You definitely get what you pay for here and unfortunately, not in a good way. I brought my 2019 4Runner TRD Pro in to have King 2.5s and Camburg upper control arms installed. What should've been a straightforward job turned into two long visits and a list of issues I'm still dealing with. Visit 1: The install took about 8 hours because the team couldn't figure out how to mount the reservoir brackets. After multiple attempts, they ended up zip‑tying the reservoirs to the frame and hoses. I was told to come back another day once they ordered proper mounts. Visit 2: Another 6-7 hours in the shop. One of the new King shocks was leaking, so they had to run to the King warehouse a couple miles away to swap it out. After everything was installed, I later found out they had put on a front King KDSS setup -- even though my TRD Pro is non‑KDSS. No one mentioned this to me at any point. Before leaving, I checked over the work myself and found the passenger‑side top hat bolts were loose. The crew came out and tightened everything, but that shouldn't be something a customer has to catch. In the days, weeks, and months after the install, more issues showed up: * The uniball cap on the Camburg UCA wasn't installed. To their credit, they shipped the part quickly once I called. * Because they installed a KDSS setup on a non‑KDSS vehicle, the reservoir mount and hose were positioned incorrectly, causing rubbing on the coil and spring. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to resolve these issues with the shop, I've come to accept that nothing will be fixed on their end. At this point, the responsibility and the cost is on me to correct their mistakes. read more

I tried to make this my go to spot. They just don't care, they do bad work. They lack mechanical finesse. Messed up my brake job multiple times. Had to argue that the caliper sliding pins need lub after brakes locked up. Had struts replaced and now from end makes more noise than ever. It's a bait and switch. I got there they had me pull in and my tire was mounted and balanced in under 20 minutes even with the amount of people there gettng a service. Allowing a customer to drive away on a cracked rim without disclosure is not just negligent -- it may constitute a violation of the California Business & Professions Code and Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) regulations, which can result in fines, loss of license, or civil liability if a customer is injured. The facts are simple: I dropped off my vehicle, spoke only with the salesman at the front desk, purchased new tires, and was told to return in 45 minutes. I went across the street with my family for lunch, received no call about a cracked rim, and when I came back, the car was ready. At no time was I informed of any risk. This was after being towed in following a freeway blowout -- a dangerous situation that could have killed my family and me. Had you told us about the cracked rim, we never would have driven off your lot. Your response suggesting otherwise -- and trying to shift blame onto the customer -- only makes things worse. If your staff concealed the defect, they may have lied to you to cover themselves. But your responsibility as an owner is to listen to and believe your customers, not reflexively side with employees out of convenience.
