Just moved back to Vegas and needed my oil changed in my Z06 so I figured I would try a Chevy dealer. First and last time. Overcharged me by 2x; had greasy paw prints all over my car, hood was not latched and oil reminder wasn't reset. But the worst part of what should be an easy transaction was the clown salesman that started texting me that he wants to buy my car. He said he would give me a number in a few minutes, he was going to come right up and see me, he is going to have someone call me, none of which happened. Never again

This is the worst Dealership the mechanics is straight trash they tried to charge us $1095 to fix a shift lever assembly i did it myself in 45 mins saved $700 on labor. Next thing we tried to give them a second chance to make things right by buying another vehicle and trade in that p.o.s 19 silverado that they originally sold us even with a good cosigner and a couple thousand down they gave us runarounds and wanted us to pay a $1350 monthly payment the experience here was so bad I took my business to toyota and now im a proud owner of a 26 tundra stay clear from Findlay Chevrolet bring your business to toyota youll definitely be a happier customer.

I brought my truck in June-July 2025 and after bringing multiple times they were able to fix a defective part from GM under warranty. My concern at this service center is the operations that JULIUS RIGLIONI the service manager runs. On one of visits the service tech managed to scratch my bumper and wasn't notified until i picked up. They somehow lost the pictures taken when the truck was brought in. They accepted fault due to "not" having pictures. My truck was fixed by AW collision which did a good job, and Julius claimed that this wouldn't hit my Carfax, well a year later when attempting to trade my truck in, to my surprise, it was in the vehicle history. I returned on May 15, 2026 to ask him for their insurance information and he was WITHHELD that information because I want to complete a diminished value claim, I cannot recommend this service center to anyone here in Vegas, especially if you value your vehicle. I took my truck at around 6,000 miles and it was given to me with damage. I'm strongly considering reaching out to the BBB if Julius doesn't reach out by the end of this week

This review is specifically for Rorey, your service advisor. Excellent employee. Communication, his delivery - everything made my appointment great today, makes me to come back. As you can see, I write a lot of reviews on Findlay both positive and negative .

I stopped in on my only day off from work. Do I want to spend my only day off at a car dealership? Not really. My intention is to purchase a 2025 Corvette. Seems I was not taken seriously. The sales guy was ok, not very thorough and kind of blew me off. Never gave me a follow up call or text like he said he would? It's been a week now. Ok. I will not use this dealership in my future purchase of a Corvette.

If you have to go to the service area, avoid the old dude with an earring. He will straight up ignore you even if you greet him. On the other hand, the parts department was very helpful with getting me the accessories for my truck

I just bought my 4th vehicle from here. First was in 2006 and 2 more within the last couple of months due to unfortunate non at fault accidents. I would highly recommend Jacob Linnell as your sales person consultant. Very professional, will get you that deal, and just seems like a good person. In fact the whole staff is friendly and helpful in explaining everything going down

My wife and I had an appointment with Jade yesterday she called us and we were able to apply for a car loan online with her she asked if we were looking for a truck or suburban and texted us some pictures of both we like two of one was a white suburban the other one was a blue Chevy Silverado a few moments later said we're approved we had go in and saw both and left with the blue Silverado Jade and Armando were great

A known problem with older Subaru, so not a huge surprise, especially with high mileage in an older model. What was the surprise however with the link the itemized bill to replace the gasket. First red flag as soon as my car made it in the back of the shop I received a text message from a sales agent, asking if I was interested in selling my car. Anyone who knows anything about vehicle vehicles and knows that for a dealership to fix a blown head gasket is in their favor because the majority of the cost comes from labor. So if we jack the price up on a young unsuspecting woman in a PREDATORY manner then maybe we'll get lucky and shell sell us her car and we can put her in something with a monthly payment. Let's start with simple things first and the second red flag: the hourly labor rate was outrageous and through the roof for the work being done. Ended up getting it done for less than 50% of that cost. Third red flag was the amount of hours being charged for work. Initially it was presented as what a great deal. You only have to pay for the labor on the gasket and because we have to take the engine out the labor on everything else is included essentially so you're just paying for parts. However, at a deeper look, that was not how it had been priced out. Fourth red flag was that when I asked for part numbers for the work being suggested I was told, but that would take a long time and pushback. Low and behold, it only took five minutes.... Fifth and the funniest of them all when I questioned why the labor was so high on this, I was told that the service writer (Alex) could not provide any information on that and went to the shop foreman, thank you for all of your help Dylan! Just kidding instead Dylan proceeded to mansplain the process of replacing a head gasket on a Subaru to my mother who worked in a shop for over 15 years. The real kicker is the poor experience didn't just take place in the service department. When I initially brought my car in for work, I went to the service and parts desk to get a new lightbulb for my headlight. Upon requesting a new headlight, the gentleman asked how I knew I needed a new one? And if I knew that they could do it while they were working on my car... I look young, but I am anything far from dumb or incapable. Take your business to a local run shop and don't give them chumps any of your hard earned change.‼ ‼DISHONEST, PREDATORY, and CONDESCENDING‼ *sidenote - me needing a new gasket was never in question, the questionable quote was. Local guy did it for less than half UPDATE: The generic copy and paste response below to satisfy Yelp is pathetic, not even an extension but a general main line. I will be reporting you to the BBB now.

I had a flashing yellow light on my dash which indicated the automatic braking system was off. I made an appointment for Friday, December 19 at 8:30. Arriving a little early, the service counter person told me what it might need for repair. They would check and let me know. In a short time, my worst idea was the answer. I had a person who hit my bumper causing no external damage but it bent the bar and the sensor that looks forward to enable the ABS. They advised it would take most of the day, I authorized the repair and 777 ordered me a Lyft to bring me home at no charge. I got a text from them with a link to a site that charted the status of my repair. When it was done, I got a text and phone call from the service manager. I ordered a Lyft to take me back. The manager advised he had arranged one already. When I told him one was on the way, he cancelled his end. Having bought my Rogue at another dealer, I was welcomed as a valuedcustomer. They have earned a new customer with me. This will be my go to place for service. Now, if Nissan would just bring back the xTterra, I'd be in heaven!

If it weren't for him I'm fairly certain I would have never received it. I purchased a new car at this dealership a few weeks ago. I had an appointment to test drive a listed used car. When I got there I was told the car was not available. Was given no reason. I ended up buying a new car. My salesman was awesome. Highly recommend Mitch. The financing portion was where I was seeing red. After purchasing the car on a Saturday and thinking all was well. I got a call from my finance guy saying i needed to stop by to sign paperwork. When I got there he told me the loans I was "approved for" didn't work out. So they found the next best option. Which raised my payment and interest rate. I was not happy to say the least. There was no warning this may be a possibility when I bought the car. I felt duped. I threw stink and they ended up solving the problem. They made me feel like this was normal business. That this happens all the time. Well I've purchased numerous vehicles and this has never happened to me. The finance guy was not easy to work with. I had to demand I speak to someone else. Also, I was promised a charging adapter which has not arrived and have not heard from the dealership at all. I have reached out a few times and I get the runaround. Typical dealership BS. They treat you like you are VIP when you are buying the car and as soon as the deal is done... well crickets. I love my car so far, but this will be my last Nissan purchase. I hope your experience is better than mine.

Prior, I had a 2023 Tesla Model 3 for a year, resold it in vegas private party. I like Tesla. I can say buying the same brand car back to back was a way to show myself how much I rock with this brand. I feel the seamless transaction process and like the style of the way they operate and handle professional business. I've never really had a bad complaint, only 1x! It was due to my delivery of my brand new car and me having to use a old ID, because I lost my new ID I had used to purchase the car, it delayed the delivery by 24 hours due to verification and I was mad at Tesla staff for not noting this in fine print anywhere prior. I just wanted my car, had been waiting 2 weeks with no car because I sold my Tesla model 3. Otherwise, they handle business straight to the point no beating around the bush! I was impressed most recently with my repair process, when ever I need to drop my car off for a repair, they do try to give me a loaner or at the least, $100 uber credit for the day. Last time, they gave me a cyber truck, for 2 whole days, free charging included, and that was cool! They always make up for any loss or mistake. Super nice people who work here! They go above and beyond. I love the fact I can stop in any day just to hang out, use the WiFi, drink some free coffee, unlike Starbucks, lol, eat free snacks... ask questions... Tesla knows how to be inviting and warm! They're generous and genuinely interested in their customers. They invest! That's why when I bought a brand new 2023 Honda civic, after months of having it, I stopped in Tesla just to check prices and they helped me think about getting out my Honda deal and switching over like no problem and next thing u know, I got out of my Honda and into a Tesla in months! I got a mirror fixed for free... which would had been $49... still had a ($50 credit) which I used for tire rotation which was $15 total! Took like an hour or so! Thanks again!

I currently owe $23k on it. Simple situation, right? Not here. I was originally told my truck was worth $45k (which would leave me about $22k in equity). Great--finally something that made sense. Then, like clockwork, I get a call back from someone else and suddenly it's worth $42k. Interesting how $3,000 just disappears in a few hours. Must be that new "instant depreciation" feature. Then I'm told they'll "check and call me back" to see if they can raise the value again. Spoiler alert: no call back. But not before I'm told I'd be financing around $32k on a 2026 Bighorn 4x4 priced at $52k. Somehow the math doesn't even come close to adding up anymore, but I guess we're just rearranging numbers until something sticks. Here's the biggest kicker--my prior truck was a 2023 Ram Bighorn 4x4 Crew Cab, fully paid off. I took that equity and rolled it into this Tradesman... which they sold me for $56k. Nice, right? So I bring in a paid-off truck, hand over that value, and now just months later the numbers magically shift depending on who answers the phone? And let's not forget--I also noticed the upgrades on the truck weren't exactly handled consistently either. When I bought it, those features were clearly part of the pitch. Now suddenly when it comes to valuing the truck, those same upgrades don't seem to exist. So which is it--were they real value then, or just something said to close the deal? Let's be clear--this isn't confusion. This is the classic play: quote high to hook you, drop the number later, shuffle the financing, and hope I don't notice. Unfortunately for them, I do. What really gets me is I was ready to come in that same day and make a deal happen. Instead, I got inconsistent quotes, zero follow-through, and the classic dealership phone tag game. "We'll call you back" apparently means "don't expect to hear from us again." I've added ceramic tint and running boards--extras they didn't even factor in--yet somehow the value still drops? Makes perfect sense. I make enough to buy what I want, but I'm not about to throw money at a deal that changes every time someone new picks up the phone. Transparency clearly isn't part of the business model here. If you enjoy chasing numbers that don't add up and waiting on callbacks that never come, this is your place. If not, save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually knows what consistency and honesty look like.

I had a "pre collision warning" light on (which make the cruise control inoperative). Don't know why, but they would not diagnose or correct because my "aftermarket" tires were 2" taller than the stock crap tires the truck came with. FYI - Light came on 5 months after the new tire installation. Is there a connection...? Who knows. Service Manager finally replied to my email, as I had the first oil change done on a diesel 6.7. Picked it up and noticed a pretty audible tick at the engine. I questioned this as I never had this before - the service writer, and 3 mechanics had no clue what it was. I needed truck so I had to take it that day. Later, on MY OWN research online - come to find out there is a service bulletin on this exact noise. Stating Don't repair - its normal and should go away after a few hundred miles. No one knew about this there!! WOW!! (They do oil changes all the time.) I had to diagnose this myself. I am totally disappointed in this company and will not return. Buyer beware - IF your vehicle is NOT 100% STOCK, they will not look at it! Way to provide Customer Service, Gaudin!
