Best pricing in town, hands down. Not hype. Not an exaggeration. We genuinely couldn't find anyone else willing to make this deal happen, but TheCarWiz went above and beyond to get it done for our family. What really stood out? They actually listened. They did all the research, handled the heavy lifting, and all we had to do was show up, sign, and drive away. They even had the car delivered to us -- full VIP treatment from start to finish. If you're looking for a hassle-free, stress-free car buying experience with people who genuinely care about getting you the best deal possible -- don't sleep on www.thecarwiz.com You will NOT be disappointed.

Sarah Lee would have stopped me from buying that decrepit Volkswagen Scirocco. Foremost, why wouldn't you want to have a savvy and tireless broker finding the best deals for you in the contiguous United States? For the average person, an automobile is the second most expensive purchase you will ever make, the third most expensive for airplane owners and Russian bride husbands. Truly I cannot say enough about Sarah Lee and Jennifer. They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars from the amazing price I received on my trade-in to the huge discounts on the sticker prices for both cars, not to mention their tax knowledge and savings in having purchased a car (one of the two I bought) that would ultimately end up in Texas. Worried about navigating the car paperwork bureaucracy nightmare? Fret not. Jennifer has your back and will keep you out of the DMV gulag. Sarah Lee apparently knows everyone in the auto business, including the best car shipping companies, and will do what it takes to get you into the right vehicle and delivered to your doorstep. Financing? They'll get you squared away and show you your options. My Carlady will even offer advice if torn between models. She actually laughed when I told her that KIA and Hyundai were on my short list along with Toyota. And who knew that the Jeep Compass has a lower approval rating than Typhoid Fever? If you're going to climb Everest, you need a wise sherpa. And if you want the very best car at the absolute lowest price without getting conned and fleeced by a dealership sales agent, then give My Carlady a call. In fact, you would be foolish not to.

You never know what kind of experience you'll get when going to any dealership, but I am happy to…read moresay that overall, the Findlay Chevrolet experience was pretty solid. Our salesman Johnny was very patient, listened to my requests and really did work to make the deal happen. Each time we counteroffered, he did come back with a better deal that was closer to what I wanted. I really didn't have an expectation to buy or not buy when I entered the dealership. I was in the market for another vehicle, but not pressured to have to get another one. This helped me also be patient with the process since I didn't have to do any deal at the end of the day and still have my car to keep rolling in. As the dealership was starting to close, the sales manager did come with a final deal that really did suit what I wanted. I signed for the truck. The finance portion went smooth and was straightforward. As it was night time, I did return on another day to actually inspect the car. During the inspection/on boarding we noticed a few things that needed correction. The PPF on the door panels were already peeling and there was a scratch, paint flaws and a misaligned door. We asked for the corrections. I also found that even though the window sticker says ceramic coated, upon self washing the truck, it really appears to be a lackluster job on the ceramic coat. The water completely sticks to the car and there's no beading action as a ceramic coated vehicle should have. I do have to say I like their coffee and hot beverage bar a lot. It's nice to go in there and to make a beverage as you're waiting for or working with a team member. All in all - the sales and finance process was very good. The correction of flaws took longer than I expected.

After they took in my truck they told me that it would take 2-3 days to diagnose the problem. I waited the asked period and never heard from them. I called and did not get a call back. I texted and still did not get a response back. Finally I took an Uber to the dealership to talk to the service advisor after 5 days of them having the vehicle. When I spoke to the service advisor she explained that they could not work on the vehicle because I have aftermarket brake rotors. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and as he tried to explain the reason for the delay he brought the service technician. The service technician explained that with out OEM brake pads that he could not verify that my brakes would be safe. That is when I turned to the Service Manager and said "the only reason you won't work on my truck is a policy and not a mechnical reason?" he said "Yes". There are many people who use aftermarket parts becasue they work better than OEM parts and I saw this as a very short sighted policy that they have. They wasted several days of my time and the lack of communication by the service advisor was just unacceptable and the Service Manager was just unwilling to compromise and help me get my truck back on the road. I had it towed to another shop this morning and I had to pay their "diagnostic fee" to get them to release my truck. Very unprofessional shop and will never do business again with this dealership.

My wife and I actually purchased two vehicles from Carmax West Sahara in the last two weeks. A 2020 Hyundai Palisades ( call my wife which she absolutely loves more than anything in the world including myself lol) and then my absolute dream vehicle, 2023 Cadillac XT 5 sport. This vehicle had to be brought in from Austin Texas. It arrived a week sooner than they predicted so that was wonderful. Our sales person for both deals was Matt Traylor and his young apprentice, Cole. They were simply wonderful. Cannot speak highly enough of the two of them. It was wonderful dealing with them and they really seem to care about our vehicles and us. I had never purchased vehicles in that manner before where it's very much like a cafeteria / you go in and you get what you want and you get out. I very much enjoyed the no "haggling bullshit". The price is the price. You either like it or you don't. But these two made it very enjoyable and we got the absolute vehicles we love. While the price may be just a smidge higher than you could probably find on Facebook marketplace - you likely aren't going to get stabbed in the kidney or held up at gun point buying from CarMax. These guys offer a 30 day full warranty and even a 10 day no question asked for refund. Also the vehicles were absolutely immaculate, had a full tank of gas and had 120 point inspection. A lot of peace of mind when you buy from Carmax. Really enjoyed it. Would definitely go to them again for another vehicle. Good job guys.

I currently owe $23k on it. Simple situation, right? Not here. I was originally told my truck was worth $45k (which would leave me about $22k in equity). Great--finally something that made sense. Then, like clockwork, I get a call back from someone else and suddenly it's worth $42k. Interesting how $3,000 just disappears in a few hours. Must be that new "instant depreciation" feature. Then I'm told they'll "check and call me back" to see if they can raise the value again. Spoiler alert: no call back. But not before I'm told I'd be financing around $32k on a 2026 Bighorn 4x4 priced at $52k. Somehow the math doesn't even come close to adding up anymore, but I guess we're just rearranging numbers until something sticks. Here's the biggest kicker--my prior truck was a 2023 Ram Bighorn 4x4 Crew Cab, fully paid off. I took that equity and rolled it into this Tradesman... which they sold me for $56k. Nice, right? So I bring in a paid-off truck, hand over that value, and now just months later the numbers magically shift depending on who answers the phone? And let's not forget--I also noticed the upgrades on the truck weren't exactly handled consistently either. When I bought it, those features were clearly part of the pitch. Now suddenly when it comes to valuing the truck, those same upgrades don't seem to exist. So which is it--were they real value then, or just something said to close the deal? Let's be clear--this isn't confusion. This is the classic play: quote high to hook you, drop the number later, shuffle the financing, and hope I don't notice. Unfortunately for them, I do. What really gets me is I was ready to come in that same day and make a deal happen. Instead, I got inconsistent quotes, zero follow-through, and the classic dealership phone tag game. "We'll call you back" apparently means "don't expect to hear from us again." I've added ceramic tint and running boards--extras they didn't even factor in--yet somehow the value still drops? Makes perfect sense. I make enough to buy what I want, but I'm not about to throw money at a deal that changes every time someone new picks up the phone. Transparency clearly isn't part of the business model here. If you enjoy chasing numbers that don't add up and waiting on callbacks that never come, this is your place. If not, save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually knows what consistency and honesty look like.
