Sign says 8p, I know the woman who fills them is there. I ask why, he says we have to go home. HELLO...I have one lousy propane tank that would take 3 minutes to fill. I came here out of habit, even though we've moved and there's 4-5 places closer to me now. I would have dropped $100 between propane and a fillup, and maybe bought lotto tix to boot. Unfortunately location of this station is a bit out of the way for me, since I'm usually coming from Cochrane/101 and Arco is a lot closer in my case. I find that i only save 10-20 cents per fill-up if I drive 3 or 4 miles down to Tennant/Monterey and back. For this reason I don't come to this station that often, especially when the Safeway Gas on Cottle Rd in San Jose is a full 10 cents in some cases less than Morgan Hill. Regardless this station still beats most of the lowest independents in town. Unless time or location is an issue, the wait times at this station can be a factor esp during commute hours in morning or afternoon.

I bought car wash from them and they said only use touch free one because the soft touch is not…read moreworking. Unfortunately a gentleman entered the car wash before me and selected soft touch. Then he stood there confused for 5 minutes straight because it slathered his car with soap but no water or brush. I had to get out of my car and go tell the gentleman. And what do you know, it didn't work for me either even though I was careful to select touch free. Went inside the station to get a credit and the woman there is rude as hell. She tells me she can't give me credit because the manager isn't here. I asked for the manager's phone number and she says I can't give you that! So they basically just took my money for a service that they didn't provide. I also saw the other gentleman driving away with his car still covered in soap and he got no credit either. When I asked her to print me another code so I can use it another day, she scoffed at it and told me she won't do that for me now since I had asked for a refund earlier. Not that she can't, but that she won't! When I expressed that this is not ok to take my money and not provide the service that I had paid for, then she laughs hysterically at my face and gestures aggressively at me. I walked off in anger as I didn't want to get more angry. Please avoid this gas station! Save your money and dignity and take your business elsewhere!

For those of us who have monthly subscriptions, they charged us the normal amount anyway. Couple of weeks ago, same thing, shut down for a week. This time an older gentleman who seemed to be owner or manager said this was all scheduled, to replace half the equipment one year and half the next. Should be all good now. Said they'd take care of the missing days we paid for. Since we have three cars, that's 21 days total of no usage. Of course, we got billed the full amount on all three accounts anyway. Grrrrr. They're transitioning to RFID tags instead of numbered tags to speed things up. Yesterday the car in front of me was having a problem, but they finally got into the wash. I pulled up and the gate opened, but since they were still hosing that car down it shut again. The woman working tried to reopen it, but was having issues. She wanted the number off my RFID tag, which is on the inside in tiny print instead of visible from the exterior like the old tags. I couldn't read it, it was too small but I offered to let her take a picture and blow it up if she wanted. She asked if she could stick her head in the window to read it, and I said fine but she couldn't do that. She said not to worry, she'd let me in. Which made sense, because now two cars delayed in a row meant there was a pretty good line behind me. That would have been fine, but then one of the guys with the hose came over and said he needed to see the credit card on the account. One problem though: We have three accounts on two different credit cards and I don't know which one is on this car. He insisted, when the woman had already handled the situation to my satisfaction. So I backed out and left. Now I have zero accounts there. Plenty of other places in Morgan Hill, including two new ones soon to open.

Stopped to get some fuel and use their restroom. They have two restrooms one of which they've…read moreclosed from public use (They put up a sign for "Employees Only). The other restroom is the only one open to the public. It has a toilet but the urinal is broken and not available for use. All this to say that this place is busy as they are doubled with a Burger King, so all the customers getting gas and eating at BK only has ONE bathroom to use. There was close to a dozen people lined up to use the restroom (not counting a few people that just decided to leave). If you're stopping here for the bathroom, go elsewhere (across the street where there are multiple restaurants and shops that have multiple bathrooms). Also, the bathroom was not maintained as it was dirty (urine all over the floor and no toilet paper). Use at your own risk.
