Totally confused because there's an employee wavering traffic in front but never tells this truck to move forward to allow the process to continue to flow. I'm not a car expert but the feeling of having to hit my brakes in there and the car wash conveyor system continuously trying to push me out did not make me feel like my car was in good hands nor did it feel safe. Shit happens, but personally I feel like there can be a better system in place for these things to not happen.
