Meatloaf: a little on the tough sude, salty. Vegetables are soggy and overcooked. Way too many mushrooms.
    Bernard S.

A mixed bag. Former "Jersey Diner" is clean and nicely renovated but the food needs a re-do, also. Not horrible, just not great. Warning: to those folks sre salt sensitive- much of our dinner was way too salty. On a plus note, the service was friendly and efficient.

The restaurant was clean and bright. Service was efficient although not overly friendly. The main problem was the food. Not awful but not worth a second visit. The chicken soup was the hit of the visit. The meatloaf was dry and drowned in canned mushrooms. Mashed potatoes were luke warm. The vegetables were soggy and seemed like they had been sitting around waiting for a bus. Maybe breakfast might be better, but not worth another 45 minute drive.

Friendly, good service, good food, cool fun space at the tiki bar. Great locals spot in Northern Coastal Palm Beach County.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more After I finished my work for the week, I thoroughly enjoyed my Friday exploring out and about around Jupiter, FL. Though I have been out before, there is still plenty to explore, plenty to enjoy, and plenty to learn about. Given how much I have been doing, it would happen I would need a Cup of Joe along with some good cafe-style treats. This is where Oceana Coffee comes in. Not only was it on the way to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum (where I would have my fun today), but it was featured in the Florida Cafe Passport. I have to say, I am very happy the passport took me here. For starters, the coffee was on point, and the food was great, but Trisha was the one who pulled it all together for a first time experience I truly enjoyed. Though an address is provided, Oceana Coffee (which I will simply shorthand to Oceana for the remainder of this review) is located in the Fashion Mall a 150, on the west side of US-1 halfway between Jonathan Dickinson State Park and the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum. Right now, the strip mall is going through an overhall on its awning, but all the stores are open. Oceana is located at the southern part of the strip mall. There is some seating outside, but it was way too hot to sit out in the Florida humidity. Upon enterining, the ambiance is that of an upscale coffee bar blended with Aussie and ocean themes. The pictures of sea turtles on the wall compliment the ocean hues as well as the furniture being themed from sea port wood but upscaled in style. The coffee and food selections were simple and the Cafe Passport did not help. Ergo, I had help from Trisha, the beautiful lady working behind the counter that day, to help me decide. Ultimately, I realized the owner must be an Aussie with all the Australian slang used. The Flat White was prepared "Fair Dinkum" style, and they had a "Brekky Sandwich." Definitely got both of those as well as a chocolate croissant because the one suggestion from the Florida Cafe Passport was the "French-style breakfast." The pictures will detail my food offerings, but I will say it was very delicious. And to top it off, Trisha was right on top of everything. While I was doing computer work, there was a rush and she was the only one at the counter. She handled herself very well. After all of that, she even helped me choose some stickers for purchase... which I ended up getting five for my sticker book. On a sidenote, there is one unisex restrooma and one women only restroom. I kind of find that smart as women do take twice as long as men to use the restroom in general. And the unisex restroom was clean, too. Overall, this was a fantastic outing at one of the coffee cafes I've been wanting to go to. If I am around and about the area, I will definitely go back if I want more coffee, and of course hope Trisha takes care of me again.

But today for the first time I varied from my "Go to" breakfast and tried something different. I needed something SUBSTANTIAL and had a craving for WAFFLE. It was SPECTACULAR! Perfectly crispy with blueberries and strawberries and a dash of whipped cream. Maybe the best waffle that I've ever had. You gotta try it.

We stumbled across the Cypress Cafe on a whim since we're always looking for another good breakfast joint. The team at Cypress did not disappoint! Our servers were very sweet and attentive, they didn't have that jaded diner attitude that a lot of servers have, which was refreshing. The food was wonderful, my husband's corned beef hash and eggs were prepared just the way he liked it. My own meal was classic and hearty, can't go wrong with biscuits and gravy. It is small but mighty, everything was clean and evenly spaced. We'll definitely be returning, this might just be my new favorite breakfast spot in the Jupiter/Tequesta area!

Everything from food, drink, service, and ambience was incredible! This cafe has easily become my favorite place and it makes me so sad that we don't have one in Cleveland. Review cont. below: There's enough parking in the lot. They even have a designated spot for electric vehicles. Upon approaching the seed, it has a few seating options outside with tall umbrellas and menus on the windows which is so helpful so you can figure out what to order before getting in line. The aesthetic inside is beautiful. Lines can be long but move fast. Drinks were perfect! I got a strawberry crème matcha and an all razz on me, energy drink. The new kicks drinks came out yesterday so I was excited to try. I also tried two of the Paradise Sliders and omg I'm obsessed so yummy! Service crew were really friendly and efficient! No long waits for drinks or anything, even with it being busy. I will be coming back as much as I can while I'm visiting! The only things that were inconvenient were that there overall wasn't a ton of seating. They do have booths inside but they are right next to the line of customers so it looks tight. Thank you seed for such a treat!

I ordered an iced coffee with cream, and it was given to me without cream. When I asked for it, she frowned, which didn't feel great as a customer. Also, not everyone prefers stevia -- having other sweetener options would be nice. I also purchased an egg sandwich on a croissant that was pretty overpriced, and when I got it to go, it wasn't heated through. It feels like everyone wants to be the next Starbucks, but customer service and quality still matter.
