I bought car wash from them and they said only use touch free one because the soft touch is not working. Unfortunately a gentleman entered the car wash before me and selected soft touch. Then he stood there confused for 5 minutes straight because it slathered his car with soap but no water or brush. I had to get out of my car and go tell the gentleman. And what do you know, it didn't work for me either even though I was careful to select touch free. Went inside the station to get a credit and the woman there is rude as hell. She tells me she can't give me credit because the manager isn't here. I asked for the manager's phone number and she says I can't give you that! So they basically just took my money for a service that they didn't provide. I also saw the other gentleman driving away with his car still covered in soap and he got no credit either. When I asked her to print me another code so I can use it another day, she scoffed at it and told me she won't do that for me now since I had asked for a refund earlier. Not that she can't, but that she won't! When I expressed that this is not ok to take my money and not provide the service that I had paid for, then she laughs hysterically at my face and gestures aggressively at me. I walked off in anger as I didn't want to get more angry. Please avoid this gas station! Save your money and dignity and take your business elsewhere! read more

This 76 is in the same building as the Burger King. The car wash features a touch-less option which is better for your paint. It can get busy so I come before the crowd. The pumps are cleaner then most freeway stations. The snack store doesn't carry very many drinks or snacks like a ampm tho. read more

This is my first time coming to this gas station. It's been here for about a year and today I came to get gas since it was on my way to getting hwy 101. They have a Burger King and they have a small market. It's very clean and well kept end it was easy to get to it's right off of Cochran next to the target shopping center. However in my opinion gas price was a higher than other gas stations in Morgan Hill. read more

The car wash has the $6, $8 & $10 options. I got the $10 and it was THE SH*TTIEST car wash ever! wow. The entire rear window is still dirty AF and the machine didn't even air dry my car! sent me on my merry way with a wet car. Such a dissapointment....do better 76 read more

I liked that they had a touchless carwash option but lately I've seen this carwash not work properly. at times left soap on my car and sometimes not work at all. Last time I used it I chose touchless and the damn sensors hit my hood. I called and they told me we're not responsible for it. I email the Corporate and some one email me back from service @66 something with the same lame excuse after asking for details ‍ after a few back and forth emails same lame excuse. If I could give 0 I would ! I paid $10 and went through car wash and it did not work. I went in to talk to the guy at register, grey hair, older Indian man. He did not want to help me or give me refund. After I insisted he huffed and went out to try and help. He told me to go back in. I was there for 15 minutes and he was messing with the Machine. I have a bike rack on my car that he saw. I've never had a problem in years with other car washes. I get half way through and it breaks down again. He yelled at me and said "you broke my machine !" I told him I wasn't leaving with soap on my car and I wanted a refund. He refused. We had a screaming match. I had to leave with a car full of soap. I went through the shell car wash with no problem. This station has been a great new stop in our weekly commute between Monterey and Walnut Creek, however beware of the car wash and the staff that cannot refund you when it malfunctions. In attempting to wash off the fire ash, we paid $10 at the pump for the Ultimate Car Wash, waited behind 2 cars then received a spray (which turns ash acidic without soap) but the machine stopped working. We reluctantly drove out to the front desk, the white haired gentleman at the front desk seemed very inpatient as he walked out to reset the wash for the next car that had entered. He told us we had to get back in line behind 4 more cars, meanwhile the ash was activated to etch the car's paint. He refused to tell us if our code or the machine would work correctly and told us we would need to drive back at 8am tomorrow to talk to the manager about a refund. Meanwhile, the owner of the following car, came in to complain that wash got stuck mid soap and now the soap was drying on their car. I left feedback at gasvisit.com and did receive a nice reply from the Phillips 66 Corp but so far, no resolution on the refund. We drove across 101 to Chevron for a hand/machine wash for $10 which was quicker and far more effective. Safe yourself the time and unnecessary struggle. read more

My husband was getting gas and I went inside to use the restroom. It was about 1:15 pm on a Monday. There was a young man and a young woman speaking loudly and happily behind the counter. No one else was present. Entering the restroom I saw it was a combo men/women's bathroom with a simple slide lock. I noticed that the handicapped stall was out of service. Entering the remaining stall, i literally took a couple of steps back in shock. If this bathroom is not the worst public bathroom I've been in, the worst has been blocked from my memory for my personal protection. The 10-15 seconds I stood in that filth, gobsmacked by the human waste covering *everything*, I'm thankful I didn't throw up having to take a breath in order to gain my strength to turn and get the heck out of there. On my way out I said something to the effect of "you have to do something with your bathroom" never slowing as I was leaving. Furthermore, we did not eat at the Burger King this 76 is connected to. Any restaurant that would do business with this type of establishment will not get my business. No, I did not take any disgusting pix. There has to be some Yelp rule against such a thing. read more

How do you determine a good gas station to go to? Is it clean? Yes. This 76 station is clean. Are the containers with washer fluid and paper towels filled? Yes! Is the gas good quality? Yes. After crawling in traffic on 101 North, my tire air pressure warning light went off. The nearest gas station I could find was this 76 station. Located on the corner and sharing space with a Burger King, this station looked as good as any. I found the air station and inquired within to see if they could turn the air on. Elias, one of the very kind hearted and professional employees, graciously assisted me with filling my tires. I attempted to tip him and he kindly declined stating it was his pleasure to assist me. You cannot pay for this kind of service! Elias- you get five stars! I appreciate your assistance! I give four stars due to the car wash. I am terrible with washing my car so anything is better than nothing. For $5.99, you can get an express wash and a discount on gas, which is nice considering gas prices at this station are fairly high. The machine is pretty average and the wipers left marks on my car. I do not recommend the car wash. Overall, a positive experience and I would absolutely return for the excellent customer service. read more

Expensive gas, no hand sanitizer, windshield cleaner and rude service. The car wash broke down and left me stranded for 30 minutes. They tried not to give me a refund but after arguing with 3 people my whole $10 was given back and my dirty car drove off never to return. read more

I doubt this review will make an impact but if you ever have any trouble regarding the car wash or wanting a refund, find a day where the obnoxious senile old indian fellow isn't working. He refuses to do refunds especially if the carwash breaks down on you. This gas station is fairly new but already very run down! Graffiti everywhere. Diesel Pumps always have a problem or are broken, and they only have 4. The restrooms are always trashed and run down. But recently twice in less than a month one restroom is out of service and the other one is being used for men and women. They still haven't fixed it. (I came through in February, then in the middle of June, and now its July!) Going to stop somewhere else on my travels. read more

Came here for gas which is much higher than all other Morgan Hill locations. Was asked to leave the car wash line and then told to wait while two other vehicles were allowed to get in front of me making the wait very long. Was only told that they were being allowed to go first. Don't go here much better elsewhere. read more

If you would like to be treated rudely and feel like you're an idiot then go to this gas station. I was having difficulty with the carwash, asked for help, someone came out he spoke rudely to me with a tone and attitude pounded on my car as he was trying to get me to adjust where my car is positioned in the car wash area. The man Juggut rolled his eyes at me then made a comment to the man in the car behind me. Overall very, very poor experience. I have never been treated so rudely. I tried to talk with the manager after the experience though Maria, the manager was unavailable. I called later and spoke with the manager and she was luke warm with her response, hardly apologetic. Put 10 dollars in the drive thru car wash and it didn't work nor did it give me a receipt. Went inside and asked the cashier politely if he could give me a code and I explained the situation. The owner is rude as hell. He closes whenever he wants, sometimes as early as 9:45 and doesn't even have a sign that states what time he closes. He told me to fuck off tonight 9/3/19 when I tried to come in at 10:17 and said he closed at 10:15 after he told me he closes at "10:25" the night before. This Car Wash Sucks - Do Not Use! It works differently than the carwash at the Chevron down the street which is much better and will not damage your vehicle like the 76 car wash will - I have been to the Chevron many times with no damage to my vehicle - I went to the new 76 carwash and it ripped a $550 panel completely off my truck! I spoke to the manager and he would not do anything about it! His lame answer was "this panel comes off all the time - I have 4 of them laying around". To make matters worse, the wash sucked to boot!
