This is a good, honest company that stands behind its work. They re-did an entire section of siding on a room addition and went above and beyond to match the siding to the original that was installed in the early 1970s. The work was done in winter - they showed up as scheduled & returned in the summer when I requested some gaps be addressed. They showed up again on time and did a good job. Their name says it all! I have a spot on my roof that has had ice damming twice in the last 3 years. If I could get a roofer to come out, they told me there is nothing wrong with my roof, gutter companies say nothing wrong with the gutters. My insurance company threatened to cancel me. These guys looked at the whole system, and how they work together. They added some protection under my siding, heated the gutters, and boy, was I relieved. I was stressing this first snow, especially with these temps. But... gutters are not blocked! Can't say enough about how easy it was to work with them and how affordable this project was. We had Eric from Repaired and Relieved come out to do some woodwork repair on our house. We couldn't be more pleased. He was prompt with each visit, every step of the way. The communication was excellent. Even though there were some unexpected hiccups and additions by us, as often happens, he was upfront with us about any extra time and marginal costs. Overall, the repairs to our balcony, privacy wall and window framing were done promptly and well. I would like to point out that after I paid, we did see one board that seemed to have split, so I emailed about it, and they came out that same day to replace the board.
