on your paint with a nice razor blade, either the paint is old or new, why not just using a key... of course they do not follow what bullet liner instruct to do (https://youtu.be/yxBqZ_jbjjc?t=314) 2) found other places with no coverage, pic 3 3) an area on the rail gutter started to bubble, no pict as you can only feel it but hard to take pictures of it Apparently, negligence is not only an issue of the place in Huntington Beach, but it comes from the top... Almost 6 months ago, end of April, I contacted bullet liner by email (josh@bulletliner.com) and over the phone ((855) 228-5538) twice leaving a voicemail, never got a callback. I used Bullet Liners to spray the roof of my 2003 Ford F-150 Crew Cab. The roof was rusting out from living next to the beach and the salt water dew. It was going to cost a small fortune to have a paint and body shop repair the rust and paint the roof. So I had them spray the roof with bed liner. It turned out fantastic. The lines are sharp and crisp. It really looks nice. The manager quoted me a price then charged me less than the quote because it took less time than he thought. Who does that?
