Just stopped to get gas and didn't have any issues. In fact, it's one of the few times I went to 76 station and the app I use to pay actually worked! That made me very happy. It's a little difficult to get in and out of. If you just see it from the road and don't have it programmed into GPS, you'll probably just give up. If you know the area, it's a little better, but only if you're coming from Sprouts and going under the tunnel. Otherwise, it was clean, and I had no issues. read more

I was on my way back to LA, coming from a business trip in the IE. I stopped by here for a much needed fuel-up and pit stop. I navigated to this gas stations, which is somewhat hidden within a shopping center. I stopped in to use the restroom. The restroom was clean, but out of toilet paper. The sink did not work either, so one star docked. The folks working here were pretty nice. I bought some iced tea and cashed in some scratchers given to me over the holidays. After getting gas and the iced tea, I still had a net gain after cashing in, so that was a plus. The store itself is not bad. It is pretty well stocked and kept clean. The gas prices were comparable to other gas stations in the area. And the crowd here was not bad either. It was a quick stop, but this gas station did its job well. read more

This 76 service station and Circle K convenience store is a bit tricky to navigate to, as there is no direct entrance off of Weir Canyon Rd, but worth the effort. This is a really nice, clean, and spacious store, open 24/7, 365 days a year. The restroom is clean and The staff are friendly and helpful. I always get a large Polar Pop with cubed or crushed ice for only 96c, especially on a hot summer day. They have Hot dogs, sandwiches, yogurt, nachos with melted cheese or chili, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, every conceivable brand of candy bar, chips galore, Beer and wine, milk, juice, ice coffees, oh man, when I take my family on a road trip, we always stop in to load up on the munchies, with ice for the cooler, hot cups of coffee for the road and to fill up the van with my favorite gasoline, Union 76! read more

Came here recently for a car wash and had the strangest interaction with the employee on duty. He was completely out of it, wore sunglasses indoors and asked me to repeat myself at least five times. Finally, he gave me the car wash code that I paid for, as the original one wouldn't initially work. As I turned to leave, he muttered, "Rock on..." which was admittedly pretty amusing and funny. Unfortunately, the car wash was disappointing. It's a no touch wash, so the entire cycle relies on the pressure of the water and soap to do the job, which simply isn't sufficient if you drive a lot like I do. Also, they don't include use of the vacuum in the cost of their wash, so you have to pay with coins if you want to use it after. Strangely enough, the timer at the end said I had 80 seconds left in the drying cycle, but then abruptly ended after 20 seconds had elapsed. For the price, you're better off going to a more specialized car wash place, especially as I've seen so many popping up recently in OC and a lot of them run specials or subscriptions where you can get a much more detailed wash for approximately the same price. read more

It froze on the "One moment please" screen until I gave up and drove to a different pump. Other than that, nice has station. I appreciate the actual keypads for zip code entry -- work much better than the flat panels at some places that some people ruin using their keys instead of their fingers or knuckles. I've been a handful of times to this gas station and between the hours of 3-6 am it's horrible! There is always a man with a black ball cap that works at that time, that just doesn't care. The coffee isn't freshly made and usually mildly cold never hot, napkin holders are pulled apart but not filled and never really clean. The guy is usually on his phone and never greets you. The girl there, with blonde hair, is rude as well, they need to work on their customer service or need to be let go and get new people. Solid - if you can find it. This is the hidden gas station - no clear way in or out. You see it a million times going down Weir Canyon, but you never know how to get in or out. And while that isn't ideal, I kind of like it. The gas here is never too expensive compared to other stations nearby. It's not Arco cheap, but much better than the Chevron down the road. And because no one can figure out how to get in or out, it's never that busy. And those that do attempt to pull in, usually accidentally end up on the 91W. Car wash is expensive but not functioning well. The manager doesn't show any managerial qualities and doesn't even say sorry but gets defensive to rude to aggressive right away when there is a problem. Not quite surprising, taking into account that Circle K (the parent company) doesn't even have a complaint web page. Well, if Circle K is hiring and retaining managers who do not know how to treat customers with respect and are unable to resolve problems arising from the malfunctioning equipment then they will not see my money, again. So much nope. Their touch free car wash looked oh so promising. There was ample spacing, unlike other washes when I pull in I'm afraid of scraping the entire side of my car. And the price was just right with the most deluxe package being only $10! As I pulled in the jet streams went at it and like a little kid I was lost in a trance as unicorn spit covered my window. But that's where the excitement ended, the water jets that were meant to clean off the debris and soap was subpar and even after a run through the remains stubborn dried sap and dirt remained on my car. The vacuum itself equated to that or a hand blow dryer leaving streaks and specks all over my car. And with the blazing heat wave we are currently experiencing within a few minutes my bright red car now has uneven white specs everywhere. Thanks but no thanks. I came here a couple of times for gas primarily because of its proximity to the freeway on-ramp. It's not the most friendly place to fuel up as a lot of cars from the dealerships get their gas here. It is cheap but I don't think the quality is. The times I got gas here, my mileage was poor and engine sounded funny for the whole tank of gas. I have stopped coming here because there is another place nearby that has better gas. The bathroom wasn't clean the time I went. read more

The WORST car wash I have ever used. $10 wasted in 4 minutes. When the machine is done trying to get your vehicle clean, the air dry timer starts at 50 SECONDS. 50 seconds? I really enjoy coming here to get my gas! Firs, I have never had any issues putting 76 brand gas in my cars. I've been using it for years and there are not that many around. The facility is always clean and neat! The window wash stations are always filled with cleaner and I never have to walk around looking for a cleaning squeegee. My wife told me about the car wash here, and I drive 15 miles out of my way to go to it because there's no brushes. I've tried it twice and both times the final rinse was not working, leaving whatever product is on the car prior to the final rinse smeared all over. My vehicle looks horrible. No cash refund just credit for another wash. After two trips out here (even if the car wash works), the third time I will have spent $28 on the wash and gas plus my time. Made it as far as I could and knew of this Station. Pulled in with 20 minutes to get to work. Tried my card at the pump, "See Cashier!" Again, same message. went in. Cashier Teresa was helping a guy with another guy standing off to the side. They all seemed friendly as if they knew one another. Once the transaction was done, they huddled up and started shooting the s h I t e!! I did a quick scan for the TV cameras as I was about the flip the "F" out. Finally Teresa calls me forward and continues the conversation with the two guys. My get declined, but it was hard to tell in between her other conversation. I paid with another card and headed out. When I got to my phone, I was alerted by my CU that they placed a block on my card because of a fraudulent $1.00 purchase at the pump. Take that for what it's worth, but the security tape was intact and nothing was loose on the pump. I'll run out of gas I think before coming back. read more

I went to the touch free car wash and The WashWorld High velocity machine is very badly maintained the spray arch is really loose and presoak leaks out from the top where the spray arch attaches. The Machines T-bars that are mounted on the sides of the machine hit the sign that shows you the liquids and to drive forwards and stop , it needs to mounted further back so it doesn't hit and bend the T-bars. The machine needs to be overhauled and repaired and the dryers need to be replaced with WashWorld high velocity dryers. And the dryers are old Laserdri dryers from the old machine that used to be here back in 2008 Which was a Laserwash 4000 ,and that machine was way better maintained the the WashWorld. This was is popular as well so the machine should be overhauled and the dryers need to be replaced so the customers will like it better. read more

I haven't written a review in a while but I feel the need to do this with the customer service I got a few minutes ago. I don't know how much yelp reviews affect the business of a gas station but if i can convince even just one person to take their business elsewhere then I would be content. I know I'm never going back there. First off the price is higher than other gas stations in the area anyway and it's in a hidden location. I decided to buy a car wash at the gas pump. I proceeded to the car wash and it drizzled water all over my car and then stopped working. Mind you, there are no signs or notes anywhere that says the car wash is broken. So I go inside to try and get my $8 refund. There was nobody there so I kept saying "hello!" to see if someone was maybe in the break room. No one answered so I went out and this girl Susan gave me an attitude and told me, "you just have to wait." with that annoying hand gesture. I told her what happened and she's like, "Yeah?! it's broken" like I was supposed to know that. She said she couldn't give me a refund because I bought the car wash outside. I told her I bought it at the pump and she eventually gave me the refund. Not before ruining my mood and my day. Well let me start off by saying my coworkers and I come to this Gas Station/Circle K often (2-3 times a week if not more) as we work within walking distance. Initially I wanted to give this place 3 stars and only because its always really clean and well stocked but truth is the customer service here is HORRIBLE!!! One cashier in particular is the worst, she is an older Hispanic lady that usually works in the afternoons, she is bossy, rude and down right lacks basic customer service skills. She watches us walk around the convenience store and once at the counter rushes your transaction asking " credit or debit?", "credit or debit?" "is that all?", "is that all?" over and over, its pretty frustrating. I'm 8 months pregnant and for the last month she says "Pretty soon huh" every time which is no big deal but it does get pretty old. Today in particular she commented on my hair style as I have half of my head shaved, she says " Your hair is beautiful, but don't shave it!" I reply " I like it like this" she then says " I like it, but not like that"...Ummm excuse me no one asked for your opinion, I just think its straight up rude. She should probably just stick to doing her job with at least commentary as possible because its offensive and comes off pushy. Then there are the prices from the Gas to a bag of M&M's its all sky high and I'm pretty sure the highest priced in a 10-15 mile radius. I advice to go elsewhere if possible. Especially if your headed to the 91 east, there is an Arco with small convenience store on E La Palma Ave on the way to the freeway entrance. Prices are great and I've always had fast friendly service. I've never used the restroom at either location so I'm not sure of the condition, but how often do you find a decent Gas Station restroom I try to avoid them at all costs! Oh and the car wash is pretty low budget and rinky dink! I've limited my visits here and probably will stop going all together. Not sure how much a review effects any company if at all, but I just thought I would get my experiences out there and maybe catch the eye of a manager or owner of this establishment.
