    It keeps getting better! I scheduled an appointment online for my first oil change and received a follow up call to verify service. I'm currently awaiting my oil change at this time (in the cozy clean lobby with free water) which happened to be "free"... Can we say score!! Small gesture but mighty in impact. Saving $100 was not on my bingo card but I'm grateful. A young lady name Bree just approached me mid review and introduced her self and shared it was a pleasure to meet me. The meaningful connections at Cardinale Way have exceeded my expectations continuously! 10/10 highly recommend!

    Double check over all your paperwork. They get you in with a lower priced vehicle, than add aftermarket items to the vehicle than don't even install

    amazing is right. & to the day march 6 2020. leased my 2020 madza cx5 from cardinale way madza. then in january refinanced to buy love my mazda still going strong with only 30 thousand miles plus. regular maintenance from cardinale way madza service department matthew havercamp. high profile service writer. great customer service professional courtesy and down to earth knowledgeable friendly great customer service time to celebrate my 6th year anniversary thanks cardinale way madza. matthew havercamp finally bre batista. talk to you soon salute blessings always

    I have been a long time client of this Autonation Toyota…read more Originally I had tried to contact this location 3x requesting a callback from my service advisor so I may get some base line pricing on services I needed like an overall checkup, an oil change, and possible breaks. After 3 times attempting to contact this location, and receiving no callback I wrote a 1 star review and drove over to speak with someone personally. This is where I met my new service advisor Jonathan. He immediately heard me out, understood my frustrations and jumped to providing me some base line pricing. He went further to see if he could get me scheduled with an appointment to complete the check up and oil change. I went home and deleted my review, as I now knew I was set up with a new advisor and in good hands. I dropped my truck off the following day at 7:30am and Jonathan was there to greet me. He made sure to share a phone number with me right away that also left the window open for text messages. He contacted me around noon to let me know my truck was overall in good health but that I was going to need new front and rear breaks. He let me know that with the weight of my vehicle I should get them fixed before I head out for my road trip. We made a plan to do other recommended services in increments. We moved forward with the repairs. He contacted me within just a few hours to let me know my truck was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, Reya greeted me at the cashier department and was warm and inviting. She was able to get me processed and out the door quickly. It's important to celebrate when a company has great team members. Jonathan is a critical reason why I came back to this Toyota location and not another.

She handled everything like a true professional, working between two locations and still making the process feel effortless. Whether it was by phone, text, email, or in person--she made it happen. I was extremely busy and honestly didn't have time to sit through the usual car-buying process. I expected it to be long and stressful... but nope. Lois had my deal secured in under an hour! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, she passed me over to Rashid--and WOW. He made sure I was fully taken care of and even offered to have their courier handle my vehicle registration. Smooth doesn't even begin to describe it... butterrrrr! Then came the cherry on top--DJ--who welcomed me into the "secret club" of Mercedes-Benz owners. I won't spill all the perks, but he took his time showing me everything and made sure I knew how to enjoy every feature that came with my car. The entire team was AMAZING from start to finish. What made this especially disappointing is that I originally purchased my E-350 from Fletcher Jones, Newport Beach through VIP manager James Sullivan and was given a lifetime VIP membership. Over the years, I built great relationships with their management team and staff and always experienced a high level of hospitality and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience at Fletcher Jones Imports, Las Vegas was the complete opposite. The staff member pulled me aside in front of other customers -- while I was in the middle of speaking with another guest and Cindy, the wonderful barista at the café -- and handled the situation in a way that felt unnecessarily public and embarrassing, as if I had done something wrong. It could have easily been handled discreetly and professionally. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have consistently supported the dealership and staff. I always tip the car wash team and frequently brought friends and colleagues -- many of whom own Ferraris and Lamborghinis -- to spend time at the café because I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere there. It's also worth noting that I tip more than what it would cost me to wash my car somewhere else. Hospitality matters. Respect matters. Knowing how to communicate with loyal customers matters. It's disappointing because I truly enjoyed coming here, but after this experience, my next Mercedes will not be purchased from Fletcher Jones Imports, Las Vegas.

The car was intended as a gift for my teenage daughter. I had already secured financing through my bank and spoke with a representative who advised that the vehicle was still being serviced and detailed. I was told I would receive a text once it was ready for purchase. I received that text today and arrived after work with all necessary paperwork, accompanied by my husband so one of us could drive the car home. Upon arrival, we were told the keys just needed to be retrieved so we could view the completed updates, including new tires, headlights, and a detailed interior. We were asked to wait in the lobby and grab a coffee. Shortly afterward, we were informed that another party was interested in the vehicle and that it would be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Although confused, we agreed to wait. After approximately 30 minutes, no one followed up with us, provided an update, or even acknowledged that we were still waiting. The representatives we had been speaking with were nowhere to be found. Ultimately, my husband and I left feeling dismissed and that our time had not been respected. This experience left a very poor impression, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
