I don't frequently come to this gas station unless I am in the area and urgently need gas. The gas station is close to the 101 freeway, and it offers multiple entrances to get in and out. The pumps always work well here. I haven't been inside the convenience store here, so I am unable to comment on it. The gas prices are reasonable. This is a decent gas station, but it does not stand out in my opinion. read more

Funny how only women are talking about how rude the employee is. In some cultures women are inferior so I guess that must be the issue? A rude and unhelpful employee on duty...Fake out of order bathroom signs to avoid cleaning them, and the highest price on gas for miles around add up for the perfect mix of a one star. Plus the owner is too cheap to get a real door knob. It looks like someone's dog jumped up and chewed it. I'm just trying to put 120 bucks of super unleaded in my car. Being nice and helpful wouldn't hurt. I'd rather run out of gas getting to the next location than fill up at this guy's place. read more

Stopped to get gas the guy was incredibly rude don't stop here there's another gas station down the road they are way nicer and will help you out unlike this place he was very rude and I was stuck with no gas and couldn't help me out because I had a credit card and he refused to let me pay with it! read more

So Bruce over at Westlake Independent Honda (Love them!) referred me over here to get my son's American made truck looked at before purchasing it. He said they are honest guys - says a lot coming from another shop. So now over a year later we get the oil changed here regularly, breaks and other small and bigger stuff done we have found them to be honest and fair about the things that need immediate attention and repairs that can wait. I have been very happy with the service and knowledge of these guys here...of and you get free coffee which is always nice. There is a little table for their customers who wait for their car to be done....nothing fancy but it's a service station not the Ritz. We will continue to get the truck serviced here. Stopped to get gas on Sunday 6/14 at 9:30. Guy working behind the counter was incredibly rude. Will never come here again.

My mom stopped here because her vehicle was operating strangely. Mike was so thoughtful and checked the car out and even test drove it to see if he could identify what my mom was describing. He located a fuse that needed replaced and ran diagnostics. He only charged us for a small amount of oil but none of his time or labor. Frankly, it was clear how much Mike cares about people. I made sure we fueled both of our cars there and will be sure to support this shop in the future. Many thanks to Mike for his kindness. read more

Rudest employees ever!! Needed air in my tires and you would have thought I asked for his left arm to turn the air on. The air stayed on for 2 minutes and had to go back in and ask again where i was ignored and then made to feel I was REALLY putting the guy out. Air went off after a minute which I'm sure was intentional. Don't usually leave these reviews, but it was so ridiculous as I believe it's a flick of a switch. Filled my tank with fuel last night (about 9 PM), and the pump was unable to dispense a receipt -- apparently out of paper. I need a receipt each time. This required me to walk into the store and ask the attendant, who was busy chatting away on the phone. He knew why I was approaching (I was the only customer around) as he had already made the motions towards printing one from the register. This is second time, in as many weeks, that I have come across a Union 76 station in Thousand Oaks that does't fill its machines with paper. Cheap owner, or lazy employees? read more

Mike and team are THE BEST. Yesterday I started the drive cross country from San Francisco to Virginia and my first stop was LA to see family. Along the way my check engine light started flashing and my car started rattling. I made it down but today took it in for a diagnostic. On the phone, Mike told me how busy they were that day but he would do a courtesy diagnostic. I brought it in, and he got to work immediately. Turns out I needed some major repairs. Despite not having an appointment, he and his crew (Greg, Mike and Javier) set to work right away ordering parts and repairing. It's about 90 degrees out and I'm traveling with my cat, so they set me up in the air conditioned back room where everyone proceeded to help me out and were unbelievably nice to me and my dad. They even helped find my cat when he escaped and squirreled himself into a corner. Then on the test drive after the repairs, Mike noticed I needed my tires replaced and a front end alignment as well, emphasizing he wanted to make sure we were safe on our trip. They put my car right up to inspect my wheels and recommended us to a nearby tire center who have been nothing but professional and kind. Owner caused an accident by blocking his own driveway. A car waiting for him to move, so they could enter to get gas, got rear ended. He stood there, didn't even check to see if the occupants were ok. Please don't go here. We need business owners in this area who will care about us residents. read more

I walked in today (12/31/15 a little before 4) and politely asked if I could use the restroom. His first question to me was whether I was buying anything or not. He asked into an extremely rude tone and when I said I didn't know he responded with an even nastier tone, saying "water isn't free!" I walked out because I don't patronize people who are terrible for no reason. I hope you do the same. read more

Mike and the Service team are the BEST GM guys in the area. My truck's gas pump went out after 13 years. They saved the 1/2 tank of gas I had, replaced the pump and fuel filter with Genuine OEM GM parts, and charged what they quoted me all in 2.5 hours. The dealer quoted me $250 more, and even Firestone wanted $200 more than these guys. and I wasn't going to get a GM gas pump. So glad I have found the new mechanics for my truck. If you have a GM this is the place to bring your car/truck. Mike has worked on both my Yukon and Envoy and its always a good experience. We have been having our SUV and auto serviced by this facility for several years. They are not only knowledgeable, but professional and most importantly honest. This repair garage is so successful, they don't need to prescribe unnecessary repairs or suggest things that aren't needed. I have even had an occasion when I messed up my windshield wiper replacement, which resulted in having to remove and replace one wiper assembly. I came in unannounced, without an appointment.
