I always try to get my car manually washed or washed at a touch less location. I was so excited when I read the sign as my car did need a wash. I paid $16 for a platinum wash with all the bells and whistles. While inside the car you can't really tell if it's working. After the car wash was done, I noticed a lot of the soap and water didn't dry off. However the shocker was yet to come. Most of the mud on my car was still there. There is no way to contact anyone as it's unmanned, I have filed a complaint with 76, if that doesn't work I am going to file a chargeback. My advice if you need a car wash : do it yourself or keep looking. The laser wash car wash machine is not worth it at all. read more

Used a touchless car wash today (silver tier), the car came out so dirty! I doubt they use distilled water to rinse, too much white build-up on the hood left! The pressure drier is too weak, so there is a lot of water left after the wash. The lower part of the car ( especially behind the front wheels) is not even cleaned at all, you can see the after pictures. Not even sure why anybody gives 5 star reviews to this wash! read more

Terrible. I literally cringed every time she slammed that f*cking dirt stick they call a wash brush against my bmw side mirrors !!!! Like do you want to break them. A waste of time! Better of spending less & self washing at the nearest Bear Wash It's such a production. Park.... go in .... ask for wash... pay... get receipt.... hope the wash guy is at his station.....get back i car ...... drive to the line..... again, hope he's actually there and give a flying duck. ..... give receipt..... cringe as he abuses your car with the dirt brush, not rinse but rather leave suds everywhere!!! & be on your way. I paid for the $18 premium car wash and, after driving home, noticed that it was still dirty (not having removed bird poop, dirt, spots, etc). I went in today to ask if there was something that could be done. I shared this with the cashier and asked if something could be done whether that's a free car wash, a refund, or if that's happened -- definitely kind and level-headed. The cashier wasn't sure if there was anything and that's when, who I'm assuming was the manager, stepped into the conversation and ask, "What does he want?" I continued to explain to him with a calm and curious tone the situation. The manager immediately said that I was wrong and that it was my fault for assuming it would clean everything off my car. "It's only water and chemicals, so what do you expect?" He was extremely aggressive, defensive, and rude. When asked questions, I would start to reply only for him to cut me off and begin to state how people drive from an hour away to get cars washed at his location. I said, "All I am doing is trying to see if there was something that could be done; I'm not demanding or being rude, but I just won't use this car wash in the future." As I walked out the door, he rushed forward to begin to correct me and reprimand me more, and I said, "It's okay -- I understand there's nothing you will do; have a good day." And he began to argue with me more until I simply walked away. I'm shocked to have a manager behave aggressively and irrationally to a simple question around if "something be done about my negative experience." I've also not had someone simultaneously tell me the product they have is best (people come all over for it) and not that good (just water and chemicals, "what did you expect?")... overall, I don't think this is the type of look a company would want to have toward their customers. I understand if there's a policy where nothing can be done, but the reaction to and treatment of your customers should be a high priority. read more

Absolutely Horrible Management! The lady who runs is a mess with a bad attitude, she is always talking down at employees vendors, customers ect! There hasn't been one time that we have been there where we haven't heard her balling someone out in front of customers it's no wonder they can't keep staff and I will no longer go there as it's a uncomfortable negative atmosphere and i know I'm one of many in the neighborhood who feel this way and will drive further so we don't have to deal with her! read more

Suggest you post hours for propane. Surprising to me that I cannot get propane at 630 PM after work. It's very inconsistent of when you are willing to sell propane to your customers. I was told to drive to Chevron down the road. Thanks 76, I guess I'll be going to Chevron from now on. read more

The car wash was pretty impressive for the cold temps outside. The attendant greeted me with a smile and was friendly. It was as if he was enjoying his job even though it was freezing outside, and he was in shorts! He scrubbed and scrubbed then sent me into the carwash box. My car came out mostly clean with some missed spots (that i didn't notice until the next day). The car wash itself is a touchless box that sprays more soap and some type of finish on the car before it comes back over with a rinse. The best part of this was the awesome attitude and friendly attendant! I would have loved it it had been either forced air dried or another attendant on the other side with a hand towel. I was a little disappointed with the missed spots. read more

AVOID THE NEW CAR WASH! I went the first week of the new car wash and the wash left a large amount of soap on my car. Went back a week later thinking that it might've been fixed. Instead it was way worse. My car looked like a jackson pollock painting afterwards with all the soap still dripping off it. Poorly managed. Car wash was closed but no message at pump readout screen. They had a car in it and 2 staff working, but they had it closed for "testing". You couldn't see the 'closed' sign until after you'd already paid at the pump and pulled around to the back of the wash. Normal procedure is to have a notice that the car wash is closed at the pump -ON THE PUMP SCREEN- so you don't pay for a car wash that's not available. I get car washes all the time and this has never happened. The receipt you're supposed to save and not lose is void after 30 days too. I wasted money for the expensive gas here so I could use the convenient car wash as I was in a hurry, only to find out as I pulled around behind the wash that it was blocked-off with a 'closed' sign. Staff not very polite as well. They don't seem to care about customers here, which is part of the reason I stopped going here long ago. I'll remember next time I think I'll save some time and spend more for convenience ... this is not the place for that. read more

I live nearby, and I often buy gas here. It's one of the cheaper gas stations in the area, and the clerks are always friendly. But you have to pay cash indoors (or use a debit card) plus buy a car wash to get the lowest posted price. They have a car wash, mini-market with good beer, and propane here too. No auto repairs. It's too bad another reviewer gave them a one-star review over a minor squabble about signage. That's an abuse of the ratings system. read more

I will not be using this gas station/car wash ever again. I went to get a car wash today. The guy working the car wash was talking to a girl who was sitting in her car, hanging out next to the car wash smoking a cigarette. The guy then proceeded to start washing my car with the big brush, all the while talking to his friend. The two were having a major bitch session about someone--none of which did I want to hear through my closed windows. I finally drove into the touch free part of the car wash. I paid for the platinum wash. Unfortunately, something is wrong with their equipment. The soap only washed off half the car. While the soap was still on there, the machine applied the wax and sealer and touch free rinse. The guy told me to drive around and he would rinse off my car. (This has obviously happened before). I went back inside the station to complain that the wax had all been washed off. The guy said that I got everything I paid for and it didn't matter that he had to rinse off the soap. If the soap was on the car, how could the wax stick? It can't. So then he got a manager (I assume). I told her my concerns and she said the same thing. I got what I paid for. NO I DIDN'T!! These people need to learn about customer service. All I asked for was partial refund and they wouldn't do it. I will never go there again and will work hard to warn others so they don't get the same shoddy service I got. read more

DONT GET YOUR CAR WASHED AT THIS "TOUCH FREE" CAR WASH! I brought my new car in and because the car wash missed everything below my door I immediately came home to re-wash only to find scratches on front left quarter panel from their brushes. I know they were not there prior to the wash as I had just minutes before come from the dealer to have mud guards installed. Both the dealer service department and I were closely looking at where the guards would be installed and there were no scratches just minutes prior to going to this car wash. Trying to get owner/management information from the women at the cash register was not willing to provide any contact information but the phone number to the station. She would not divulge any contact names for management nor ownership. I did get "Colleens" name from the guy who scratched the car. The guy who washed the care was gracious and understanding but that will not fix my car. read more
