I own a lot of Kia's but I will never bring them here for service again. I even bought a 2025 telluride from this dealership and was planning on buying a 2027 telluride from here but never again. It started when I brought in my 2017 Kia sportage for recalls. I asked Jose to do a diagnostic while performing the recalls and he said sure of course. When I came in to pick up car I asked about the diagnostic and he said your car is fine and didn't need one even though I was told he would. Whatever's I just brushed it off. The very next day the check engine light came on. I had to leave for a vacation and called them when I got back. I think it was related to the recall but whatever I called to make appointment for diagnosis and now they want to charge me $250, I just accepted it. I waited 4 days before I had to call in to even see what the update is no one ever reached out to me. They finally got someone to look at repairs and said I need new fuel pump which is fine but they wanted to charge me an extra $1500 on top. I called around and found someone to do it for $400. I called operator to tell them I will just pick up the car and denied all repairs. When I got in Tony had no idea I was even coming. He told me car was not ready to be picked up. I told him fine I'm going to lunch and I'll be back in 90 minutes he said ok car should be ready. I come back and tony was gone. I see 3 people sitting on counter doing almost nothing and I asked if I can pick up my car. Another guy comes back and tells me car is not ready for pick up and that I have another recall to do before I can release. I finally got mad and told him I need the car cause I have another mechanic tomorrow morning to finish the job at 25% of the cost. I normally dont write bad reviews because people have bad days but this was many days of just poor customer service service that I brushed off. I will no longer buy from this dealership. They don't manage their time, the communication is poor, they don't listen to their customers, and there's almost no attempt to actually provide something resembling customer service. The service manager has promised more than once that "they're trying to improve," but after six years, it's obvious those promises were hollow. The fact that you can't sit in the waiting area without getting a text that they want to buy your car is just the cherry on top. I brought my Kia Sorento to this dealership for a diagnostic appointment and recall repairs. I made the appointment for May 15 and was specifically told by my service representative that they would only need the vehicle for one day and that it would be ready for pickup on May 16. On May 16, I received a call around 1:00 PM advising me that my vehicle was ready. I drove all the way there from Enterprise, only to arrive and be told that my vehicle was actually still torn apart and not ready at all. The trip was a complete waste of my time and money. As I was leaving, my service representative stopped me and apologized for the inconvenience, offering a complimentary oil change in addition to addressing the recalls and completing the diagnosis. I accepted, and he assured me the vehicle would be ready by midday on May 18. Again, shortly before 1:00 PM on May 18, I received another call stating my car was ready for pickup. I returned and arrived around 2:45 PM, only to be told to wait. I repeatedly went to the counter trying to pay and leave, but staff still could not even determine what work had been completed on my vehicle. I had to leave urgently to pick up my daughter from school. By 3:30 PM, I finally demanded my keys back because I could not wait any longer. Even then, no one could clearly explain what had been done to my car. I do not know whether the recall repairs were completed or whether the promised complimentary oil change was ever performed. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. There was repeated misinformation, poor communication, wasted trips, and a complete lack of accountability. Based on this experience alone, I would not return to this dealership again. In fact, it has left such a negative impression that it genuinely makes me reconsider owning a Kia altogether and look toward manufacturers that provide better service and customer care. read more

I should have checked the reviews before I even called this dealership. Two starts because the young lady I originally spoke to was very kind. Jose the technician calls me to "answer any questions I have." I explained to him the Kia Access asked me to contact the dealership to get my vehicle updated due to connection issues. He was not friendly or patient at all when he explained to me that my car probably doesn't need a update. When I mentioned again that Kia Access was the one who asked me to contact the dealership he brushed it off and said that's why he's scheduling me. If he doesn't think I need an update right off the back then why is going to schedule me? Was quoted 20k for a new engine replacement. Brought it to a different Kia dealership and they knew just by looking at my paperwork and quote that something wasn't adding up. I have a Kia EV6 and had TWO Kumho tires delaminate after only 14,000. Kia said it was not covered by warranty. I HAD TO DO THE RESEARCH to find that Kumho covered manufacture defects for six years! Kumho had to tell Kia what to do to file the claim. Kia was either clueless or trying to avoid helping me at every step of the way. Costco tire service said this is a known problem. Findlay Kia was not helpful AND apparently does not want my future business. I won't go back and would never buy a car from them. Avoid Findlay Kia, or you'll regret it. Purchased a new vehicle with Matthew in February. It was a seamless process that took two hours. I returned today in July to get my oil changed and to my surprise they provided me with my first oil change and my tire rotation for free. They were very busy but they had my vehicle completed within two hours. They also provided me with my all season mats that I did not originally receive when I purchased my vehicle. All in all they have a little market to make purchases from, complimentary coffee, tea, popcorn, and water. All the salesmen are eager to make a sale. Less than 18 months and 29K miles later, the entire transmission needs to be replaced again ($3400-$3700), and Kia America denied all assistance. Love our brand new 2025 Kia Carnival. Husband and I looked at the Hyundai Santa Fe down the street and then came to Kia to check out the Carnival. We just asked for some numbers to kind of compare with the quote at Hyundai of Last Vegas and he exceeded our expectations. Gabriel is a no cap kind of guy. He's not pushy, he honestly just asks questions to see what fits your needs. He went over pros and cons over the two vehicles we looked at that day. He even asked us the pros and cons of the current vehicle. Things we'd never think of why we would chose to upgrade he brought to light. It really gave us peace of mind. Honestly Findlay is such a good company. All our cars are from a Findlay dealership. They are kind and genuinely care about you. But Findlay Kia is probably my favorite out of Findlay VW, Findlay Chevy, and Subaru of Las Vegas. Everyone is the most friendliest at Kia. I will say though Subaru is extremely fast and efficient when it comes to maintenance and oil changes. I'm excited to see how Kia runs the service side of things. Asked if they had the car, they made up a story about how it was popular and recently sold. Thing is this car has been sitting for two months. All the data is there on Carfax. So he lied. This dealership is full of manipulative salesmen. They don't care what your budget is and will try to convince you their offer that's $500 above your budget is a great deal. You have to tell them over and over and over again that you aren't interested before they finally understand and leave you alone. After declining the second offer above my asking price, one of their salesmen (Angel) would not stop pushing me to reconsider until I was visibly frustrated. He then asked why I was "offended." I explained to him that I was not offended, but fed up because I had been there 3 weeks prior for 5 hours dealing with this same exact situation and I specifically told him when I arrived that it's okay if they can't give me the offer I want, but I'm not interested in hearing higher offers again and he did not respect that. He kept cutting me off mid-sentence every time I tried expressing I'm not interested in the car and he clearly wasn't listening to me. It got to the point where I was finally so frustrated that even when he told me his manager would give me the price I had originally asked for, I was no longer interested. Tell you whatever you wanna hear on the phone, text or email just to get you in so they can change terms and pressure you into buying So we were looking into getting a second EV ( I own a Tesla and the Tesla purchase process was one of the most amazing car buying experience but wife doesn't want a Tesla) so we stopped by this place . Initially the sales rep was very nice and showed us the EV9. We liked the car but wanted to see few other options. Later on we went through Costco auto program that provided us a list. We got contacted by Marco. Since we had seen a sales rep and his name was on the Costco list we figured we might as well stay with him but he wouldn't return our calls so we moved on. A week later we were at towbin Kia running numbers on a GT and Land when I got another text from Marco. He sent us a bunch of photo of a car with details that we wanted while we were at towbin. Since we couldn't find what we wanted and the monthly payment didn't make sense we decided to leave. While we were wrapping up Marco asked us to stop by to check j out the car. I told Marco of what down payment exactly we had in mind , what our maximum monthly payment and the total terms were. He said no problem we can take care of it. We packed up and drove across town with a 3 months old baby ready to put $10k down but guess what !? When we got to Findlay the game of " well can you come up a little more" and "can you put down more down payment" or how about a lease bullshit started. Women BEWARE. This dealership is sexist, hostile, unsafe and dehumanizing. I went in to do a lease buy out with my car on August 30th 2023. My sales advisor was Angel Weick. I should have known this experience was about to be the worst experience ever because his demeanor and "customer service," skills were subpar at best. My mom and I were there for 4 hours. It is important to note there was no other exterior damage on my car besides a scratch on the driver side of my car. It is also important to note they eagerly took my car to do inspections and repair safety recalls. I I obviously agreed and was none the wiser during the duration of the deal. Now looking back I should have requested to see the car before signing my name ANYWHERE. Near the very end of the deal my sales advisor turns to me and asks "did you know about the crack on your windshield," I respond "no." Once I go out to my car 4 HOURS LATER I see the largest crack on my windshield (photos below). I of course am upset and ask to speak to the GM. A man by the name of CJ Minge comes out, assuming he is the GM since that is who I asked for. He is not. Not only was he extremely dismissive but has zero remorse or understanding for the situation. He says to me "this could happen from the heat." I mentioned how frustrated and pissed off I was, and how there was a severe lack of communication on their end. How they should have communicated what had happened immediately especially with it being so horrible and he responds, "this is a great coaching moment for me, thank you." He then brings out the service manager who tells my mom it could have happened on the lift during inspection... they will later deny the hell out of this claim. Once I realized I was literally getting nowhere, I was exhausted and tired and beaten down; I left. When I got home I looked through my paperwork and noticed there was no inspection report. I called the following morning on August 31st to request it and was told they couldn't make a copy of it if my sales advisor didn't have it and that if he didn't they would have to do the inspection again. Extremely convenient. I arrived at the dealership at 8:30 am on August 31st and was "greeted" by Louis Santolo, the sales manager. He was already extremely defensive when I asked to speak to Byron Klemenske, the GM and to also get my inspection paperwork not included in my sales packet. Per my request, Louis whines, "not everyone gets to speak to Byron and I am certainly not letting you." He goes on to tell me that he heard about me and how abrasive I was. I am in complete shock considering I have NEVER been spoken to this way. I also work in luxury sales on the Vegas strip, so when someone requests to speak to the director, my director speaks to them and I let him know this fact. He then whines, "I feel bad for the people who work WITH you." Again I am in shock, I never once raised my voice to him. I was extremely calm and firm. I go sit down to wait for my paperwork. He hands it to me 20 mins later (see below). I then go back up to the sales desk and speak with Scott Bier, another manager. He tells me Byron is not in. I acknowledge the inspection form and how there is no note of the body of the car being damaged and he says the inspection is just "safety," and it wouldn't be on there. Which makes no sense considering driving with a cracked windshield like this is illegal. I then asked for him to pull cameras so he can see my car did not arrive with this severe break and he responds, "our cameras aren't that high quality to see that." My last option was to email Byron himself. Realizing he didn't have his email on his website, I was able to guess the format. its Bklemankse@findlayauto.com for anyone who needs it. I emailed him kindly, but frank and explained the situation. Not only did he not acknowledge me once, he CC'd his service manager into the email and only spoke directly to him. This is not the way you run a business, Byron. You are a flawed leader with a ton of growing to do. You should be ashamed of yourself. When I'm done tearing your business down, you are going to WISH you fixed my windshield. read more
