One morning on the way to work my tire light came on. It was raining heavily outside and the forecast said it was going to rain all day. That being said, I decided to bring it to this 76 station since it was near my job. I told the mechanic that I wasn't sure if I hit a nail or it was low on air. I told him i had brand new tires and just had them put on my car four days before. He said they would check it out and they pulled it in the back. I sat freezing waiting for my car in this little area with benches that were wet from the rain. I waited for an hour and a half. He came out and said I had a terrible bead leak and they repaired it by ......and said something I cannot remember. He told me to go around the front and come inside to pay. When I came inside there was a waiting area that I didn't know about nor was told about that was warm area I could of waited in but they could care less! I was charged $50 dollars for this so called bead leak. I left the shop and drove around for 4 miles and the tire light didn't go off. I called the place and they said, they didn't know why. Later when I got off work I drove to the tire shop that installed my tires four days before and they looked at all the tires and knew that it was the sensors that were bad that was the problem and I needed to replace them. They told me there was no bead leak and there were no indication that any bead leak repair was done. I went and bought the sensors and later that week my tire shop installed them. I went here for the first time for convenience. I was told the night before my tire could be patched for $40 dollars. I arrived early next morning and was asked to sign something that said this. I get a call after they inspected my car ( not being told there was a separate charge for the Inspection) that they can't repair my tire the way they'd like and that my tires were all needing to be replaced. I said no thank you. So they offer me a patch that had a 50% of working. So I pass on the more expensive repair and suddenly my one tire can't get a guarantee fix? Wow. Fernando then tells me he did the inspection for free, the one I never ordered but as he said "read the fine print" in what I signed. He was right about that. Lesson learned. Do NOT USE THIS PLACE for tire repair. I found one down the street. Cheaper and nicer. More ethical too. read more

I regret my decision to stop and get gas here not just because the prices, I mean that is uncontrollable however I was just giving unsolicited advice that has left me speechless and holding back tears. As I am pumping gas to gentleman approached my vehicle and one of them asked me if I needed oil change I reply that I just had one done and jokingly say if you can fix the front of my car that would make my day (because it's got some dents and scratches) I don't quite understand what he says but his voice fades away and the second guy starts telling me it looks like I stopped working out and asks me if I have in fact stopped working out I was a little taken back because I wasn't sure if he thought he knew me, I quickly realized I did not know him and wasn't sure if he was being sarcastic or serious. I said I guess I could run a bit more I've been busy with work and he goes yeah you know you should really work out you could fix your legs and points at my thighs. I am seriously at a gas station being body shamed! I seriously felt like this was some sort of prank and I said I don't think this is appropriate and I don't feel comfortable he continues onto by saying well you know you want to look good and I said thank you I guess I'm going home to cry now. Living in LA as a female has so much pressure to look a certain way and it's something that I struggle with pretty much daily so for this lowlife judge mental condescending pig to say these things to me just really hit a nerve. I am in my car (pulled over) using talk to text so please pardon my punctuation, or lack of; I just have never had such an awful, uncomfortable experience!! I am not a stick skinny model nor am I plus size, but for this guy to throw at me I need to change my body to look good is really sickening. Go back to changing spark plugs and brake pads you dipstick!! I did not catch his name he is younger than the others, mustache, missing tooth or chipped tooth, short and thinks he is a handsome godly figure I guess... anyways I would do what I can to avoid that gas station do not give them your business. Cannot believe that just happened and now I have wasted way too much time thinking about that clown so on with my night. Update: his name is Alberto and when I confronted him politely he was hesitant to give me his name and I asked him if he speaks to other women this way and he said I have no idea what you're talking about, smirked at the other guy, to which I said you know I was just here and you were telling me I need to work out and lose weight and he seemed uncomfortable because there were other people around and I was starting to tear up and he says I don't know who you are or what you were saying and walks away! The cashier was listening and wrote down the manager's name and suggested I come in tomorrow. In fact he was going to call as soon as I left to let them know about the situation. Went to get smog inspection. Spoke with Joe, he is great and had my car ready in 15 min. I was lucky to get in on a week day as I know weekends are busy. Joe was great and even helped me take a bike rack off. I have gone here the past few years and everyone is nice and professional. read more
