This dealership is over FLOWing with SHIT management. It not going to survive.

OverFLOWing with SHIT. Dealership is tanking. Buyers beware, your warranty is useless here.

    Interior for waiting.

777 Nissan is one of the newest car dealerships in Las Vegas. After a poor service wait time at another dealer, I came here to see what was wrong. I had a flashing yellow light on my dash which indicated the automatic braking system was off. I made an appointment for Friday, December 19 at 8:30. Arriving a little early, the service counter person told me what it might need for repair. They would check and let me know. In a short time, my worst idea was the answer. I had a person who hit my bumper causing no external damage but it bent the bar and the sensor that looks forward to enable the ABS. They advised it would take most of the day, I authorized the repair and 777 ordered me a Lyft to bring me home at no charge. I got a text from them with a link to a site that charted the status of my repair. When it was done, I got a text and phone call from the service manager. I ordered a Lyft to take me back. The manager advised he had arranged one already. When I told him one was on the way, he cancelled his end. Having bought my Rogue at another dealer, I was welcomed as a valuedcustomer. They have earned a new customer with me. This will be my go to place for service. Now, if Nissan would just bring back the xTterra, I'd be in heaven!

Terrible experience and I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. I initially called Tuesday evening to inquire about a vehicle and spoke with Jeremy, who mentioned someone else was interested but promised a follow-up Wednesday morning if it was still available. On Wednesday, Kobe reached out on Jeremy's behalf, and the process began smoothly. Shortly after, the sales manager, Isaac, contacted me to walk through the steps for an out-of-state purchase. After receiving a quote, I spoke with Isaac again and agreed to the price. Since it was near closing time, I offered to place a deposit, but he assured me it wasn't necessary. He stated the vehicle would be marked as sold and held for me, and that we would finalize financing the next morning. I even had a prequalification reference number from one of their preferred lenders. Isaac also explained that because of the lender I was using, I could complete paperwork remotely and pick up the vehicle later. He confirmed they had no issue holding the car and even offered to reimburse up to $250 total for airfare, covering tickets for both myself and my wife. Before the end of the night, I called back to confirm everything once more since I decided to purchase airline tickets and a hotel that night. Kobe contacted Isaac while I was on the line and Isaac confirmed that the vehicle was mine and that I could proceed with purchasing airline tickets. However, Friday came and went with no communication. I called and texted multiple times and was told they were busy and would get back to me but no one ever did. On Saturday morning, I called again wanting to finalize paperwork, only to find out the vehicle was no longer listed online. When I called the dealership, Isaac was unavailable. I explained the situation to another staff member who sounded like a manager, who claimed they couldn't see whether the vehicle had been committed to me which is something I find highly unlikely. I was promised a callback, but once again, no one followed up. My additional text messages also went unanswered. This reflects extremely poor communication, unethical business practices, and a lack of integrity. I was given a quote, agreed to the deal, and was told I can purchase airline tickets with the promise of reimbursement, only to be completely ignored while it seems the vehicle was apparently sold to someone else. I would not do business with this dealership under any circumstances. I sincerely hope they review their call records and use this situation as a training opportunity to improve their customer service and accountability. Please see the attached photo of the agreed price as verification of the deal.

This dealership is such a disappointment. Be weary of the bait and switch. They make promises to get you there and once you're there they make changes and excuses. Best advise I can give anyone is save your time and go somewhere else. Update to the owners comment. Very professional. Calling people morons. Thid shows what you think of customers. This is why you can't sell cars and on a Saturday there's 0 customers in the store. Based on that and every other negative review I read. I believe every single one of them

Our salesman Johnny was very patient, listened to my requests and really did work to make the deal happen. Each time we counteroffered, he did come back with a better deal that was closer to what I wanted. I really didn't have an expectation to buy or not buy when I entered the dealership. I was in the market for another vehicle, but not pressured to have to get another one. This helped me also be patient with the process since I didn't have to do any deal at the end of the day and still have my car to keep rolling in. As the dealership was starting to close, the sales manager did come with a final deal that really did suit what I wanted. I signed for the truck. The finance portion went smooth and was straightforward. As it was night time, I did return on another day to actually inspect the car. During the inspection/on boarding we noticed a few things that needed correction. The PPF on the door panels were already peeling and there was a scratch, paint flaws and a misaligned door. We asked for the corrections. I also found that even though the window sticker says ceramic coated, upon self washing the truck, it really appears to be a lackluster job on the ceramic coat. The water completely sticks to the car and there's no beading action as a ceramic coated vehicle should have. I do have to say I like their coffee and hot beverage bar a lot. It's nice to go in there and to make a beverage as you're waiting for or working with a team member. All in all - the sales and finance process was very good. The correction of flaws took longer than I expected.

After they took in my truck they told me that it would take 2-3 days to diagnose the problem. I waited the asked period and never heard from them. I called and did not get a call back. I texted and still did not get a response back. Finally I took an Uber to the dealership to talk to the service advisor after 5 days of them having the vehicle. When I spoke to the service advisor she explained that they could not work on the vehicle because I have aftermarket brake rotors. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and as he tried to explain the reason for the delay he brought the service technician. The service technician explained that with out OEM brake pads that he could not verify that my brakes would be safe. That is when I turned to the Service Manager and said "the only reason you won't work on my truck is a policy and not a mechnical reason?" he said "Yes". There are many people who use aftermarket parts becasue they work better than OEM parts and I saw this as a very short sighted policy that they have. They wasted several days of my time and the lack of communication by the service advisor was just unacceptable and the Service Manager was just unwilling to compromise and help me get my truck back on the road. I had it towed to another shop this morning and I had to pay their "diagnostic fee" to get them to release my truck. Very unprofessional shop and will never do business again with this dealership.

I've worked in auto and tech for a few decades, including as a senior executive (and for a few automakers), so I've had the chance to work closely with several dealers over the years. Not to mention, I've purchased a few cars during that time! In all my years working with dealers, this was genuinely one of the most seamless, pleasant and professional experiences I've had. I found the car through Porsche Finder, so the initial outreach to John was completely cold. I also contacted several other dealers simultaneously, most of which were in California, where I live. Hands down, John was far and away one of the best sales folks I've dealt with. And while the deal was very competitive, I primarily chose Gaudin because I knew I could trust John to execute cleanly from start to finish. It's also worth mentioning Matt Dagostino in finance, and Tony, who delivered the car, both of whom helped make the overall experience smooth and easy. Gaudin has a model that is totally dialed in. I saw a couple of people on the lot, but I can't say whether they were customers or employees... all I can say is that no one acknowledged me or offered help. I'm still deciding what this experience means for Porsche as a brand, but I can say with certainty that this dealership will never get a dollar from me. Service matters, especially at this price point. The other vehicle I'm considering has delivered the exact opposite experience from start to finish, and the contrast was impossible to miss. Luxury is more than the car. It's the experience too. This dealership clearly didn't understand that.
