You never know what kind of experience you'll get when going to any dealership, but I am happy to say that overall, the Findlay Chevrolet experience was pretty solid. Our salesman Johnny was very patient, listened to my requests and really did work to make the deal happen. Each time we counteroffered, he did come back with a better deal that was closer to what I wanted. I really didn't have an expectation to buy or not buy when I entered the dealership. I was in the market for another vehicle, but not pressured to have to get another one. This helped me also be patient with the process since I didn't have to do any deal at the end of the day and still have my car to keep rolling in. As the dealership was starting to close, the sales manager did come with a final deal that really did suit what I wanted. I signed for the truck. The finance portion went smooth and was straightforward. As it was night time, I did return on another day to actually inspect the car. During the inspection/on boarding we noticed a few things that needed correction. The PPF on the door panels were already peeling and there was a scratch, paint flaws and a misaligned door. We asked for the corrections. I also found that even though the window sticker says ceramic coated, upon self washing the truck, it really appears to be a lackluster job on the ceramic coat. The water completely sticks to the car and there's no beading action as a ceramic coated vehicle should have. I do have to say I like their coffee and hot beverage bar a lot. It's nice to go in there and to make a beverage as you're waiting for or working with a team member. All in all - the sales and finance process was very good. I needed help with my Silverado Trail Boss with a brake issue and asked that they try to get the truck completed as quickly as possible because it's my primary transportation. After they took in my truck they told me that it would take 2-3 days to diagnose the problem. I waited the asked period and never heard from them. I called and did not get a call back. I texted and still did not get a response back. Finally I took an Uber to the dealership to talk to the service advisor after 5 days of them having the vehicle. When I spoke to the service advisor she explained that they could not work on the vehicle because I have aftermarket brake rotors. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and as he tried to explain the reason for the delay he brought the service technician. The service technician explained that with out OEM brake pads that he could not verify that my brakes would be safe. That is when I turned to the Service Manager and said "the only reason you won't work on my truck is a policy and not a mechnical reason?" he said "Yes". There are many people who use aftermarket parts becasue they work better than OEM parts and I saw this as a very short sighted policy that they have. They wasted several days of my time and the lack of communication by the service advisor was just unacceptable and the Service Manager was just unwilling to compromise and help me get my truck back on the road. I had it towed to another shop this morning and I had to pay their "diagnostic fee" to get them to release my truck. I have been getting my car's oil changed here for a few years now, as well as other maintenance work. They are always quick to take my car but the wait is entirely different. My experience is waiting 2+ hours for the oil change, sometimes upwards of 3 hours, with no text updates or communication for delays or when my car is getting started in their queue. There is no link texted to me to follow where my car is, either. The advisors are nice and friendly, but not super responsive to texts when asking for an update, and are hard to find in person to ask to follow-up. One time I took my car for an oil change and it was 4 hours later that I got a text saying they forgot to tell me my initial advisor left for the day and my car was sitting, ready, and done for over 1 hour. I would say that from the maintenance side of this location that the customer service and timeliness is not ideal. Maybe they are understaffed and need to hire more people, not sure - but either way, I hope it can improve through more maintenance staff / creating a better communication process etc... Apart from that, things are great. They do a good job with the maintenance. The facilities are clean and the bathrooms while you wait are also clean. The waiting area is not super noisy, but there are no charging outlets for your laptop or cell phone. There is also plenty of seating and the areas are well lit. They also have a snack/drink area you can purchase those items from as well. read more

Just moved back to Vegas and needed my oil changed in my Z06 so I figured I would try a Chevy dealer. First and last time. Overcharged me by 2x; had greasy paw prints all over my car, hood was not latched and oil reminder wasn't reset. Bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado LT from this dealership and initially everything was ok. Come 3000 miles I wake up early to go to work and the trucks dash lights up like a Christmas tree with all kinds of service lights. Take it in to the dealership and they tell me I have bent rods and smashed lifters on the right side. I'm like how?? I just started the vehicle and that's it, haven't done anything else. They go on to tell me that it's being fixed, takes like 2 weeks to get my truck back and I drive it to and from work for two days and no issues. So, I decided to take it from Nevada to California on a family vacay thinking all was well. It was not, the mechanic evidentially installed the head gasket incorrectly so when I got to Barstow, 2 hrs away from home, I broke down in the middle of a mountain pass (The Cajon Pass). This is mid COVID mind you, no help from the dealership, they tell me to get it to the closest Chevy dealership. I had to use my AAA to tow it to Victorville Chevy where I found out the mechanic error. I got stuck in California for 3 days, missing work and had to fight to get a rental covered to get my family back home. They towed my truck all the way back to Findlay and the truck was in the shop for another 21+ days while they assessed the damages. They tell me that the mechanic repaired it incorrectly which caused the truck to overheat, it burnt the piston walls which now it needs a new motor at 3k miles. They fix it, I almost claimed lemon law, they gave me 100k mile warranty. Instead. So I drive it for about 10k more miles and the truck lights up again like a Christmas tree, smashed lifter and bent rods on the left side!! Like come on, what is going on?? I bought a brand new vehicle to not have issues. The truck goes in for another 2+ weeks. I get it back and it drives ok for about another 40k miles. Then my truck starts slamming into first gear when I come up to a stop or red light. Take it back in and they have to rebuild the transmission, truck out for another 3+ weeks. Get in back and 4 months later I go to the grocery store and park and the truck won't shift out of Drive, literally locked in drive. Had to tow it to the dealership. I drop it off, it's on accessory because I can't put it in park to turn the vehicle completely off. Took them a week to tell me that the truck didn't have a transmission problem, the gear shift assembly was broken. Meanwhile they send me $1400 worth of repairs that weren't even a problem before I dropped it off. They tell me that my control arms are loose and that they will fix it under warranty but then they send me a bill for wheel alignment. I explained that, that should be covered by warranty because you replaced the control arms. They tell me the truck will be ready in a few days, a few days later the truck is not ready and they send me another bill for 450 for a new battery saying my battery is bad two weeks later! My battery held 14v before no prob, never got a notification from the truck that the battery was having issues but no surprise that no one can tell me how long my truck was left on after it was left at the dealership and before someone assessed it even though they knew it was on. Every single time that I take my vehicle in on warranty repair they try to charge me hundreds or thousands for extra services. Not to mention they assume that it's my fault until they figure out it's not by getting under the hood. I have a 100k mile bumper to bumper warranty and I have to fight to get it honored and to get a rental car every time I go in and then they mess up my battery and tell me I have to take my truck to Sam's Club, since it's under warranty there, to have the battery replaced. I'm so fed up with this vehicle and this dealership. I have always been a Chevy man but this has been the worst experience. I definitely will not consider coming back here for another purchase in the future. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Look up the vehicle you are buying, look up the rating, look up the issues. As a Chevy customer for the past three years, the service experience has continued to decline. It's disappointing to say that it has become a major letdown. I've invested a significant amount of money in two vehicles a Tahoe and a Silverado and have encountered multiple issues. WARRANTY I contacted the warranty department regarding a replacement key fob, which should have been covered under the extended warranty I paid extra for. I left multiple messages, eventually received a contact, and followed up several times yet never received a response. No one ever got back to me. For anyone considering purchasing additional warranty coverage, be aware that it seems like a waste of money if you can't actually use it. What's the point of paying for protection and coverage if it's inaccessible? I've also filled out to cancel my warranty and have not yet gotten an update on my cancellation from the finance department. CAR SERVICE We purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Each time we schedule an oil change with a 7:00 a.m. appointment, we're told the average wait time is about two hours, depending on the day. We typically come in on weekends, understanding it may be busier. However, we don't receive our vehicles until around 1:00 p.m. The service advisors are very poor at following up. When we respond to the automated Auto.Live text messages, it often takes over an hour to get a reply. If you approve any suggested services, your vehicle is set aside until the same technician becomes available again leading to an extremely long and frustrating wait. RECALLS There have been numerous recalls on our vehicles, even though they were purchased three years ago. Each recall service takes the entire day. I would never recommend waiting for your vehicle during recall service. There are no alternative transportation options offered. Prior to Chevy, we were Toyota customers, and they provided and paid for transportation within a certain mileage range. I brought my truck in June-July 2025 and after bringing multiple times they were able to fix a defective part from GM under warranty. My concern at this service center is the operations that JULIUS RIGLIONI the service manager runs. On one of visits the service tech managed to scratch my bumper and wasn't notified until i picked up. They somehow lost the pictures taken when the truck was brought in. They accepted fault due to "not" having pictures. My truck was fixed by AW collision which did a good job, and Julius claimed that this wouldn't hit my Carfax, well a year later when attempting to trade my truck in, to my surprise, it was in the vehicle history. I returned on May 15, 2026 to ask him for their insurance information and he was WITHHELD that information because I want to complete a diminished value claim, I cannot recommend this service center to anyone here in Vegas, especially if you value your vehicle. Last week I took my 2019 C7 Z06 corvette to Findlay Chevrolet for the following, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, differential oil change and a transmission flush. When I drove the car home after the repairs there was a smell of gasoline which the car didn't hand before and showed no codes ( yeah kind of suspect). So I called and spoke to the service manager he told me to bring the car in for an inspection. Claimed the fuel pump had a crack in it which is not a common problem on the cars. He wrote up the estimate the quote from Findlay was $6270.45. The quote From Team Chevrolet for the same exact work was almost 50% less!!! Not a couple hundred, not even a 1k less we are talking about $2947.20 cents difference! Yes you read that correctly A DIFFERENCE OF ALMOST $3000.00 I understand do to the labor involved it raises the price the book says 13 to 18 hours of labor max Which Team Chevrolet is within those labor hours, Findlay Chevrolet booked out out at 22 hours. I should have known they were a scam when the service advisor tried to charge me $2200.00 for the transmission flush. I said it's not that expensive I've had done on my other corvettes. He's trying to justify it by telling how it's a double clutch trans, I said maybe if I had a C8 but mine is a C7 so had I not caught that he would have screwed me for 2200.00 on a $600.00 service. Explain to the gal that it rings & hangs up after 4-5 rings. She proceeds to ask for my # I give it to her and she has an attitude saying I don't see you have a car here for service what do you want. So I said that I wanted to ask questions & schedule service. She proceeds to give me an attitude so I give her an attitude back. Now I'm ticked off! I call back the main # and ask to speak with a manager & was asked which department so I say service I get transferred and it rings 4-5 times and hangs up. I call back and ask for the general manager and again get transferred rings 4-5 times and hangs up. If you can't even speak with someone or leave a message because their voice system is so crappy what is the service you're going to get? Reading reviews, sounds like they don't do service well either. 2-3 days to diagnose a repair is unacceptable. They don't do loaner cars & apparently they think we all have spare cars to go to & from work in this inconvenience. I'll find someone else that is competent in doing repairs as well as a working phone system to do service. I have friends in other states & one that works for a very busy dealership in a major population area and I've been told that this is a Vegas problem not a problem with many other dealerships outside of Vegas seem to have. read more

We had a 15,000-mile maintenance appointment scheduled several days in advance for 2:40 PM Saturday . We drove across town, only to be turned away by an older woman at the service desk. She told my husband that because my truck is an EV, it was too late in the day for them to perform any service. This makes no sense. My appointment clearly showed that my truck is an electric vehicle, so if the dealership doesn't service EVs after a certain time, they should never have scheduled me for 2:40 PM in the first place. At the very least, someone should have called me beforehand instead of letting me waste my time and energy for EV - driving all the way across town. It's unacceptable. Oh and to make matters worse, that same Saturday I contacted Chevrolet through the live chat to report what happened. I was told someone would get back to us, but we never received a response. It's very disappointing that both the dealership and Chevrolet failed to follow through. This experience showed poor communication and a lack of respect for customers' time and money. Scheduling an appointment should mean the dealership is prepared to service your vehicle at the scheduled time! Made a appointment for service on Friday after trying to drive in and get a oil change. Waited at least 10 minutes tons of staff standing around but short on advisors.... It was about 11:30. Then advisor finally comes over and tells me it will be a couple hours for oil change. He seemed bothered doing his job of taking my info. So I said never mind left called and scheduled for Monday morning at 7:30. Get here at 7:32 and a couple hours pass 3 hours and 15 minutes to be exact the advisor Lana is like oh your paper work is just coming through. Here's a list of other recommendations to do. Now mind you the oil change shoold have been already done..... I say yes to cabin filters, wiper blades and brake fluid change. Lana says okay give us about another hour and 20.... Fast forward 2 hours and 15 minutes still waiting no truck in sight. I have seen people who came after me now leave and I am still waiting. I have been to many dealerships and performed similar services. Never ever has it taken this long for basic things. FIVE AND A HALF HIURS AND COUNTING!!! We at least asked them to wash the vehicle while sitting in their lot as we brought it in for service needing a wash anticipating we'd take it home the next day. Spoke to the sales manager Nowell and he promised to pay my 1st months car payment. Great gesture considering I bought a truck drove it for 1 hour and now you have it in your shop for 30 days. Guess who's avoiding my phone calls and not paying the payment. Yep. Finally got my truck back and guess what. Back in the shop 2 days later for the same issue. They kept my truck for another 7 days. Just picked it up AGAIN 9/15. I decided to drive to Cali from Vegas. Guess who's stuck on the freeway with the same error message. Yep. I call the dealership. In distress. Sales manager Luis basically passes the buck and tell me I need to call GM and open up a lemon law complaint. I ask him ok. What's the phone number. He doesn't "have it" promised to call me back as I'm stuck on the highway. Guess what 48 hours later still no phone call. From the service team person Jose all the way up to management nobody wants to help or assist. They consistently ignore calls for help and ignore text messages. And and here's the cherry on top. I'm now getting a transmission error message that says service now or vehicle won't be able to shift soon. I driven the truck a total of 5 times. Total 1100 miles and this dealership is ignoring me. Look at the pictures these lights on the bottom and error message. Look at the mileage. Imagine driving your family in a "new" vehicle like this where the brakes lock up and the car accelerates unexpectedly. And the dealership refuses to take action or responsibility. They literally have my same exact vehicle on the lot. Same price, color and specs but won't just swap it out. We'll see how this plays out read more

I have never been treated with such a level of disregard in my entire life. I brought my car in at 9:30 am for a 10 am appointment (Oil change and filter replacement only) . 1 pm rolled around and I still had not heard anything. I asked the service advisor for status. He left to go check on the vehicle. As he is in the shop I see them move my car from the exact same spot it was left in at 9:30 am to the lot. He then comes back in and says he is trying to locate my vehicle. I say they just pulled it in the lot. And I tell him I want my car back immediately as it's been over 3 hours. He said I did let you know we were behind. I said I am aware of that but the fact that it's been 3.5 hours and it has been in the same spot. I said I have watched cars pull in after me and be serviced and checked out before mine even moved. He said oh that's a good question. He then came in and said I was next. 1 Star - Absolutely Unacceptable Service If I could give zero stars, I would. Findlay Chevrolet of Las Vegas has provided the worst dealership service experience I have ever encountered. I purchased a brand-new 24-foot Chevrolet truck for my business. The truck spent over SEVEN MONTHS in their service department, which is completely absurd for a new vehicle with a little over 9,000 miles. After all that time, I was told by the service manager, Nicholaas Lautenbach, and his supervisor, Julius, that the truck was "finished" and ready for pickup on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Less than hours later, while driving the truck, the service warning light came back on at 2:52 PM the same day. Clearly, nothing was fixed. I immediately attempted to contact the service department and continued calling on Friday, December 12. As of Sunday night, I have received ZERO responses--no phone call, no text, no email. Complete silence. Once they hand you the keys, they disappear. I am a fleet customer who has purchased multiple GMC and Chevrolet vehicles for my business in Las Vegas. Based on this experience, I will NEVER return to Findlay Chevrolet and would strongly advise any business owner to stay far away. Seven months in service. A broken truck. No communication. I called to get an appointment for my 2015 Chevrolet Traverse to have the AC checked because the light just flashes. I was told my cars was told old for them to work on. I was then asked what I needed done. I said my AC needs checked because the light just flashes. She said that we only due basic service we cant diagnose any issues you car may have. I bought two cars under my name from this dealership within the month. "(Personal note both deals with deposit down)" Everything was good at first. Happy to do business with, but over some miscommunication & mishap I am 86 from the property. How Am I supposed get car work done? Thats why I was coming in every other day of every week. To get the work done. Get business done. Even though I am being ignored four weeks!?! I came in for an oil change after finding a reasonable coupon on their website. I decided going straight to the dealer appeared to be more cost-effective than a local oil change shop. After making an appointment and showing up a few minutes early, the process seemed completely seamless. I was helped by Rory, who walked me through what was due for the oil change and the anticipated services that would be needed for my vehicle in the future. He also explained what services remained covered under my warranty. I opted to wait in the customer service area, but I think they offer Lyft credits if you want to leave the premises. My vehicle was ready in under an hour!! I was impressed. From customer service to quality of maintenance, I will be back to Findlay to care for my car. read more

$5,927.01 - That's what it cost me to have Findlay Chevrolet break my 2013 ZR1 and destroy my dreams. Although I have 3 pages of notes on how this was accomplished, I will try to keep it short. Due to a fuel pump leakage problem which is a known issue with C6 Corvettes, I brought my car to this dealership on June 2 as I had done many times before. The pump was changed but the mechanic broke several internal pieces during the process. Pieces that I was charged for without prior consent. Additionally, one of these parts is no longer supplied by gm so a local shop cobbled together a replacement. I picked the car up on June 28 and a couple of days later while driving, I got a fuel system failure message. Turns out the fix did not work. When I contacted my Findlay service advisor, I was asked to wait four weeks before bringing it back due to workload. On July 28, I returned the car along with a part that I bought that could be easily modified to fit my car. Due to lack of progress, I elevated my situation to a Service Manager and spoke with him on August 14 on the phone. I emailed him on August 18 and called him on August 19 but he did not respond. On Sept 8, I sent an email to the Findlay General Manager outlining my problems and attaching my 3 pages of notes. I did not hear back from him but I was finally contacted by the Service Manager again. I found out that the car had been put back together, with the mechanic again breaking some parts, but would not take on fuel so it was going back into the shop. Since I had been contacted by the Findlay used car dept as usual when you bring a car in for service, I negotiated with them to buy the car as I could not drive it anywhere else to sell or trade it. On Sept 16, I sold them the car at a loss of thousands of dollars plus the cost of the "fix". I pity the person who buys this car from them which is BTW listed as a one owner. I was the second owner. I strongly suggest that you not take your car to this dealership for repairs. read more

The issue was taken care of, so the mechanic did great. But the service team gave awful service. I never received a notification when my car was ready. I called twice and was told I'd receive a call back shortly. I texted and got no response. When I showed up in person, they had no record that the service was done and they LOST THE KEY. Not only that, but they couldn't find the car for the first 30-45 minutes as well. I almost had it reported stolen. I sat there for nearly 2 hours while they were looking for my key all around the property. Finally, G (who was the only person truly helping me), found my key in the used care sales office after looking through the camera and tracking it throughout the day. Nancy was very dismissive and rude. I asked her for updates and she treated me as if it was my fault this happened. After 90 minutes I asked for a loaner car, as I had work in the morning, and without even looking she said that there wasn't a single loaner in property. And on top of ALL of that, I received an oil change I didn't even ask for. I've only driven the car about 2,000 miles since I bought it. I didn't need an oil change, which I specifically said at drop off. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I tried calling to speak with a manager the next day (8/12/25) around 9am and was told that one would call me back shortly. I'm still waiting on the call 24 hours later. read more
