This gas station is conveniently located near the freeway, so I stopped to fill up after a date night dinner. All the pumps were working smoothly, and I had no issues while fueling. I noticed they also have a car wash and a convenience store. They also have diesel fuel. Overall, it was a quick and easy stop! read more

Re: Carwash at this location: I live close to this Shell car wash, so it's a convenient option for me--but honestly, it's been more frustrating than helpful. Most of the time when I go, there's a long line--usually more than 2 vehicles waiting--which feels excessive for an automatic car wash at a gas station. A while back, I bought the $8 wash and ended up with stains all over my car. This time I tried the $12 wash, hoping for a better result. Unfortunately, after the wash completed and I started moving forward to the drying section, the system randomly poured some foamy liquid on my car again, leaving the windows and surface dirty. It seems like this car wash isn't well-maintained, and the experience just doesn't match the price. I really wish they'd take better care of the system--it has potential, but right now, it's just not worth the hassle. read more

I went here today for gas. They have gas rewards with a Ralph's card, up to 20 cents per gallon. They have a car wash which adds an additional 10 cents off per gallon. They have air stations and many gas pumps. The car wash is iffy. It washes just ok, not good not bad, it's better than nothing. Today, I attempted to fill my tank. The pump kept stopping. I asked someone to help me, it still would not work. I gave up and settled for 1.5 gallons of gas :( I went inside the store and bought some juice. The clerk was fast and friendly, I think his name was Brian. It is because of Brian that I am putting 2 stars instead of one. I won't come here again. I try to avoid this Shell just because of the lousy employees they have had. Not saying everyone is, just the guy I had to deal with at one time. I hope he is gone... The place seems to be clean all the time and well lit. The prices here are a bit higher than most but it is right off the freeway. The car wash is an ok wash. I have had a few issues with it. I have used this was a lot and only a few issues. Easy to get in and it goes fast. At times you get a good wash... The store is easy to see from the freeway and even the road in front. And here are the reasons why: 1- bathrooms are accessible 2- properly lit so you don't have to worry about being jumped at night 3 - conveniently located in santa ana canyon road and around other food stops as well as the pep boys 4 - quick car wash available but I advice against it because it charges you 6 bucks to get your car slapped around and beaten up while you're inside...I found a lot of discomfort in it 5 - conveniently located off the weir canyon exit I gave it a 3 because the 6 dollar car wash wasn't worth it. read more

The friendly manager here (he looked like Steve Aoki) explained that the new California EVR took some effort to get into the nozzles and helped me out and I finally had some gas after running around with .2 gallons left in Anaheim. i Signed up for their platinum plan and I had a terrible experience. Their wash left soap scum stains if various colors all over my car. It also left water Spots all over the glass. I came our worse than when it went in. I've come here for gas a few times now. Every time I come I buy the gas, put it in my car, and leave. Pretty standard. Never been inside to use the restroom or buy unhealthy snackage. Also, I don't love how difficult it is to get in and out. If you're heading East on Santa Ana Canyon you've gotta do a u-turn cause of the middle divider. Worst Shell Gas Station. Its like the owners are always too cheap to properly set up apple pay right or shell pay right. Tapping with your credit card never works, paying with the shell pay app here is the worst. It only works 1/10 times here if ur lucky and 9/10 times that you are not. You are left with 200$ pending charges until your credit card clears them. When you go in and talk to an employee they are always clueless and no nothing. Horrible gas station. read more

AVOID CARWASH! This car wash scratched our brand new car so bad it looks sanded from end to end. There is not a single inch that does not look like sand paper polished our brand new jeep that we have owned for 5 days. These scratches are so bad they can not be polished out. A professional body shop has stated they might be able to color sand the clear coat but may ultimately need to be painted. Quote to repair is $1500 so far. All because I thought it would be good to clean off the car since it rained earlier that day. Worst decision I have made in a long time. I will never use a drive through car wash again for the rest of my life. Please don't make the mistake I made. read more

This gas station has a great car wash. I'm a little perplexed as to why buying a car wash without gas is $1 less than with gas, but it might have something to do with paying cash. Great service by the cashier. I like the drinks they have, it was clean and tidy. About the cigarettes, they have a lot of choice and fortunately, I get a discount on my favorite brand. I also use a lot the car washer with the discount by the ralphs card, works pretty nice. Finally, I cleaned my car with their vacuum. efficient, just regret maybe that they don't have anything else, like wipes. read more

This station seems to regularly manipulate the prices posted on the Waze app. Of course they can't control prices posted by individuals but I've never experienced this issue with any other station but have noticed this the last 4 times I've been to this station. I won't be back. Just be honest. Let the consumer make the decision. The Waze posted prices are always posted as 10-15 cents cheaper and when you get to the station, you learn you can get close to the posted price if you buy a car wash for a $.10 discount on gas, but even still the price posted to Waze is cheaper than the discounted gas with the car wash. read more

This place is horrible. If I could do neg stars I would. So the only reason I go to shell is because of the Ralph's gas rewards. The last couple of times I came here my points did not work. So I just bit the bullet and paid full price. Well today I checked my points before going and knew for a fact I had enough for a discount. I go to get gas and it says I have no points.. Hummm. So I cancel my transaction and leave. Call Ralph's and they confirmed that I do have points and advised me to try another station. So I do, and what do you know it works. Not sure why it's not working at this shell but fine whatever. A few hours later I notice a change on my credit card for gas at this station. Well that weird because I did not pump gas and cancelled my transaction. Called the station and the person who answered was so rude and dismissive. I told him what happened and he said it was my problem. So the rewards program is not working here and they will not assist me with the change that was not mine. Very bad experience with the attendant, she was an older lady that accused me of lying when I told her that the drying machine at the car wash did not work, when I asked her to look at my car, she looked from outside the window and said it looks nice to me, she started mocking and repeating everything I said. She asked me to drive next to her window to make sure I wasn't lying, when I brought the car to outside her window, she refused to look at it. I said this is reductions, I've been customer for years, I said you should know who your customers are, she said in a sarcastic way ooooh really. Decent selection of items to choose from but the cashier charged me $2.50 fora 12 oz Just Chill drink because the system didnt recognize the item and he had to basically enter a price in. Come to find out later, that Chevron sells them for $1.49. WTH? Gas prices are better than most in the area, but the food/drink costs are questionable.
