Then CVS texted me right the way that they had my prescription and it would be ready by 10 am . I was driving over there and it texted me again that my order would be delayed . By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

I went in to cash in a scratcher where I won $25, and then I bought a $20 and a $5 scratcher. I also got a Gatorade, and they gave us free refreshments! When we were leaving, I thanked them, and my boyfriend did too. The older guy even offered us free bananas--two of them! They were so welcoming, and honestly, I've never had a gas station or even a 7-Eleven be that kind--offering free drinks and bananas. And the best part: I ended up winning big! Since this Safeway is located in a residential area, it can get quite busy.

Unfortunately, the interaction was unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested assistance in transferring my prescription so that it could be filled through Amazon Pharmacy for convenience. However, instead of assisting with a straightforward transfer process, I was told that I would need to complete a lengthy form. The staff member did not provide any supportive guidance or attempt to help facilitate the process, even though this appears to be a simple internal system action on your end. During the interaction, I also felt that the tone used toward me was disrespectful and dismissive. I was informed that there were many other customers waiting and that there was no time to assist me properly. This was said in a manner that I found sarcastic and unprofessional. I would also like to note that this is not my first visit regarding the same issue. On a previous occasion, I was informed that my medication was not fully available, and I was again required to complete additional steps myself in order to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience has been inconvenient and not patient-friendly. As a patient/customer, I expected a higher standard of service, especially when dealing with prescription medications, where efficiency and clarity are important. A simple prescription transfer request should not become a repeated and burdensome process for the customer. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, and that staff training be reinforced to ensure patients are treated with professionalism, respect, and appropriate assistance in the future. I would also appreciate clarification on the correct and simplest process for transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy in situations like this.
