Brandon and Tyler handled the installation and were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked quickly, kept the area organized, and left the installation looking clean and sleek. There was a plumbing issue during installation involving the inlet/outlet configuration corrected it immediately. They also noticed that my existing water-softener drain line was smaller than what they preferred for proper regeneration. Rather than ignoring it, they brought it to my attention and Joseph agreed to upgrade the drain line so the new system could operate properly long term. I really appreciated that they identified the potential issue before it became a problem later. The difference in my water was immediate. I took my first shower after installation and it was incredibly soft and silky -- noticeably better than the Whirlpool system I had for 7 years since it can soften and filter for chlorine and other contaminates. I also appreciate how simple the maintenance is. I only need to keep salt in the brine tank, and the system regenerates automatically. Waited THREE weeks and no call-back. Called again and made an appointment for 6/18/2026. Today while waiting, I had a real bad feeling about them standing me up, so I called them. Turned out they had moved my appointment to 7/2/2026 without one single phone call notification. They were unapologetic about the situation. What a pathetic business.

After speaking with the sales team and being assured their company would take care of the entire install, halfway through the install process their team notified me they would not actually be doing any of the real work under or around the house. I, a 69 year old senior, was forced to wedge into the crawl space beneath my house and finish the job myself, during the middle of summer, to get my water back to running properly. When I spoke with the company regarding these issues they admitted fault but refused to actually do anything to help the situation. I have numerous emails and other documented correspondence asking for help in resolving the install problems, to no avail. This is the first time in my life I have ever had an issue like this, or reviewed someone publicly. To all those reading, be wary: $8,000 for a semi-complete home install feels an awful lot like a company that practices deceptive business and preys on older citizens. Unfortunately, an issue which seemed easy to solve and come to a quick agreement on now looks like civil litigation will be my only path forward.
