Stopped to get some fuel and use their restroom. They have two restrooms one of which they've closed from public use (They put up a sign for "Employees Only). The other restroom is the only one open to the public. It has a toilet but the urinal is broken and not available for use. All this to say that this place is busy as they are doubled with a Burger King, so all the customers getting gas and eating at BK only has ONE bathroom to use. There was close to a dozen people lined up to use the restroom (not counting a few people that just decided to leave). If you're stopping here for the bathroom, go elsewhere (across the street where there are multiple restaurants and shops that have multiple bathrooms). Also, the bathroom was not maintained as it was dirty (urine all over the floor and no toilet paper). Use at your own risk. read more

This is the worce customer service I ever received, I been mistreated employees name LORENZA at 14460 Monterey HWY Morgan Hill 76 union gas station. I believe, because i was Asian, this lady LORENZA treated me with total disrespectful every time when I go there to fill up my gas tank with some drink , on 09/ 05 /20 , this morning. I asked for $20 for gas and 1 drink , hand out $100 bill with sincere apologies not having smaller bill. Lorenza was speaking language with customer behind me , and they all started laughing at me . When I asked her , if i had done something wrong , lorenza said, I have to buy more for her to take $100 bill from me . I looked around to find something to buy , but I was in rush with could not find anything to buy . Lorenza with her disrespectful hand signaling for me to either buy more or , she won't sell to me . I couldn't believe what I heard , but I didn't want to create any trouble, I came out side the store, as I was walking towards my car one nice man break the $100 bill and gave me the 5 $20 bills . I went into store , stayed line , hoping someone else will help me, but no same lady LORENZA , " I told you we can't accept $100 bill unless u buying more , so what do u want ? I was so humiliated and disappointed, how this employees attitude towards me , i was just about to break down into tears . Meantime I hand out $40 to get gas , and i asked her if she knew end of side of store wall, gas pump numbers, she responded. " HOW I KNOW WHAT NUMBERS IS , ITS YOUR JOB TO TELL ME WHAT GAS PUMP NUMBERS ARE & last words with different languages. Meantime she gave me a change , so I asked her again . " IF YOU DON'T KNOW PUMP NUMBERS , WHICH PUMP DID YOU USED FOR ME TO GET GAS? LORENZA responded. " NOW I KNOW WHICH PUMP, BEFORE MY EYES WERE BAD , I COULDN'T SEE THE NUMBERS, BUT NOW I DO , ITS #5 . " This isn't all the discrimination I received, LORENZA, delivery didn't started gas pump, made me go into store 3 times before she came out from store to tell me , with her languages, something about stupid, I try all i can to kept come , and went inside the store, asked for receipt , ofcourse, she had attitude with " OH NOW YOU WANT RECEIPT TOO ? WAIT I AM BUZY WITH CUSTOMERS " SO I waited, late for my appointment , got the receipt, driving to San Jose with tears in my eyes . I been in this America for last 35 years , I never been humiliated, mistreated because I was Asian . Its been over 12 hours ago , I am still crying my eyes out why this person , LORENZA treated me like I was dirt on her feet ? I kept my come all the time with this person, never i was disrespectful to her , her treatment towards to me was totally unacceptable, all because I was Asian and never lost my patience with her . I need to stop this person LORENZA, from abused attitude towards to Asian. i will not stop at leaving review about LORENZA CUSTOMERS SERVICE here , i will continue contact 76 union gas station higher upper management, whom will take proper action to LORENZA POOR, DISRESPECTFUL, CUSTOMERS SERVICE so LORENZA won't treat any asian visitors to 76 union gas station on Morgan hill ever again . read more

I stopped for gas. Paid with cash and was charged at credit rate. The employee didn't know how too change to correct amount, so I got overcharged. Incompetent worker. I will report this problem! read more

More affordable prices then competition and great in store selection of snacks and accessories. Great workers too

It's great--if you want the most expensive gasoline in the South County area. I stopped there today, Jan 12 2014, and 87 octane was $3.71/gal.Just a couple of miles down Monterey, and at many other nearby locations, 87 octane is $3.45/gal. I have no idea what possible justification there is for charging 26 cents more per gallon for their gasoline. read more
