This is the 7-11 right down the street from my work. We're getting into summer camp, which means a lot more Slurpees Sonu is really sweet and one of the main guys we see when we go in for lunch/snacks. He usually pushes the deal that's going on for whatever item you're buying so that you get a better deal/price. It's usually pretty busy, especially now that it's summer. But he always takes his time to make it personal with each and every customer that walks in. Good selection, and a decent size store. Always clean and stocked. The boys already mentioned that they will be back throughout the summer. Probably our go-to place to get something while in a hurry to get back to camp. Showed up this morning. There was a sign on the door saying "will be back in 5 minutes" ok. Waited 15 minutes and she finally shows up and opens the door. At this point there were 2 other customers waiting. I get to the counter to check out and she's on the phone not paying attention to her customers and the store and barely says a word to me while I'm checking out. I visited this 7-Eleven with my daughter to get a Slurpee, and unfortunately the experience was extremely unpleasant from the moment we walked in. The store felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. There were three employees present, and their behavior made both my daughter and me feel uneasy. As customers, we should be able to shop without feeling scrutinized or uncomfortable. The condition of the store was also unacceptable. The Slurpee area was filthy, with sticky residue on the floor, spills all over the machines, and product splattered across the surrounding counter surfaces. The entire area appeared neglected and in need of immediate cleaning. The store itself was also very warm inside, which only added to the discomfort. When we approached the register to pay, the employee assisting us behaved in a manner that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. His demeanor and actions were inappropriate enough that I left feeling unsettled by the interaction. Additionally, the exterior of the building appears to be in poor condition. The roofline at the front of the establishment looks as though it may be sagging or in need of maintenance, which further contributes to the overall impression that this location is not being properly cared for. This location has been declining for quite some time, but this visit was particularly disappointing. Basic cleanliness, professionalism, and customer comfort should be expected at any business. Went there last week. Wanted the Fresca slushee. Poured some. It's was not clear like lemonade ( I had had one of these at another store and they are very good), and his one was green and slimy. I tried to tell the clerk at the counter but he just said nothing. Then I spoke to a woman who then went with me and tried the bad batch. She said it was fine and I sad it was bad-green and slimy. Not even icee consistency. She kept arguing with me that it was fresh and good .. so I walked away and said that after 42 years patronizing the store I would never come back. Would give zero stars if I could. Been shipping here for 8 years because it's across the street from my job. The customer service is horrendous, the employees are rude, they consistently profile me as somebody who steals despite the fact that I've been here multiple times every week for 8 years. It's just too much at this point. I was willing to deal with it when I was younger, but this amount of time passing is ridiculous. They ask to check my pockets every time I go in despite me just getting a Gatorade and maybe some chips. The owner has literally grabbed me by the pants pockets before and tried to remove items from my pocket by force, despite me voluntarily offering to to show them all my belongings to prove I did not steal. I have all of this time stamped and documented and plan on taking it to court as well. So long story short, I suggest avoid this 7-Eleven or reporting the owner. read more

Wide variety of cooler drinks but for some reason there's a hot spot in the middle of the store, with melted/stale products as a result. I get off work very late and often want to buy a bottle of wine to wind down on some nights. It says they're open 24 hours but they close an hour early, or even earlier for their 4 hour break?? Usually breaks are 30 minutes to an hour but every time I go to get a bottle they have the doors locked. At least be honest about your hours of service... I'm so tired of showing up hopeful and the doors being locked earlier than the time legally available for alcohol. Every. Single. Time. The clerk is always on their phone during business hours and wont open the doors during late business hours when they're supposed to be open. Please use a set schedule. Horrible customer service, shut down the slurpee machines 3 years in a row on free slurpee day and stuff are often horribly rude and disrespectful, not to mention how they frequently remove discounted items from the shelves when the 7/11 app offers it such as 1$ small slurpees. The final issue that I have not experienced but may I know have is that they have taken customers cash and shorted them of charge and played dumb when called out. Conveniently the slurpee machine isn't working at this 7-Eleven on free slurpee day....lame! And then the owner told me free slurpeez is only from 11am to 7pm anyway (I was there at 7:30), a claim incould not verify anywhere on the internet. So I went in to 7-Eleven to get an iced coffee I grabbed a cup I put ice in. It went to the iced coffee machine. There was hardly anything in there like I probably got like a quarter cup and I asked the tenant that was there the guy that was there the short, one short guy that was there I asked him are you guys out of the ice coffee you say yeah no more no more no more! So I said you guys are out he said yes no more is that OK? So I walked out and he was rude and was helping some black guy and from the moment that I went in he had a bad attitude, a rude attitude who gave me a dirty look so whatever but I said I told him I would take my money elsewhere and he goes. What did you say very rudely, I said I would take my money elsewhere.!!! That man looks stressed out. The people that work/run this place are dishonest to put it bluntly. I recently moved back to this area after 4 years away, and this used to be my place to go for smokes beers etc. Dissa, Ken, neman were all good chill honest guys. Everytime I come in here now I'm getting upsold on something, and its annoying af. Main reason for the one star review is, I came in here 3 days ago and bought some m&ms that were discounted to 55 cents. So I grabbed them as I usually don't buy candy. The woman who I think is an owner, grabs the candy, scans it and sees that it is 55 cents. She then proceeds to tell me that I can "grab another piece of candy for 3 dollars" I decline. When I go to check out, I see on the monitor that the 55 cent m&ms were scanned and then voided. Then I see her add a general merchandise candy sku to the screen for 2.79. Along with my cigarettes. So my total went from 13.00 to 15 dollars and some change, che literally knew she was overcharging me for promotional items. Needles to say I dony want to take a trip to a bazaar where I'm getting upsold and ripped off, but apparently that's what's going on here... The much older clerk who works at this 711 is a crook. Whenever I use my 711 rewards app for special deals and ask him why it's charging me the regular price he always says no more. And when I tell him that the deal is still available he gets super defensive. Just yesterday I used the app to get the Big Gulp for $0.99 and of course I asked him why it's charging me full price and he said the usual "No more" lol. I know for a fact he did something on the register so that I wouldn't get the sale price because when I checked my app I did not get credit towards the free 7th Big Gulp. And when I try to redeem something I'm supposed to get for free he always tries to charge me for it. But when I show him my app which says free he gets all flustered. Quite honestly I'm pretty sure this 711 would have much better reviews if he didn't work there. I've seen other customers get into it with him also and I'm willing to bet most of the negative reviews they get is because of him as well as the husband and wife owners. Used to come to this 7/11 all the time (15+ years!) before I moved away. The old management & employees knew my mother and I by name. I was shocked to see new faces as I had moved back 5 years later. I had the pleasure of the NEW management accuse me of stealing something as I approached the register. After I emptied my pockets, they were disappointed when they didn't find any of their merchandise on me. It is unfortunate when browsing for a snack can be interpreted as shoplifting. My observation right of way was the food inside the glass the wings and the pizza . They seen they been sitting there for so long and there's no sticker where it says for how long they been sitting there. I have been always going to this 7-Eleven in particular for as long as I can remember. A couple days ago I went in to get a couple of items for a upcoming fishing trip. They had tons of drinks snacks and many more with great discounts. Yesterday I went back and tried the iced coffee since I am addicted to iced coffee. We go here all the time. With four kids and they all love chips we stop her weekly! The parking isn't the best it's a small little corner but that being said the staff has always been really nice to me and my kids! A lot of the time my kids just run in and the staff has always been polite to them. Prices are good and selection is as well. Multiple times I have been charged for an extra item only to catch it at the counter and be met with the response "but it's 2 for $3, grab another one." or something similar. There have also been a number times I have played the lottery here using my slips, to be told the total is some ridiculous number like $60 for two tickets because they ring in advanced plays that you don't want, then they get angry with you for refusing to pay it. And this is after they leave a line of people waiting at the counter because they couldn't be bothered to stop stocking shelves to help customers out. They're just downright rude.
