The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and the service was very speedy, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a danish, and both were so good. I'll definitely be returning again! The inside had a rustic feel and also featured a cute little area with small gifts for purchase. I ended up buying two stickers while I was there. They also offer seating both inside and outside, and parking was easy to find, which made the visit even better.

Gave it a 4/5 because I'd rather have mediocre coffee that gets the job done than watch a fleet of baristas who couldn't bother to spread some morning levity via a smile. Especially the very serious natured cashier on a Sunday morning. The mood was palpable behind the coffee bar. I'm not a never say never, because despite the muted service, giving off vibes, the Carmel bourbon latte w oat milk was on the grail scale of coffees. Mr. E said his cold brew tasted like water. The mocha was good. Their dulce de leche is one I'd like to try if we ever go back... but that may be a minute. Do or don't- it may have been a fluke morning. Do recommend the Carmel bourbon latte.

You're always asked if you have any questions before you order which is super nice if you aren't sure what you're going to order. I tried the cardamom fig cappuccino (winter special), hot mocha and ice almond milk latte. The cappuccino was so delicious, though I didn't taste the fig as much as the cardamom it was still a super well balanced cappuccino. The mocha wasn't to sweet, which I enjoy because the espresso still comes through and you can taste the rich chocolate. Lastly, the almond milk latte was really smooth, you can tell they use great quality almond milk. Food wise I got the buttered croissant and two different cookies from Bake That Dough (which they sell inside to the left of the register when you walk in). The buttered croissant was incredibly flaky and buttery. It paired so well with my cappuccino and I look forward to my next. The cookies were so cute and perfectly paired with the coffee drinks as well. Overall great experience, I am excited to try their other baked goodies and fun beverages.

There is NO drive through. It is an old gas station converted into a coffee shop. The parking is scant and right next to the building but plentiful just across the side street for the train and bus stations. What this place does have is CHARACTER and a laid back vibe I don't seem to find in chain coffee shops. The service is top notch, the prices reasonable, and the coffee is excellent. You are called to the counter when your order is ready. There are some nice looking pastries available (I haven't tried any yet). There is a retro record player and some vinyl records, but there has never been any music playing there when I am there. It is across the street from a train station and near the downtown shops.

We ordered shaken beef with garlic noodles, Pho Tai and Bun Bo Hue! Wow, all 3 dishes were delicious!!!! They tasted very authentic. My picky family ate everything on their plate! Also, the customer service was amazing. Service was very quick! Even the owner came out to chat with us. He was very friendly and passionate about his food. I can see why this place has become popular in such a short amount of time. They are a one stop shop for delicious authentic Vietnamese dishes (pho, rice plates, vermicelli bowls, garlic noodles, spring rolls, bun bo hue, etc) and refreshing boba drinks. We will definitely be back again soon!!

I'm a huge fan of Gilroy Noodle (I've only ordered to-go as FYI)…read more I have had terrible to lack luster experiences with noodle dishes here in Gilroy. For the longest time to get a decent Pho or vermicelli dish we would have to drive north or west. I fist tried Gilroy noodle with trepidation... I've not always had the best dining experiences in Gilroy since I've moved here. What sheer relief and joy I felt when I tasted my first bite several months ago with the shrimp vermicelli dish. FINALLY a decent (Yummy!) place to eat in Gilroy! Evetything I've ordered and happily eaten is well seasoned... the ingredients are fresh and properly prepared. No matter what dish I order the shrimp or fish always properly cooked. The to-go orders are so carefully packaged for optimal enjoyment at home; things are packaged separately if they need to be ... etc. they never forget condiments or sides. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The slushies, lemonades, and teas are all tasty (too sweet for my taste but the hubby loves them). I do wish that they had a few more options without meat but that's just a selfish minor point. I'm so glad we have this place close to me here in little old Gilroy! I have been back several times and will continue to do so! Perhaps you should too if you are in this neck of the woods.

We usually like to try new drinks with every visit since there's so many to choose from. I ordered a dirty soda with soft top and he ordered a surprise me rebel. All was well until the dirty soda was over flowing. I guess it usually happens when it has soft top. No problem, hubby handed drink over to girl who was helping us and she was very helpful and cleaned the drink off for us. We were shocked and saddened to hear when another girl making the drinks, and who wasn't even helping us started saying how disgusting the sodas are and stated something along the way of, "who the f orders those anyways." Basically being rude and mean for no reason again, since she wasn't even helping us. Overall, most employees are sweet and kind but this last visit did make a negative impact.

The guy in the SUV behind us honked several times because of the long wait, and there was a car who drove to the side instead of coming around to join the line. The line was super long. There's only one person taking the orders in the drive-through line. It must be hard for the people working there. There was also lots of people walking up to order as well. Service was okay. Not as friendly as the other locations that I've been to. The drink itself was good. I got my usual Electric Blue Lemonade with Popping Blue Raz Boba while my boyfriend got the Peach Black Tea. His was refreshing and had a nice peach flavor while mine is sweet and tart.
