This could have been ID'd if the tech had removed the service panel and looked at the coil in the first place. So ultimately you were charging 3800ish dollars to replace a TVX which was a 80 dollar part. You wasted my time and kept my family in the heat for an additional week due to lack of communication. He said he understood and he would reach back out to me around 3pm. I told him if I was able to leave earlier I would give him a call. I took off work early so that I could be home before 3pm, I called him at 3pm to let him know I was there. He said ok, he would call me when he was on the way...I called him back at 4:45 and I asked him if he had an idea of the time he would be coming. He said he was snaking a pipe in Portsmouth and he would call me after to head my way. It's now 10:15pm...I took time off of work for nothing, he never called and he never showed up and my faucet has a constant drip. The office was respectful and kind, the plumber was kind on the phone...but it is so rude and disrespectful to just not show up or call back and let them know you are unable to be there. This was my second time "using their Services", they had just repaired a leak in my crawl space a couple weeks prior and those guys Were quick, kind, and efficient. I called several companies for quotes to get a baseline for cost and to see what options that I have. Typically, I am only given a timeframe when someone will come out. This company advised they would send someone out between 9am-11am. At 10:30am I received an email from Ryan stating that he advised his technician to leave because I "already have a plumber on site." I can understand if it was awkward or can be seen as troublesome if there is another plumber present. The timing was not ideal, but I did not plan for, nor know, that they would be at my residence at the same time frame. Technicians typically give a call when they are on their way and provide an ETA, not just show up. I never received any notice this technician was on the way, nor did I know the technician even came. Furthermore, he stated, "In the future if you call multiple companies it would be kind to let the company know so that they do not waste their time and money sending a technician out." I feel like this email was completely unprofessional. If there were any concerns about what was needed or if the company felt like coming out for a quote was a waste of their time, they did not have to send anyone out.
